Hey there! Yeah, f*** Arnold, lol. Oh hey, I have pics of my Eddie costume on MySpace if you wanna see them. :-D I'll post an entry now so you can read what i'm up to. xoxo
from iwish :
chyea. im so high society, im grace kelly. thats actually not true. and anyway, you work for the new yorker. i know nothing more highly social than that.
from panchopanter :
You got a job at the New Yorker?? THAT'S HARDCORE! :-D Congrats! *hugs*
from panchopanter :
Hi there, thanks for your response. Yeah, my Eddie costume is cool! I lovingly made the fake scissors 2 weeks ago out of paper-mache (newspaper soaked in this stuff that stiffens it) and the gloves out of an old pair of velvet pants my mom used to wear. Yeah, I found a pair of suspenders at thrift store, a white shirt, and pants and went nuts. I just need to find a messy wig. :-) Oh, that sucks, rain... here it's hot! Yeah, Moulin Rouge was boring, lol I rented Dr. Strangelove and it's funny, tonight i'm watching Pulp Fiction. :-D Take care. xoxo from Pancho Pantera
from panchopanter :
Hi dear, how are you? Me fine, about to go to bed. I just wanted to say hello and let you know that i'm going to be Eddie for Halloween, YAY!! :-D I just finished making the gloves this weekend, I already gathered an old white shirt, pants, and some thrift store suspenders; i'm gonna be the Dressed Up Eddie by the way.. I'll send you pics! :-) xoxo from Pancho Pantera PS. I love the template, can't take my eyes off it!
from artsyshell :
Eeee, thanks!!! Basically I drew with grease pencils onto clear slides and yes, scanned them in, and assembled it all with Windows Movie Maker, occasionally cheating by photoediting the drawings to make them look better. Lots of work, and it will be SCARY to see it on the big screen. Ahhh!
from panchopanter :
YAY, IT WORKS! :-D I'll put it on my template soon... Thanks SOOOO MUCH, *hugs*
from panchopanter :
The html file didn't show up on the e-mail you sent me, NOO! :-( Can you just put it on a note so I can copy and paste it? About the image, do you mean save it on to Photobucket as a host? I know html but some things I don't get so help me, thanks. :-D
from panchopanter :
Yay, you found it! :-D Here's my e-mail so you can send me all the html and any special instructions: pancho_pantera10@hotmail.com Thanks SOOO MUCH! *hugs* Edward Scissorhands is my second favorite Tim Burton character, I bought the DVD on Sunday so once I watch it i'll have the template up. :-D xoxo, Pancho Pantera
from panchopanter :
Hello, I want the Edward template with his side of his face, he has his hand pointing down and he looks sad. If you could find it I would be eternally grateful with you! *hugs* That's nice that you make your own templates, cool. :-D Send me a note as soon as you find it so I can give you my e-mail that way I can get all the html goodies and stuff. See ya later, xoxo Pancho Pantera
from panchopanter :
Hi, where did you get the Edward Scissorhands template you had previously? I WANT IT!
from artsyshell :
So. Jealous!
from iwish :
ohemgeeeeeeeez
from fridayfilms :
Hey, I'm glad you found me. I can very much relate to where you're at right now. I desperately miss film class and the memory of my professor crush. I'm pretty sure I rose to the top for him and him alone, though the payoff was more in the experience itself. You know, mostly. I look forward to following your thread, generally.
from iwish :
actually, neither. im way too lazy to go all the way down to tribeca. plus, i still have a week of classes left. but, everyone loves some de niro.
from iwish :
tribecaaaaaaa!!!
from panchopanter :
Yes, it's Carrie Underwood! Thanks so much! *hugs* I'm downloading it right now, without your help if would of taken me ages to figure it out, thanks again, xoxo :-D
from artsyshell :
True... true. I may actually buy it now just to be reunited with Snape. Mmm, quasi-recently filmed Alan Rickman... And the Weasley twins. Of course.
from iwish :
you owe the academy one first-born child, missy. because, as everyone knows, its hard out there to be a pimp.
from artsyshell :
Whoa, ouch! I had the misfortune of watching Bram Stoker's Dracula with my grandmother, and methinks vampire orgies and octagenarians don't quite mix. And EE! indeed! 2007 is beginning to look like quite the year.
from artsyshell :
LOL! I can't wait for "Snape's Worst Memory" personally. I wonder who will play him as a student?
from artsyshell :
I know! And they left Gary out of Goblet of Fire too! He's definitely getting the fuzzy end of the lollipop these days.
from iwish :
muh, i had to quit nano because i was at 35k and not getting anywhere, and i have tooooooo many things to do instead. i really wanted to go see the christmas tree lighting, but ill probably just watch it on tv. sadness.
from iwish :
thats exactly what i thought, the garden state bit. but garden state was so much better. and i just cant see orlando bloom without armor or a sword, you know?
from artsyshell :
Hey, sweet! I’m listening to the War of the Worlds right now and feel hysterical already, it’s incredibly cleverly done! Thanks for that, oh and thanks for checking out Juggles, I’m glad he’s appreciated, heh.
