You know, the only way I'm familiar with "rochambeau" is from South Park, and it basically consisted of Cartman kicking people in the nuts and then taking their stuff away from them. I do hope you played by different rules with your students.

My 3rd grade teacher was named Mrs. Keese. She had a big bufont hair do and she used to come out with us and jump rope in recess. She also taught us square dancing and had us perform for the parents of our class. I'mnot sure how old she was then (in third grade she seemed ancient) or even if she is alive still, but I just thought you'd like to know that I still have fond memories, though vague somewhat, of my third grade teacher... and no doubt your students will remember you 27 and some odd years from now. :)

Thank you for the encouragement. It's sincerely appreciated! So far, 'Project: Survivor' is workin' like a charm. We decided to put off firebuildin' 'til the weekend and today we started learnin' about water instead. Where to find it, how to purify it, stuff like that ... I just hope this dream will sustain Miz' Tate through tomorrow's ordeal. She's really scared about gettin' her epidural injection and I'm kinda nervous myself. Long needles make me queasy.
