I have been challenged with panic attacks since October, 2002. Originally, this diary was to be a venting venue for me but it has become so much more since it's inception. I use it for my "soap box" issues as well as my day-to-day journey. I am hopeful that some of the things that I go through in my therapy sessions and in my regular daily life will possibly benefit others who have severe panic disorders. I long to make this my enduring legacy of thought that my son may one day read to delve into my adult psychie and maybe learn to understand me a little bit better.
