| with the exception of the fact that i had two cars that got broken into on the same night, you are living my exact life 4 and a half yrs ago. living in the ghetto (in the ghet-tooooo) and finding kisses on the front door! done that! i also used to find entire face marks, ew. so much innocence was lost when i lived in the ghetto (in the ghet-tooooo): i shouldn't know what crack smells like, but i do; i shouldn't know where people go when they get arrested (and where to go to post bail for them) but i do; i shouldn't know that pulling up to an apartment building and honking your horn will result in the offer of drugs 'fo cheap, y'all', but i do. i have since moved back to the same block where i spent my first 22 yrs and i've already forgotten how much it costs to park at the justice center downtown. w00t. |
