Linda, I'm just going by what the rules say. I didn't know that your diary was based on your poetry. When I first went to your profile, I looked at how many entries you had & to me, that's all that mattered...you didn't have enough, therefore you didn't qualify. & you're completely wrong about us not reading 40 entries in the first place. When reviewing someone, we look through every entry the person has because if we don't we may skip over something important about that person. Yes, you are right...sometimes it doesn't take exactly 40 entries to get a feel about who this person is...but then again, every diary is different & sometimes it does. There have been many diaries I have reviewed where I had to read at least a 100 before actually making a judgement on the person. So, with that said...I wouldn't necessarily mind reviewing your poetry diary, but I don't like bending the rules for one person. Because then, that leaves it open for other people to say "Well, I only have 20 entries too but I promise, you'll get a good idea of who I am from them." & I don't want to do that, & I wouldn't do that. So, I'm sorry but I have to decline & say no...& it's nothing personal, it's just the way the rules go. Sorry.
