Sometimes the things in my head get too powerful for me to handle. When that happens, either I shut down completely, I've finished writing 10 pages in my journal, I end up bleeding, and or just crying. So, out of those options, keeping a journal was the least harmful to me and probably most beneficial. Every one deals with pain in their own way. Some never learn those necessary tools needed to cope. I'm just starting to learn. It's quite difficult being in my 20s and just now learning those things I should have learned almost a decade ago. That's what happens when one has to deal with many "grown up" issues at an early age. You just shut down. I'm far from reality, but right smack in the middle. I'm a dreamer, caught in a nightmare land. What power would hell have if those imprisoned there could not dream of heaven? Dream, in Preludes & Nocturnes
