A friend of my boyfriend's lost her dad recently, too...I just met her the other night. She actually seemed ok, and I couldn't help thinking of you all night. Wondering how you're dealing with the same situation. She's not even out of high school yet. I'm sorry I've been lacking in my prayers for you. Wish you would update... ~Angela~

TIA. i love you. i am SO stupid for not getting to your diary again since now...oh my gosh, tia. i am so sorry. i'm praying for you. i am so so so so so so sorry about all of this. oh tia...i'm so sorry. i wish i could hug you and tell you everything will be alright, but that's not what you need to hear right now; you need to hear your dad's voice again. tia...i am so sorry. i love you so much...please email me if you need me. please. i'll be praying...
from free2dream :
I'm unbelievably sorry to hear this sad news. And I'm even more sorry to be so late to find out. Though all this is happening...I pray that you'll find comfort soon. =] Take care. You're always in my prayers.
from twintale :
Just reminding you that you have someone who's practically a stranger praying for you all the way in Kentucky. Two people, actually. Andrew is always with me when I mention you and your family to God. Please let me know how you're all doing. Love, Angela
from teen4jesus :
I'm so sorry. I really don't know what to say but that I'm praying for you and your family...
from silverluna :
I'm so sorry. I know there is nothing I can say to help you. But, I am here for you if you need me...
from twintale :
Oh Tia, there's just absolutely nothing to say, is there? I could sit here all night and come up with nothing more than a lame, cliche, ridiculous attempt at comfort. I am so sorry you're going through this, Tia, and if there was one moment in my life where I wished more than anything I could give someone a hug, it would be now. Just remember that the God who sees all is the God with the biggest arms. The God who allowed your earthly father to be taken from you is the God who longs to be your heavenly One. You don't have to be all "woo Jesus" to know that. This is a time in your life when you'll either run to Him or away from Him, and I pray that you realize how utterly hopeless it will seem if you push Him away. This is a time that you will make a decision either way that will affect you for the rest of your life. Don't let satan get anywhere near your thoughts. I love you. I will pray for you. I've already wept for you. And I'm sorry. Love, Angela

I'm sorry to hear about the death of your dad. :(
from free2dream :
I understand. =] Take caare.
from healing-rain :
I was going to ask the same thing -- Can I have your other diary's address?
from silverluna :
Can I read your other diary? If not then that's fine. I'll just be patiently waiting for an entry. Oh, and 3 year at a jr. College is not bad. It took me 3 years to get my Associates at a Community College...now that's sad...
from healing-rain :
Amazing entry. Death has been happening a lot lately, and it's horrible. I will never forget Chris, and I barely knew him -- You'll never forget Judy, especially since you were so close to her. I hope you feel better.
from silverluna :
Remember: in the end, God will never leave you...
from pippinsgirl :
Many hugs... I don't think you will forget.
from silverluna :
yay! I'm so glad you are finding yourself and enjoying it. It has always been a struggle for me to accept myself. But I am finally happy with myself now. oh, and about going to church. The Bible say you need to have feelowship with other Christians that can keep you on track. But that doesn't necessarily mean it has to be in a church building. It can be with christian friends at someone's house, hanging out at the park or the mall, etc... :)
from thisismywish :

(My name's Amy...you called me Hannah in your last note... don't worry about it, though. :)) And to answer your question, they're over-protective because they love me. Sometimes I don't understand it at all, and I wish it weren't so, but at other times - like now, when I'm not angry ;) - I'm OK with it...Except that I miss talking to all the people I had met and become friends with. They're scared that I'll be stalked or something. I know enough not to give away that much information, though. (That's why I decided against e-mailing you, btw, to be perfectly honest.) At this very moment, I think I can see where they're coming from. I mean, if I were in their shoes, I don't know how I would do it differently. They made the rule because they were concerned about one of my online friends...they thought I was giving away WAY too much info. -I probably did, looking back at it. --Does that satisfy your curiosity? ;) Thank you again for the compliments on my dress. That made me smile. ~Amy
from tobehis :
I had my face blotted out in the picture, because, as my friend Kasey puts it, it IS the internet. LOL. Also, my parents (esp. Mom) are really protective. (Read this for more info... http://tobehis.diaryland.com/restricted.html ~I probably shouldn't even be talking you! --Yeah, rebellious little me.) They probably wouldn't be very happy if they knew I put hte picture up, even with my face blotted out. Thanks for the compliment, though. That dress was special... it was the dress that my mom wore in my big brother's wedding. We were so thankful that it fit me. What did you mean by, Why are my parents so weird? Weird how? (I don't mind you asking, I just wanted to know what you meant, so I can answer. My parents are REALLY silly. :-D ) So I guess that's all. Take care.

