Yea, as long as he's my friend I'm happy. Theres always that one person you like from afar. Theres been a point where I liked someone and we didn't even speak. I hate those. But who knows, maybe one days you'll both accidently bump into one another and BOOM he'll know you exist. That sounds like a nice plan to me. Oh and procrasination really is a hard thing to quit. Which reminds me of my research paper I have due tomorrow. Five papers. But I hope you do amazing on your finals! I like your approach to the whole SG thing. Asking to hang out doesn't seem like something he'll turn down and you're good friends. I'll be going into college without a boyfriend too but you just have to think of whats more important and want makes you happy. Like friends! Even if some are on DLand! :D Everything about relationships seems to complex to me lol.

The year book is pretty awesome! I am on the newspaper. The journalism class counts as the newspaper but I'm also an editor. So that made me feel like I could actually do something. You're very right. Oh, the other guy I liked? I had feelings for him for the school year, but he was with his ex so I ignored it and then in June we started seeing each other but not "seriously" and it started falling apart because he became interested in his other friend so we ended it and now he's with someone else. LOL I have to laugh about it now because of how it sounds. :]

haha, you're my Dland buddy so I'll probably mention you a lot. We seem to be going through some similar stuff. And I think thats awesome you want to be a spanish teacher. I SO remember you trying to help me with my spanish class back in the day. My memory is pretty sweet sometimes. I want to major in journalism or music. And I want to try and find an internship maybe but I have very low self esteem when it comes to something I might be capable of. And guys are weird. I thought us girls were silly. Thanks for the note. I did like the Narnia movie, but there were some jerks in front of me that ruined part of my experience. This one guy spent all his time roughhousing with a friend, playing games on his cell phone (Several people in there didn't pay attention to the message about how phones should be turned off in theaters), and talking loudly. I have no idea why he even went, since he showed zero interest in the movie itself. Someone behind me (a girl) left her seat for a bit, then managed to hit me on the ear (accidentally) when returning to her seat. Since when have movie theaters been dangerous places? I'm thinking of renting the BBC version sometime. Comments about people being "hot" go over my head. I'm glad you liked the newest Harry Potter movie though. I'm currently reading the 6th. book in that series. If you've read it, please don't spoil anything for me.

aw im sorry!!!! the same thing was with me!!! i woke up and got ready for school and i had a really bad stomach ache but i still was gonna go but then i didnt. and i slept till..... 1 in the afternoon. okay your soooo lucky i cant yell at you. thats really not bad you gained 2 pounds! 2 pounds!!!! geeesh. please dont worry so much. i have to say i do the same thing. i just dont know how much i weigh because i dont have a good scale. but still. all thats important is being healthy try drinking water! its the best for you since it flushes you out and gets rid of anything that you ate before. please dont go weight crazy. and if you dont know the "people" with the weight thing. who cares. i would sooooo yell at you about this weight thing. :( makes me sad. i do understand you. i usally want to lose a few pounds because i think it would make me feel confident but i try not to let it get to my head. so please just dont let this get out of hand. and a tip. Oh, McKenna, don't cry! Well you can only cry if it's helping you. Sometimes when I have a good cry, read my Bible, and talk to God that really helps. I wish I could give you a big hug right now, because I know that you struggle with the singleness thing. I hope that you are going to print that out and keep it as a reminder of God's love for you. I believe that the years of singleness are used to prepare us for marriage. We have to learn to be ourselves (with God) if we are ever going to become one with another and have a God centered relationship.
I hope you feel much better. I'm praying for you. You are a very special girl, and God does want his time with you. He loves you MORE than any man could. For humans have flaws, and we can't love perfectly. We always mess up. But the good thing about God's love is that he sets the standards high for any other guy who might try and win your heart. Hey wow it sounds like you've been busy with the essay and geometry quizzes. I think I made a 18/20 on the last one plus and keep this to yourself... I'm doing better than some of the sophmores in my class hehe. Your friend Leah is right though you should talk to him bcause I've heard the same thing about younger guys and older girls and all that too. Also have you talked to him at all since homecoming? Because sometimes you just got to suck it up and fight whether you'll win or lose don't just wimp out that's the worst thing that could happen-absolutely nothing. You don't know whats going to happen(well if you're a phychic maybe but thats unlikely). And don't you have Geometry with him or something talk to him before the end of class. hey!! i know we havent talked in such a long time. lol yea i wait till the last minute sometimes. with spanish im not sure. but i think i just need to force myself to do better. i thought it was the verbs but i really read over my notes and finally understood the distrubitve object pronoun. which seemed really confushing to be before. but im gonna try and push harder and get through it. lol yea some teachers are mean. i do talk in that class yea but she never calls on me when i do and its basically because she only knows my name in that group which got me more upset because two of my friends were talking not me and she calls on me. it really bugs me because its rude and messed up to do that to any student. but things like that always get to me. lol thats so true. i think my spanish teacher thinks im a stuck up brat because im so quiet and i dont smile in the class. lol and im not like that at all. i just get nervous in that class. but im gonna work on that too! lol thanks for the note.

