the suttle pains and joys

I'm 17. I'd like you to know that I'm not perfect. I try. Things seem to have an upward trend in life. But then again, I am only seventeen so I don't know how much bearing my opinions on life have. I try to figure things out for myself, because it's my life, not anyone else's. I think I've done a pretty good job so far.

I think life is beautiful. With all its joy and all its pain. I know I have suffered pain. I don't plan to tell you mine is any more or less than yours. But I know that my pain is different-and no one else feels the same things I do. Our feelings kind of unite and seperate us all.

So maybe that's what this journal is. It just is.
