I was a big girl as a teenager and I'm a large woman. I was a bridesmaid at a friends wedding about five years ago and I wound up wearing something different than the other bridesmaids...mortifying. I totally understand what you're going through. I don't have any miracle tips for you, but I can suggest that every time you think about how good something bad for you would be, think about your dress for the wedding. I guarantee that if I'd thought of that I wouldn't have wound up in a different dress! Good luck, I'm rootin' for you!

Hi ~ Good luck to you... Losing weight is really difficult and it is especially difficult around the holidays. I am trying to reduce my carb intake (I've noticed that the more I eat carbs, like sweets, bread and pasta the more I crave them. I've also noticed that when I don't eat them, I am not as hungry, nor craving the "sugary" stuff) but trust me, it's a daily struggle! Best of luck to you! Bella
