Hi... well done on the super success... about being regular... a little advice. Every morning have a glass of skim milk with 2 tsp of digestive bran. It's a bit much to get down, but it will make sure your body gets rid of everything. Don't take laxatives... they're not so good!

you seem to be staying at quite a stable weight despite all your attempts. i have found out that sometimes working WITH your body is a good thing, like obviously your body does not want to lose weight, so yoyodieting and then slipping, etc... might not be the solution. maybe try a completely different approach? good luck with everything. i think your body has a very strong setpoint weight which it wants to stay at... unfortunately...

Hey now! Don't beat yourself up. You have been doing great, one slip up is okay. You can recover from that. Don't throw away everything away no. Just pick up from where you left off. It's better than giving up and having to start again from a highest weight. You have been doing brilliantly so far and i think that you will continue to do so. GOOD LUCK!!!

hey there! i read a bunch of your diary and i have some advice for you... (as the girl that has lost 37lbs) your exercising is great, but dont get discouraged by initial weight gain. you're losing fat and gaining muscle, which weighs much more than fat. all those weight training routines will make you "fatter" on the scale, but in reality, you're just getting leaner. and for diet..i would suggest you take a look at the south beach. dont do that fruit thing you keep talking about. there's a tremendous amount of fructose in fruit, which is pretty much a step away from table sugar, which makes your blood sugar crash and you end up eating when you dont want to. eat a lot of protien and you wont be hungry like that. and by the way....there's no way you can be "fat" at 130lbs and be 5'4. good luck :)

Damn, I thought I was being inconspicuous (sp?). Yes, it is a girl. :) But we're not technically going out yet, because neither of us if full on bi, just kinda wanting to experiment and try things and we just happen to find each other attractive. So... we'll so how things go on Friday and if we hit it off or not. I will admit to it if something does happen, but until I'm sure this is what I want, I can't risk the world laughing at me. I'm very sensitive about this issue. Haven't really fully accepted that part of myself quite yet.

dude, it is the coating. that shit turns my piss blue normally, but it's been green a couple of times. It says so on the back of the box that that could happen and yeh. Stupid me was like, "whatever it won't happen to me." next time i peed I was like..OMG IT HAPPENED TO ME! Grossly, but true..it is a little entertaining. It's not everyday you piss green or blue colors.

werid, i pigged out on apricot, cranberry, nut bread that I made last night. I know what you mean by not having any will power any more. I check out your diary every couple of days and the werid thing is that everytime you gain, i gain. And we are usually the same weight on that day. You seem to restrict better than I do! Im hoping that we will both lose weight! Hey, your last entry you were so right. Weighing is an addiction, and im defentily addicted to it too. When I was on a cruise with my family I knew I had gained weight, luckily they had a gym on the ship or other wise I would go crazy not knowing if I had gained or lost weight. dearie, I do not know if this will help but to reduce bloat for your menstrual period you could take Diurex or some other water pill. I don't like to offer pills for suggestions [it's easy to get hooked on them] but I hate to see you fuss so much over water weight. It takes a day or two for them to kick in though. Hey Sweets, maybe your body is stabilizing itself. It is probably using the calories to repair your body. That seems to happen to restrictors their first and second days of consuming more cals. I remember my first time in the hospital I lost seven pounds in three days after exercising and eating nothing and then suddenly being on 1900 cals... Funny how our bodies work. I hope you can keep up the good work and really decide that you do want to get better. This is no way to live, just a way to die. xoxo Gwen

just my input. i think you might have hit a plateau with your weight. i'm not saying it's impossible to lose more, it's never impossible!! but it's going to take more than just the restricting. the only way i lose weight once i get down to the 110 mark or so is fasting. severe fasting. that's just my input. .ol. *hugs* and congrats on the loss. :)

Trust me I so know how you feel!!! I've been restricting so much and the scale only goes down a bit..not even worth checking it every day atleast twice a day!!!
I do have tons of notes on my diary and keep a regular eating list to keep trac of my calorie intake. it helps a little.
