I think sometimes people get caught up in their own shit, and don't realize they are being insensitive to the people around them. I'm sure your friends didn't mean to be that way, they just didn't know what they were doing. It happens to everyone. That doesn't mean they don't care about you. Also, since you have this 'secret' about your sexuality that you feel you can't tell anyone about, it's making you even more sensitive to how you perceive others' treatment of you. Chalk it up to a bad day all around and forget it. Next time you hang out with your friends or talk on the phone, I'm sure it will be different.

It's hard when you think your parent won't accept your sexuality, I mean, I'm 33 years old and still haven't been able to let them in on that part of my life. My advice is make some friends who can relate or at least talk to. I've had very understanding friends in my life who made it a little less difficult when I started to come out to them.

Oh yeah. Something I forgot to mention earlier: those things that you call pegs that show the odd numbered frets on your bass, they're called inlays. Pegs are the things at the top of the neck that you use to tune.

Yeah... no familys are perfect. This is my 6th diary (at least) because my parents always feel the need to read it. Just be careful, like me, and you wont get caught. As for the invasion of privacy? Hold it to them till death, guilt is awesome. Make them regret.
