the fuzz followed me to work this morning. how, i don't know. perhaps it hitched a ride on the back of my shirt, camouflaged in its whiteness. or mayhaps it attached itself unsuspectingly on my arse.

all i know is that my bathmat met an unexpected demise in the washing machine the other evening. this caused a massive fuzz explosion on my living room carpet, where i had dumped my fuzz covered laundry.

i thought that i had painstakingly picked up each and every piece of fuzz off the carpet. but now i see, evident on the floor by my work desk, that i had not.

where did you come from elusive piece of fuzz ?? where were you hiding ?? are there more of you waiting to latch onto me at home ? i say it's time for another vacuuming.
