2005-06-05 - 5:43 p.m.

For months I�ve been coasting in neutral, gradually slowing to no known end. I�ve had no idea what my future held in store for me. And now, after receiving one letter, life has suddenly slid down into second gear and hit the gas.

I found out yesterday that I have been accepted as a student at the Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Needless to say, I�m about as happy as a pig in shit. Only happier, because I�m not a pig, and I�m not in shit.