Havent been online in FOREVER cause I moved & we havent got the internet back up yet. I'm at school, hehe. I was just going to tell you that I'll be at the RAMP Saturday night, along with my mom & a couple women from the church & my youth group & youth pastor! Hope to see you there. If you are there, try to find me... I'm kinda short & skinny & I have medium length, red-orange hair. (It'll more than like be straight.) Hope to see you there!~

from trulyyours83 :
Hey, thanks for the encouraging note! I'm just getting used to this site, so it's nice to hear from people. Good luck with getting enough money!
from sahera :
It really dosen't matter what you "do." It matters who you are, who've you become because of Christ. This is love: not that we love God but that he loves us...1 john 4:10. P.S. I only need about $400 more and it is most likely going to be provided by one of the churches here! I have plane tickets now!
from free2dream :
Who DOESNT love to get notes/comments? :) Thanks for yours!
from free2dream :
OHMAHGOONESS. sorry...WAIT...what do you MEAN your parents dont love you? gah this entry seems so depressing...im worried for everyone because lately it seems that everyones just..UPSET. all their upbeat entries are dead and gone...many have become suicidal...argh. frustrating to see people like this. :) Hope you have a nice day!
from godsintimate :
wow i know what you mean about feeling un-christian like..i've been there lots of times. but you know..i've noticed that i'm always not going to church or reading in my Bible or going to my Bible study around those same times. i think..when we don't feel like going or doing all that stuff..is when we need to the most..and is pretty much the only thing that can fix it. ya know? i just thought i would write you and say that. :) -cindy
from free2dream :
And you have a wedding layout....:)
from healing-rain :
Wow.. Congrats on such a great semester!! I can't believe you know your grades so early!! I usually don't have that kind of luck. :) What do you have to sing?
from healing-rain :
CONGRATULATIONS on such an awesome final grade!! :D Good luck on math!
from sahera :
Hey! Thanks for your note! It is so encouraging to know that people are praying for this mission! Keep lifting it up!
from brdwaybebe :
Hi honey I hope you get to go to the play! I hope you don't need to quit though. I can imagine yours is an important witness for the character of Christ there. I'm sure you'd be missed!
from free2dream :
:) Amen!
from brdwaybebe :
Hi Honey! I'm sorry you're not feeling well today! You are in my prayers. Thanks for you note about Jason. I'll post about the concert soon. It was a definite time of refreshing!
from minstrelite :
Praise God, Tia. You love yourself! Now you can do all things--everything is yours, and you are Christ's, and Christ is God's. (1 Cor 3:21-23.) Amen.
from minstrelite :
They were lyrics in the last verse of a song I wrote. That verse went: "What I want first is to tell someone the truth--all I do now is lie. What I want next is to sing some happy tunes--all I do now is cry. But what I want most is not to want--then, maybe then I can start, start to love you, make it come from the heart--Lord knows it's worth a try." Pretty silly, huh?
from minstrelite :
Tia, I got an error message while we were chatting on Windows Messenger, and now I can't sign back in. It says my password is incorrect. Weird.
from minstrelite :
"But what I want most is not to want." -- Andy Pope, 1977.
from healing-rain :
"I just want to not want anymore." That's my favorite line! And it's so true for many of us, I think. Also, is your new spiritual level a good one? Don't forget about Diaryland!!
from free2dream :
Wow. The story of my life.
from minstrelite :
Tia, I got your note. But just so you'll know, my cell phone BROKE last week & it won't recharge, Metro wouldn'y take care of it because there's no contract or warrantee, and I have to wait until I have some cash together to buy a new phone. But when I do, I'll get the first month free, unlimited anytime anywhere USA long distance. But I can't afford it right now, their cheapest phone is $115. Also, there's a narly virus on my comp now, I got it from an mp3 transfer, it started in the media player and spread. Now I'm unable to send emails. I'm at the library now where I have limited Internet access. I'm trying to get my buddy Todd to come by and fix the comp, but he's hard to get ahold of. Eventually he'll receive my dozen or so emails and he'll be able to see the progression of the virus (and how it's all his fault, of course, by the way.) Anyway, so I'm under attack right now on the communication level. Take care, l'il sister.
from healing-rain :
I hope you have/had a great time in Tennessee!
from minstrelite :
I sent you an email about dope-slave after I saw that he had been leaving you abusive notes as he did to me as well. Unfortunately, I got all angry about it, and I hated myself over it until one day I read the part where Jesus got all mad at the money-changers in the temple. Then I re-thought the whole thing. However, I don't think I'm going to pursue this. I've been spending too much time on the comp lately. It was kind of strange to see his notes, and how many people were hurt by him, and asking him not to note them. So I'm just praying for him, or her, or it. By the way, sorry I was kind of lackluster when you called. I eventually found a couple cups of coffee and returned to normal. I think I have a serious caffeine addiction going on. God bless.