from greenteacup :
Why thank you! You are lovely. Have a good day. Take care xx
from greenteacup :
beautiful diary
from artsyshell :
P.S Whoa that is weird! great minds, and all that...
from artsyshell :
good luck!
from artsyshell :
The fivers are blue, the tens are purple, the twenties are green, the fifties are red and the hundreds are grey (I think.) Then you have loonies and *is ashamed* twoonies. And poutine! Words escape me. Haha, I know nothing of America, so it's all good. Is there another novel about The Phantom of the Opera? I always hear of people comparing versions...
from artsyshell :
Haha, a similar thing happens when Canadians go to America, but it's mostly the cliché'd stuff about the beer and the money (hey, what the... it's all GREEN!). That's cool though, that you also wanted to go. Good luck to you, too!
from awittykitty :
thanks for adding me as a favorite. I've liked Tim Burton since Frankenwienie. I love his artwork and film making. Am I a geek for having Danny Elfman film soundtracks? And then dear Johnny Depp. Words escape me.
from artsyshell :
Oh man, Willy Wonka and Michael Jackson slapping each other with gloves... beautiful. I hope to get into the Toronto Film School, and if I don't, I'll recite poetry on street corners and get nickels thrown at me. So you're going to school in New York?
from candoor :
oh, and I personally relate to Burton's stories more than I would like to sometimes... which makes me love them all the more :}
from missy-17 :
hey i like your diary layout to scissorhand its pretty cool!!!
from artsyshell :
Good morning, starshine! Wow, imagine if Wonka and MJ met - now THAT would be a conversation. Paleness and gloves... the resemblance stops there, doesn't it? Oh and I live around Ottawa, hopefully Toronto someday.
from artsyshell :
ah, the torments of being crusaders for Tim Burton's army (the TA, I suppose? haha). the reviews comparing Willy to Michael Jackson are incredibly annoying, too. I paid 41 Canadian dollars for HBP, so the 40 american dollar thing is still way off the mark. I mean if you're going to spoil stuff, check your facts! sigh. people, indeed.
from panchopanter :
Hello, thanks SO MUCH for being my fan, greatly appreciated, I just checked my list of "diaries which list... blah blah blah". :-D
from my-solitaire :
damn those roping people.
from orgami :
eloquence and steeped tea fancy that dish heather and soggy weather TIM ROTH? Have fun at your first day of work... nad when I think three way, I'm just sick because I'm no where in it and it's all guys! Johnny Depp Ryan Gosling and Jake Gyllenhaal, I can't help it they're all beautiful :o)
from my-solitaire :
yeah it can get kind of confusing if you watch them outta order ;)
from my-solitaire :
So you not only like Edward Scissorhands, but Tim Burton... that makes you that much cooler in my book!
from my-solitaire :
Good luck is not fake from me, I wish you luck and mean it, because when people say it to me, I'm hoping they really mean it, and I need all the "good lucks" I can get :o/
from my-solitaire :
I love your layout I LOOOVE it, heh, I'm such a teeny bopper, congrats on the interview!
from artsyshell :
thanks!
from dope-slave :
let's have little scissor-handed babies together.
from spirit-chick :
Tim Burton is just the best, he has such imagination. -- I love Oyster Boy too. Take care x
from completeliar :
what song should I download?
from corbs :
Haha! I loathe seeing teachers when I'm not supposed to see them. I get awkward and try to hide from them in order for them not to recognize my presence. It's just so weird seeing them in their personal lives away from school. I wonder how they feel about seeing students...hmm.
from xquietmanicx :
i was wandering through diary.s and found your.s ...tim burton is the shit! :)
from under-shadow :
Late mornings... SO not fair! fshudbndisbcisanddaaa!!! I have to wake up at six thirty EVERY morning except saturday, where I wake up at seven, and sundays when i lie in for as long as possible. Eeeesh! Yay for timetable btw. Mine was almost completely in order, so no running around school like a headless chicken for hours not knowing whether I have drama or japanese. Frees are always fun. I only have three though. Woe.
from under-shadow :
Go to Holland, Paris, and England! They've got history, beauty, and the last one has me!
from scissorhand :
Only kidding! I'm going to Italy, Germany and Austria. If you've ever been (which, if you fit my stereotypical view of a European, you have, along with every other country in Europe. Twice.), then I'd love your opinions on what I should do there...
from under-shadow :
Of course we have internet in Europe! I live in England for christ's sake. Whereabouts are you going?
from deppsangel1 :
Heyy!!! I'm totally in love with your layout...did you make it yourself??? I'm also a Tim Burton/Johnny Depp fan (like you couldn't tell by my username, lol) and I cannot wait to see what they do with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Its gonna be awesome. 'Kay, ttyl- mary
from under-shadow :
yeah, i like ed wood. it's v.funny. when my friend told me she thought he was a cross-dresser in it, i thought "nah, that couldn't be him!". but it was. and he looked great in that pink chenille :o) ~Jess x
from under-shadow :
ooooh! I'm stuck with Michael Vartan. where did you find that site? i found it when searching for my name, and it turned out someone on that site had it. tis a cool place. have you been on her actual website or just the 49 floors? what number are you ranked at? well... not exactly ranked, but y'know... on the list of members? have you seen ed wood by the way? i bought it the other day, and as yet, i haven't watched it all, but what i have seen of it, it's funny. i first thought he was joking when he said about being a cross-dresser. heh, well... see ya, ~Jess x
from under-shadow :
happy birthday for yesterday! and yes, johnny SHOULD have won something, and so should potc.
