My NutRageous Life

I'm 51 and trying to start a new life. I was married for 20 years and thought I had a fairytale marriage. Turns out I did. My former husband Scott is gay. Our 20th anniversary was February 12, 2002; our divorce was final May 22, 2002. We've come to terms with the fact that while we love each other deeply and will always be committed to one another, we just aren't going to make it as a married couple. As the years go by, I've found contentment with my life as a single. I enjoyed it the first 27 years of my life, and now that I've tried it on for size again, I find it makes for a good life. Most days.
