I am a survivor of child abuse (physical, sexual and emotional), child neglect, and multiple rapes. I have Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (Complex PTSD). I am recovering from substance abuse (drug addiction and alcoholism), eating disorders (anorexia and bulimia), and self-mutilation (cutting, etc.) I also suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic pain from old injuries. My diary contains narratives of some of the abuse I endured. But it is primarily about my day to day struggles in the present.