OH MY WORD, purple lowlights?!?! That's gonna be soooo...... COOL!!!!!!!! I wanna dye like an inch or an inch and a half of the bottom of my hair black. It'd be neat-oh, dunno if the parentals are gonna aprove though.
from brdwaybebe :
I'll see what I can come up with! I don't have a living computer at home but I have a lovely computer here at work. I just need to get my graphic making programs on this computer. But I'll letcha know when all that happens!
from thisismywish :
Oh, I know I just haven't thought of anything nice enough to say about you on my profile yet!:) You know what? Working out is about finding things to get active that MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD! You should absolutely NOT do something that hurts you, or makes you stay hungry! I am an absolute believer in this: Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full. Eat as many times during the day as you want; eat WHATEVER you want (but eat balanced meals- so if you eat some chocolate cake for breakfast, then have an apple later ;) ) but just stop when you are full. And find something that stretches you, but doesn't hurt you. I actually just got back from the gym, and I like it because I can go on the treadmill for awhile, then bike awhile, then go swim laps. I just do whatever I feel like my body needs. The most important thing is really to just get your blood flowing. Anyway, as long as you FEEL good then that's the absolute most important thing! Plus, you are a lovely girl and should not listen to what anyone says to you about anything. Love ya much, Tia!
from thisismywish :
Yes, you did say you had the silver ones:) I almost like the thoughts of those better:) I prayed for you today, I hope that everything went...well...? Lol:) -Beth
from thisismywish :
I do like the shoes! DO you know what I have been coveting lately? Green purses! Gosh I want one so bad. Anyway, keep your chin up because your lovely.
from healing-rain :
You're such a sweetheart, Tia! :) Thank you so much for your note.. The Holy Spirit definitely led you correctly. It's nice to know someone is reading and that someone cares. God bless!
from pippinsgirl :
*feels so proud to rock like butterscotch* You're uber-encouraging, you know that? Someday I'll figure out how to send hugs through Diaryland notes, and then you'll get a few. :)
from minstrelite :
I just read the two entries of yours, and I'm praying for you. God loves you, Tia. Maybe others of your brothers and sisters see it more than you do. No one who is not His child would even be having those thoughts, much less be moved to express them.
from minstrelite :
I love you too, sister. (*Little* sister, I should say!) No worries, I was just getting it out of my system. It's up to the Lord whether I wind up making money in the City or chillin' out in the Country - or even something I might not be expecting. He is sovereign.
from brdwaybebe :
Hi Sweetie! I just was looking to see who had me linked and I saw you're diary - then I saw a prayer for you on another diary. I absolutely prayed for you! I have a feeling you and I will be great friends. Have a wonderful day, full of grace and fire! Christy - [email protected]

AGH! Delete one of my comments.. My computer sucks. Also, I will be praying about your job situation. :)
from meaganblair :
I really read it. :)
from minstrelite :
Great diary. Also, thanks for tuning me into the Precept site! God bless you.
from twintale :
You got the job? Excellent! I totally have NOT been keeping up w/ anyone's diaries, but I just read all your entries that I've missed this past week or so, and methinks I owe you a note. A long one. I hope this in some way makes up for the ones I haven't left you lately. LOL ANYWAY, first of all, I want to thank you for using the phrase "that rocks like butterscotch" in your entry about Jon, because as you remember, I totally started that, and I KNOW it's going to catch on. That'll be $5 for not getting the expressed, written permission of myself, though. LOL Seriously though, I'm really happy that you got the job, but when the heck are you going to sleep??? Only 24 hours in a day, Tia. God can't use you if you're too exhausted to do anything! Prayers are with you, Angela
from free2dream :
Oh..what's wrong? I hope everything is okay....even if it seems like it's not right now! :) God bless.
from healing-rain :
Uh oh.. Why do you love me? lol.. Just kidding! I love you, too! I'll write your AIM name down, and better yet, I'll give you MINE! ScatterdDreams

