Hello all. My name is Emily (known to my friends as Emilia, FlyingJ, or Emaline) and I'm a sophomore at Mercer University in Macon, GA. I'm pursuing a BA in Music(Voice) although I'm not sure what my concentration is going to be. Other random stuff: I've traveled to 9 different countries, I worked in a bar as a waitress, I drive a '99 Nissan Sentra, I have three wonderful roommates: Stacie, Kristen, and Suzanne, I have two cats, I'm allergic to tree nuts and milk, and I am morning person.

Moulin Rouge

comments:  I loved it...I don't care what anyone else says. The dancing and singing where both great. My favorite part of the movie has to be "Le Tango Roxane." It gave me chills.

comments:  I fell in love with her work when my senior english teacher made us read three of her stories. I totally see my family members in many of her characters and the issues that she approaches in her stories

Dennis Covington

comments:  "Salvation on Sand Mountain: Snake Handling and Redemption in Southern Appalachia" is a fascinating book. Considering I only live about 30 minutes from Sand Moutain, I found this subject really interesting.
