comments:  Terry Pratchett is a master of satire. It's not the humour. It's not the footnotes. It's not the plot. It's the humour, AND the footnotes, AND the plot. Like Saturday Night Live, except without as many innuendoes and in print.

Phillip K. Dick

comments:  The KING of Science Fiction. Some of his short stories have been adapted into movies; Minority Report, Blade Runner....

Isaac Asimov

comments:  Asimov is the foremost pioneer of modern science fiction. SciFi Freaks still speak his name with reverence. Although I, Robot has completely mutilated his legacy, at least he had another movie made for him.
