hey becky! sorry i haven't emailed you back, something is wrong with my computer/email and it won't let me send messages, it just closes itself out. ugh. anyway, i haven't talked to you in a long time! i was glad to hear from you. sorry you are having trouble writing in your diary, i have actually been going through the same thing. I made the mistake of giving my diary address out to some friends way back when, and now it's come back to haunt me :) my other diary address is yourstargirl.diaryland.com, I'll be using it but just not as much as the regular one. I have heard the new Hanson song, it is pretty depressing! although definitely good. I'm a sucker for the harmonizing. I miss those guys! they really need to climb out from under whatever rock they've been hiding with. Living in a city is really crazy. I mean, I've only begun to realize that I haven't been taking advantage of everything that's avaliable to me. But the people here are mostly just really rude!!! Even though I love the city to death (born and raised here ... and they say you can take the girl out of the city but you can't take the city out of the girl), I want to live in some small suburb of like Boston when I get older ... just to experience that kind of life. I've really felt like I've missed out on a lot. And it isn't just the fact that I live in the city, but my school is open to students of all five boroughs, so my friends come from all over the city, and I just can't do things with them because we have to worry about getting home on the subway (which can be dangerous afterdark, depending on where you are). I think that the lack of being with my friends contributes a lot to wanting to live in a small town, where I could just walk down the block and go, "Hey Becky, wanna go get some coffee" or something like that. Everything needs to be planned out ahead of time, unless it's Friday night. But even then, I need to leave by a certain time just to be home and not have to worry. Sorry for the essay, lol. Hope to hear from you again!

hey violet-deere, the bioterrorism stuff is scaring me too. my Mom had a bioterrorism scare today; three people dropped off a package at an Arby's about a block away from where she works, and it was suspected to have a "dangerous substance" in it...scary shit. I don't know what I'm gonna do for Halloween anymore either, I guess. I was really looking foward to dressing up, too...ah well. time for bed. sweet dreams.
