And so...
After much consideration and a couple weird moments, the time has come to close the chapter on this particular spot. I'm not ceasing to be a part of the diaryland family--just moving. I'm going to put a password on this site. I'm happy to share the password--if you want it and you're part of my notify list, it will come to you automatically in a week or so when I put it on. If you aren't on the notify list, join on up there to your left. There's too much history up here, and I'm afraid it's going to end up in the wrong hands. I'm amazed it hasn't already.
The moving part comes in the fact that I'm setting up camp at jenistar2.diaryland.com. This space has become way too important to me to give up, but I'm afraid that I need to be sure I don't have anything posted and accessible that might turn around and bite me in the ass. SO...this space keeps the private thoughts under password, and the other space gets the more public stuff. Makes some sort of sense, doesn't it?
Anyway, I'm going to leave this message up here for a week or so, as I said. In the meantime, new posts will go to the new site. At the end of the week, the password goes on.
Almost five years--I'm feeling a bit sentimental. But I'm in such a different place now than I was when that first entry went up.
