Why do you assume I am a minority group member because I stand up for the rights of all Americans rather than just white men? And if you will check your history books, Jim Crow was legal in this nation until the 1960s. Some states even forbade people of different races from marrying as recently as the 1970s. This is not ancient history. Racism and segregation are built into the very fabric of this country. Black men make less than 70% of what white men make for THE SAME JOB. Even though the majority of crimes are committed by white people, jails are overwhemingly Black and Hispanic. White people are simply not sentenced as harshly as their Black peers. Perfect example: the Rockefeller Laws in New York state make it more of a crime to possess 1 gram of crack than to possess 1 kilogram of powder cocaine. Why? Look at the statistics. Most cocaine convictions are of white people, while most crack convictions are Black. 1 gram of crack is not more dangerous than 1 kilo of cocaine. It doesn't add up. Also check the statistics on the Death Penalty. 95% of serial killers are white. If any crime deserves the death penalty (which I think should be banned) it is serial murder. Yet the majority of people on Death Row are Black and Hispanic. This is racism pure and simple, and it is built into the very foundation of our country.

You say that a minority group member who feels that the Declaration of Independence does not cover them has overstayed their welcome? What welcome? The US never welcomed Black people. Instead, we brought them here as slaves, and forced them to live first as slaves then under Jim Crow. Now you would tell them they are no longer welcome? They who helped build this country? And as for moving to the Middle East where people do no have the freedoms we do: It is true that the US is better in terms of human rights than many other countries.... however it is also a hell of a lot worse than many others as well. I fully intend to move out of the US as soon as I am able. I cannot live in a country that has institutionalized racism. (and if you dont believe we do... check out the constitution where it says a Black man is 2/3 of a man)
