sometimes being socially inept gets old
but there always seems to be signs pointing for me to be quiet and alone

an example:
yesterday the first guy i found attractive in who knows how long came into work
when i asked him if i could take his order he looked at me funny and then pointed to his ears
he was deaf

once he left a coworker said it looked like he was blowing a kiss at me
but he was only saying thank you