from under-shadow :
heh, lord of the rings is great! don't put it down- but sean astin ought to be shot- orlando SHOULD have won that award!
from under-shadow :
is johnny depp in pee wee's big adventure? i was just reading your profile and it seemed you were implying this, but i can'[t be sure. unless you meant it was directed by danny elfman or tim burton. meh?
from under-shadow :
hey! you did a marquee thingy. i do them too :o) since you live in... america? i'm guessing you didn't watch the british baftas? johnny didn't win anything, which totally sucks. that bloke from 'lost in translation' won best male lead role in a film. ho well... at least lord of the rings won loads! by the way- i have a new template if you care to see. as ever, i love your diary! ~Jess x
from corbs :
How exciting...your birthday coming up and all! I hope it's March 5th, like mine is. If not, still, happy early birthday. Maybe I'll get the chance to draw you something Johnny related and it could be spectacular!
from under-shadow :
you know that secret window thing- is that the new stephen king film? or is that something else? eh, i know johnny's gonna be in the stephen king film coming out soon, and i hear there's a bit where this bloke walks outside and sees a cat nailed to a dustbin or something. my best friend rach told me about it, and she's a major s.k fan- she would know. i'm a major j.d fan- i would know he's in the film :o) ~Jess x, p.s have you ever been on my diary?
from under-shadow :
ah! i see sexyviggo girl found you. i get the feeling she's following me around d-land... anyway. keep plugging the johnny depp thing! i'm gonna try and add that entry with the facts about him. i love that :o) well, see yus, ~Jess x
from sexyviggo :
Oh my god! I love your template! And i have to say that i also am a huge fan of Edward Scissorhands! Gotta go now, toodles!
from panjandrum :
I completely agree with your letter to the Academy. Welcome to my diaryring >;)
from under-shadow :
same as corbs. i'd get you a johnny depp related gift for christmas (for you), probably a poster as it sounds like you have many films with that gorgeous man in :o) ~jess x p.s like my template?
from corbs :
If I knew you, even now, not knowing you, I would give you cool presents. Cool being an adjective of your choice, like say, something you really wanted. Sorry things didn't work out for you, but if we were friends, your present would rock.
from corbs :
Same as under-shadow...go to a school in London. They speak English and it's out of the country.
from under-shadow :
hey, just thought i'd say, in england teenagers leave normal school at 16, and can go to sixth form colleges (further education it's called), and in cambridgeshire there's a sixth form called impington sixth form where they do the IB and students from anywhere can go there (so long as they're accepted o' course). well, see yus, jess x
from under-shadow :
oh... that last note kinda steals my sunshine! ah well... i was just noting you to say- i love your template, the fact that you sound quite a bit like me from that last entry, and i thought i'd add you :) dreaming is good... until it ends o' course, jess x

great taste in everything. great writing. i suppose you are a great person. i've only read one entry, but i think i'll go back and read some more...
from lil-arsonist :
Love your layout. :)
from amalthea23 :
swank place you have here...
from spinstersjs :
Your diary entry hardcore 'avril style' really struck a note with me because I know what you're saying. I know a girl, many girls, lot's of people who went from...I dunno 'preps' (I hate that title) and are now 'punks' (hate it too). It's distressing to me not because they did it, but because now everyone thinks I am a poser and blah, blah, blah. Anyway, thanks for the entry cause now I don't feel so alone.
from glassmuzzle :
You have really good taste. Tim Burton is a demi-god to me.
from cementgarden :
Steve Buscemi is definately one of my favourite actors!
from johnnyd :
You've got great taste! I love everything about Johnny Depp...especially all of the awesome roles he chooses to play! (a.k.a. Edward Scissorhands!)
from rip-me-apart :
ooh, we're quite alike, right down to the "i just found out i'm not a prep [or something]" and everything you love [in your profile] also applies to me. great. johnny depp is god. as is invader zim. that show... :sigh:
from un-decided :
I love Edward Scissorhands. Okay, let me rephrase that.. I'm obsessed with Edward Scissorhands. Heh..love your diary!
from xhardcorex :
yeah, you do seem to rule. melancholy death of oyster boy is an amazing book, and edward scissorhands is a good movie. people don't get the hidden messages in some movies.
from buttrice :
wow. you have excellent taste in movies. tim burton is awesome. if you haven't seen it, i really recommend the movie "buffalo '66".
from punk-vyvyan :
hey, i was searching for IZ fans and i found your diary. Very cool, you remind me of a cooler me ;) oh well just felt like leaving my mark -> vyvy
