occoquan1's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Darkness, Autumn, Control, Cats The darkness has set in and taken hold for the year and in the darkness I have found some peace and balance. Things are still quite chaotic, but I have chosen to answer to only what I can control and to do only what I can manage, and it seems to work better in this fashion. The weather is finally, finally changing...it's nice to see the humidity leaving the air and feeling crisper, cooler nights...most welcomed. I love Autumn and welcome it with open arms. My mind is at a clear moment when I can enjoy my accomplishments and endeavors and the world doesn't seem so complicated. The kittens have been in the house almost a year, and were a year old in May and June respectively.
