That's an interesting point you raise. I like structure, too. I tend to go awry without it. But too much structure breeds rigidity. There's a freedom in spontaneity that can be squashed by too much structure. I guess the key is balance.

find the name of the font in the layout and in your case its "verdana" and change it to the name of the one that you want; make sure you change ALL font names in the html.
