For a sore throat, I like using Lemon Tea with some honey in it. In fact, I'm drinking it right now! This has done great stuff for me - I had an audition for a musical one day and woke up unable to talk. Two or three mugs of tea later and I got a part. I'm going to try to stop sounding like a commercial now, but really, give it a try. It sooths, even if it doesn't heal.

Hi there!! Happy Late birthday. And damn, I know about the weigh gain. I lost 70 pounds from last march to december and then have gained about 20 since december. Monday - or tuesday - I start back on my routines of watching food intake and exercizing. I did weight watchers and yoga with some cardio here and there. Since january, I've not watched my points and I've not been able to exercize for a while because I was sick. So, to make a long story end, I know how you feel. And I agree with jenn - diet soda is very good.

I've lost about 25+ pounds in 5 months without excersise at all -- and I ate what I wanted, within moderation. I too had to learn to like diet soda...and now I can't drink regular. It saves you like 200+ calories a day to drink diet. Try diet rite to start -- it's made with splenda and tastes yummy!
