Isn't it pretty?!?!

I've just spent all day putting together my new system. Yeah, it has been a giant pain in the ass building it, but I'm hoping its worth it. There are still a lot of bugs and kinks to work out, but so far things seem to be ok...

For those of you who care, and know what the hell I'm talking about, here's what I built:
- DFI Lan Party NF4 Ultra 939 Mobo
- AMD Athlon X2 4400+
- 2 Western Digital 10,000 RPM 36GB Raptors (striped)
- Maxtor 300GB SATA
- Samsung 250GB SATA 2.0
- 1GB Dual-Channel OCZ PC3200
- EVGA 7600 GT OC PCI-E

Upgraded from:
- ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe Socket A
- AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton
1GB PC2700 RAM
- ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256Mb
80GB & 160GB Samsung hard drives

I didn't have a bad system to begin with, but I felt it was time for an upgrade. Unfortunately, I picked a bad time to buy a processor, especially when I can't afford to "chase the technology" with all this new stuff coming out at the end of the summer. Its bad enough that it took me over two months to build the damn thing, everyone at work has been bugging me to build it already. Nathan thought it was sad that I neglected all those wonderful parts for so long....

Thankfully, I did a pretty good job of backing things up on my old computer, so it won't take me so long to move into this new computer and get comfortable. I just need to update all the drivers, install some new software, and work out all the bugs and I'll be all set. I promised some people at work that I would host an FTP server (thats why I have two large hard drives in my computer right now and considering buying more) to make it easier to share files between us. Last summer, we just passed around an external hard drive....which we filled up after three people ;0P and we were only sharing music! Hopefully, this way we'll all be able to share music, programs, and movies. I just hope I can figure out the damn software, and how to set it up.... Anyone out there set up an FTP server before? Let me know....
