golden bowl how-to: the grit uses brown basmatti rice, with a little butter on it, actually. the tofu goes over that. the secret of the grit tofu (drum roll, please): use a teflon pan. use a lot of oil, too, and when the tofu gets all brown, drain the oil out. i keep a jar by the stove and just re-use the same oil for a while. then add soy sauce, then nutritional yeast flakes. at home i usually add hot sauce, too, and sometimes garlic powder or pepper or something. use a lot of nutritional yeast. the pan should be covered in it basically, when you're done. the whole dang kitchen should be smothered in yeast. good luck.

update April 6, 2020: Sorry, we just had 8+ hours downtime due to a server problem. Restoring from backups took soooo long, but everything is back and no data was lost. Ay yay yay! Anyhow, hope everyone is well with the virus stuff.
