| I took my new job thinking I would make the same or maybe even less the first year...and then once we negotiated things out, I can probably make more. So you never know with this new job opportunity. You might make less at first but if there is more of a chance for upward mobility and--oh--happiness--then I say go for it! good luck! |

| I agree with jamsjunction; you don't need that stress. So often, a situation that looks scary right now will turn out to be one of the best changes of your life. You will find a better job, and not have to put up with a boss acting like that and then trying to turn it around on you. I'm rooting for you! |

| How you didnt deck her is beyond me? Had she had the proper information she would have prevent a huge problem...And if she spent a considerable amount of time "selling this place", which that in itself speaks volumes, then she would have known the patients name. If you truely have to "sell" the nursing home, then that tells me that she isnt that confident in the ability of her nursing staff. Because the nursing home itself should sell itself...BLAH, I am glad your getting out of there, its not good for you to be that stressed all the time. Praying for you! ((HUGS)) |

| That's what I've thought too. She's not scaring them because they love their room so it's not a bad thing. Ironically, my thermostat keeps being turned up. Neither John or I have touched it & Maya can't reach. But it's always cranked. I'm guessing it's too cold for the babies, LOL. Hugs. |

| Going to Walmart myself today, I also make lists that get longer as I shop, LOL. For photos, upload some to Village Photos(search for the link) then copy and paste the code that looks like <img src...(it's the one they say to use for ebay. http://imood.com for your emotion thing. It'll give you a code to copy & paste. Hugs. |