We aren't allowed to do anything personal on the computers at school; they've had a lot of trouble with viruses, so we're only allowed to do homework and that kind of stuff. We aren't allowed to check e-mail or anything, and we aren't allowed to download anything or even bring in a floppy disk to save work or print work from home out. It's kind of crazy, but I guess I can understand. They've had a lot of trouble with internet at my school, so we can't even get on unless a teacher puts a password in for us. Crazy. I'm a Junior at the University of Washington. No one asked me to go to Homecoming. I didn't go to Prom either. I did ask Dustin (one of my crushes) to a Sadie Hawkins dance once, and he would've said "yes", except for the fact that he knew he'd be out of town that day. I've never been in a relationship with a guy. I do have some male friends, but have never dated anyone. I'm in a pretty good mood today (I tackled a hard homework assignment that gave me major problems yesterday), so I may decide to write a letter to one of my penpals later today. Thanks for the long note. I love recieving notes and guestbook signings. My current entry isn't the only diary entry I've done that explains why I chose "fan4" as a screen name. Chemistry isnt as hard for me YET but my teacher is horrible. She's amazingly slow and I'm in a REGENTS class meaning, we have to move through things faster. Yet, because everyone this year, is acting dumber than usual, she's piling work from the GENERAL chemistry class snd giving it to us. Instead of being on like the third chapter, we're still on page 2. If I fail the Regents this year, I'll be sure to thank her. She doesnt even TEACH! I hate teachers that just make you do some worksheets and then they call it teaching. Bull, man. I wanna LEARN! I would never go all accusing on him because I'm not the jealous ex girlfriend type, lol. He has plenty of friends like that, I might as well not do the same for him. Besides, I dont take crap from people, and if HE IGNORED me without a reason, I wouldnt be wasting my time at all. He would be out the door. :) I'm not in charge of anyone. Let's say, he WAS a jerk and decided to be a jerk to me, then I wouldnt ask him and be all irate about it. I would ask him in a way where I wanted to know what was up with him and his new attitude towards me. If people don't want me in their lives, I definitely dont need them in mine. Ah hes confusing me. Like always. But I have to sit and wait. and be patient. hes 20 years old. hes not gonna ask my hand in marriage any time soon. :) i have to consider that along with the fact that he knows my values and morals about not dating guys just for the sake of dating. so i think even if we WEREEE meant to be, not saying that we ARE, we would waaaaait a LOOOOOOOOONG time before confessing to one another that we really like the other cause we wanna be sure...pray about it...etc. i like this entry of yours. "yes, no, wait." awesome. :) btw...this guy...didnt really know me for a long time. tho we've been in the same church all our lives we just started getting to know eachother this past summer...:) he makes my day with his random phone calls. i love him. but as a friend. :) i wouldnt have it any other way. i think soo too! i think the color you wear effects how you feel. thats why they say if you wear red your confident im pretty sure that what they said. i wear pink a lot. usally my nails or my font or something. yea! i read that too about orange. and yellow in schools is to keep you working. i always ramble :) talking is a gift so is writing in a way. that sounds awesome what you wore. im not sure if im a jewelry person either. i wear rings and i alway have these 2 necklaces but after awhile its like its a part of me,. I LOVE CLAIRES!! it makes me feel so girly because thats what its all about. and they have such pretty things. target too or walmart. i havent been to target in a while. i dont live near a target i have to go to new jersey. i like to shop anywhere mostly. i dont go out much as i would. but if i was able to i would go to the mail lol but i love any shopping

