Yeah, I figured there was no other course than to give my honest opinion at that point. If I tried to back that guy up and he countinued failing in that job it would have been a negative reflection on my integrity.

Peanut M&M's can cure ANYTHING. Swallow two whole with a glass of water next time you get a headache. Really. Oh, if only AIDS researchers would take my advice about this miracle drug! Glad you're feeling better :)

don't even worry, i'm a sap too! i'm excited to have found a kick-ass boyfriend because i know he's itching to pop the question once he saves up for a ring (i told him to just buy me a candy ring, hahah i don't care!) and he's the mastermind of planning crazy things behind my back. he sent me on a scavenger hunt across town, picking up things like my favourite icecream, roses, free lunch (he PREPAID for it!) YEAH! outrageous eh? i found instructions taped to my door that morning and we'd only been together 2 months and i knew. he's a keeper. so geesh, if THAT was 2 months, what's the engagement gonna be like? WOOHOO!!! lol. sorry, i'm all caught up in the moment. i'm glad you're feelin' good! and this is the longest note i've ever written. :) -Stace

I'm glad you're enjoying yourself and really appreciate autumn. Fall is tough for me because it the first sign of the cold season which means my pain will increase dramatically. Ugh. But, it used to be one of my most favorite seasons so I'm glad there are people out there who appreciate it.

You know, problems are relative. Someone's always going to have a worse lot in life and someone's always going to have a better lot in life. Your stuggles don't have to measure on the Ritcher scale to be valid. Best wishes on going home.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I knew that someone out there would know what all that means. And, ironically, I did spend many years living on a farm but it was when I was very young. I'll share my knowledge, albeit it's limited, in return. Linking to someone at Diaryland is easy and it goes like this: %%diary-{put diaryland name here, i.e., "puter-chique}%%. I wish you the best for finals. Ugh.

It's definitely cool that he was impressed. Most people are surprised by good poetry or writing because it's not that common of an ability. It might seem more common online but that's because people who like writing do journals etc. And not everyone online is good; they might just be doing it to be cool. (Full circle there!) But out in the big wide world, the majority of people aren't know for their writing skills. They have other skills though, of course.
