with the whole homo thing, just another way for them to have control over something. i went to a church a few months ago and the preacher went off about how if we let gay people marry, it would tarnish the idea of marriage. then people would lobby for 3 people to get married to each other, then a dog and a person, etc, etc. was just completely ridiculous. read in the papers that they dont want their children 'desensitized' to that kind of behavior. must be horrible for children to see a caring loving couple who want to commit to each other legally. george w may be a 'tool' of god, but he's still just a tool.

I agree wholeheartedly about Tori's neglect for Pele on Tales of a Librarian. It's one of my favorite albums, too. As much as I love Tori, I was so sad, especially since the remix of Professional Widow wasn't something I'd generally be into. *shrugs* Just thought I'd let you know that I'm right there with you in terms of opinion regarding Tales. I love it, but would love it more if it had a little more Pele and a little less Earthquakes (not that I have anything against LE, of course...)

the selfcontained episodes did always hold less appeal than the arcs for me. i think thats why i loved season 4 so much. i know joss came back and promised more of the one shots, but doesnt he realize that his whole feud with charisma and a lackluster storyline is bad for the show?

i was in this sleazy licqour store today and i saw it in the porno rack behind the counter. it was really embarassing asking for it (no, top shelf, to the right of penthouse. yeah, left of hustler, thanks) and it wasnt even the right damn issue. at least i know they stock it now, so i can get it in a month or so when they get around to ordering the new one.