no. i never learned to play guitar. but my dad is really good and my oldest brother plays bass. i love to sing too!! but im so shy when it comes to that. im not even sure im any good. piano is awesome!
yea i have dance which i love. its social dance. im not sure what you are really gonna do. because im shy :) and i used to dance to music im my room but not really infront of anyone. lol thats so cool. being hyper at dances is the best. your gym classes are cool also. lol i never really had running gym class. my other brother did last year. health is really cool. i took that in jr.high it was cool. i like it when teachers are like that. it makes the class seem a little better. thats great! thanks telling me that. i would help a lot. im in spanish 3 which i have no idea how i even passed the test. but i guess i have to take it as a challege. thats really cool you have a friend thats been helping you! i loving helping! :) ha! thats great i could use that somewhere lol guys are buttheads.
my spanish teacher used to always call on me like crazy. and i would speak so low. she called on my like every 10 mins in a class. i dont like it when teachers dont call on you if you raise your hand. but if you dont know it then they do call on you. its so rude.

lol yea. i like having it in late december. going in at 10:30 was just a one time thing for the school. i wish. i got in at 7:30ish. and leave at 2:50. getting up at 6:30 isnt so bad. i get up around that time too. but i usally go back to sleep. im not so happy with my lunch its 8th period :( i did have it at 7th and that was a little better. because it felt like it was in the middle of the day. thats so cool you play flute!! but its not that type of band class. its for guitar. i found that out today. im not that good either. i was in the beginning in like 4 and 5th grade. but once i got in jr. high i wasnt so great, thanks!!! your so cool! and super sweet!

We all fall into times of loneliness and unhappiness. It's our human nature. But, don't forget that God is always watching, and he has a plan for your life. Read Jeremiah 29:11-13. hey... dont stress over love. it gets you nowhere. you'll just have to wait. trust me, you rush it and you get DISASTROUS results. and dont think you're the only 13-year-old that hasnt had a boyfriend or been kissed or had a boy like you. i didnt get my first boyfriend until i was 14 and he was just a drug and sex-addicted asshole that i let my friends trick me into going out with. thats when i realized love isnt THAT important. and i got my first kiss last summer (age 15). and that boy actually liked me for me but he was obsessed and everything. so really, you've gotta take your time and choose boys wisely that are worth my time (unlike i did). at least i havent had anything REALLY bad happen that could have ruined my life. but im definitely more cautious with boys now. good luck! --angela

I like your diary. I know how you feel, when everyone seems to be so carefree and happy and you just feel stuck, and kinda tired, and on the outer. It happens to me sometimes but it changes, and I go through good phases, so don't you stress :) Love Sarah

Aww McKenna seriously don't worry about those reviews. I didn't do any for the whole three weeks that I was on break and Alex managed to completely forget that we even had butterfly wishes! hey! i just read your past couple of entries...i always used to feel like something was missing too. and even though i never really figured out what it was, somehow it has started to go away. i think that i just finally accepted myself how i was. and in your latest entry you said something about being normal. what is normal? maybe everyone around you is abnormal, and YOU'RE the normal one. and i think i have some kinda of social phobia too. i can be rather shy. lol...hope that helped. -kt

(hosting means someone who will actually put your images online so everyone can see them.) if you haven't, i get give you some URLs of some free hosting services i know of. if you have, you need to get the full URL of the image. right now it's just party.bmp, when really it should be something like http://blahblah.com/~you/party.bmp or something like that. get back to me if the above like 345790 paragraphs make no sense at all ;) ~~robin aka pokytoes

It's so funny (or ironic) how God lead me to your diary tonight. I can definitely connect with you on levels that would probably scare most people. In your entry on December 29th, I feel like nobody wants to be around me, almost every other day. (Scary, I know.) But I just try to remember that God is always here, and he'll talk to me when it feels as if no one else wants to. We have an awesome God. Anyway, I applaud your diary. You're a very mature 13 year old, and for that, you deserve a pat on the back.

hey... even if no one in the "real world" is there, im here if u ever need to talk. i can relate to what you're going through... feeling alone. tortured and bottled up with no one to lighten the burden. just hang in there and dream and write. better days will come... eventually. but they're worth the wait. and if your "friends" are like my "friends" they're still thinking of you even if they're too lazy to call or write... :)
