10:36 p.m.~2005-06-30 Jon Stewart seems to have got back on track since the Zell Miller love fest a couple of weeks ago. Last Friday he had Howard Dean on. I swear I am developing a crush for that wonderful, wonderful breath of fresh air of a man. I was, however, disappointed that Stewart has stooped to the level of other bottom feeders in the media by buying into Dean being a little off the charts. Just because a democrat has finally decided to pick his balls up off the ground and shove them in the face of the right (who seem to have theirs permanently attached to their foreheads) does not mean that he is wacko. I had was actually moved to write a letter to Newsweek decrying a similar portrayal of Dean based on his in-your-face (but absolutely true) comments about the Republican Party being made up of mostly White Christians. Just because Fox News managed to find the one Jewish Senator and a couple of African Americans are wacky enough to join their ranks (read Alan Keyes and Don King) does not make the statement false.
