Wow! It has been a long time since I've posted here. So here I am to stir up those feelings of longing once more.

I'm currently trying to cope with a herniated disc in my lumbar spine, so I've definitely had days where I have felt better.

I'm back with a band, rocking once again, and discovering just how much harder it is to hit those high notes when I wasn't singing regularly for about two years.

And I'm starting to discover things like Facebook, linkedIn, and twitter. And trying to learn how to use them.

I'll return soon, hopefully with something to gripe about, as I tend to use this blog as a "pressure release valve."