Girl, no doubt drug tests are SO SO SO uncomfortable & disgusting! Ew!! I had to take one for a physical in 7th grade. Haha.
from updropsfaith :
TIA!!! sorry i've been M.I.A. for a while now...i've missed you so much!! hope all is well...i heart you!! God bless!!
from twintale :
I had to take a drug test for MY new job the other day, and let me tell you, it was NOT fun. You'd think they were making sure I wasn't carrying a gun or something on me with the way they were acting! Empty your pockets, lock your purse up in this drawer, take this key to the bathroom so no one can get in or out, don't wash your hands or flush the toilet until we say so - it was disugsting and nervewracking and just plain uncomfortable! I'd never had to do that before, and I hope this is the last time....Anyway, um...good luck with your drug test! LOL I hope you get the job. You deserve some "luck". (Blessings!) Love ya, Angela
from girls-suck :
i've forgotten what made you so unforgetable.

I should hit you for not telling the news about Dianne sooner - but I can't, 'cause I'm just TOO HAPPY FOR YOU! And her, of course. So was it benign???? I love my God - He is SO GOOD! ~Angela~

Rock on for ApologetiX! =) You might be interested in one of my sites - misalvador.diaryland.com. Being religious, you know, you might be able to use a prayer request site. But hey, you're the first person to join the ApologetiX ring! Rock on!
from twintale :
I loved your entry - I know exactly what you mean about looking back and being amazed at the change inside from just a short time ago. Sometimes I can't believe how far God has allowed me to come! Oh, I'm just letting people know that I locked my diary for a few reasons, but ya'll can still read it! (Aren't I cool like that? hehehe) ANYway, u/n: under p/w: grace. ~Angela~
from rage4peace :
Hey were you talking about me in one of your last entries about drinking? Oh yeah...And I also agree with Twintale that you should take a day off work ;)
from twintale :
Awwwwww jeeze things are just not good in your neck of the woods, are they? I completely understand what you mean about feeling like you don't trust God enough - but the great thing about that is, you can ALWAYS ask Him for more faith. And the fact that you're even concerned about it means you're probably more on track than you think you are. I said a prayer for Dianne, but I'll say more I'm sure. You're on the list, too. I'm so sorry about your cat! That's really sad. And you didn't find your money yet either, I see, but money is NOT everything, and that can be replaced. God is good...even when life isn't! lol ~Angela~
from southern-sky :
Hey! My name's Lindsey, and I found your site through lovingod's diary. I read your entry today, and I just wanted to say that I understand about your ex because I am in a very similar situation. I think it is possible to still be friends. Anyway, talk to ya later! And feel free to drop by my diary and leave me a note!
from twintale :
I'll be 20, too (In August) and no matter how many times my parents treat me like that, it still hurts me, too. So I know exactly how you feel. Just remember that if God brings you to it, He'll bring you through it - and He has awesome plans for you! (And can I just say that you sound like you need a break??? Take a day off, sister!) Praying, Angela
from twintale :
Hey! You remind me a lot of myself in that you don't seem to think it's right to judge people. Doesn't the Bible make reference to one sin not being any worse than another? So how can we, who are naturally sinful, judge anyone else for what they're doing?!? And you're right, sometimes it just drives them away. That's why Jesus said the greatest commandment is love. If you love someone no matter what they're doing, eventually they're going to wonder why. And there's your open door to introduce them to Jesus. ALSO, I lost 80 bucks once, so I feel your pain. I hope you find it, 'cause that SO does NOT rock like butterscotch. Prayin for ya, Angela
from rage4peace :
Hey. I figured out what the Ramp was last night when I saw it on tv. I had a Eureka moment. Also, about the drinking thing. Sometimes you don't have to say a thing. I went to a huge party a year ago and everyone (except me) was getting drunk. A lot of my friends were there, but one in particular came over to me. She was obviously plastered and came over to me. She just started telling me that she wasn't like this and she hates getting drunk. She said that she was disappointing God. Then she got the beer bottle in her hand and threw it into a tree about 20 yards away. So sometimes just your spirit being there brings conviction. See ya T-bird
from twintale :
Heyyyyy I just have one thing to say - amen! That was so very true, and you said it so well I was practically waving a white handkerchief and dancing around the room. Great entry! ~Angela~
from meaganblair :
WOW, I'm impressed! Seems as if God is really working in you. That was a GREAT sermon/speech/rambling peice!! :) & it's so real & so true. But if you really think about it, you will be preaching cause that's all preaching is... rambling on & on about one subject/ topic. Haha, but it's so much more important than that! God bless you, go get 'em!:)

I don't really know anyone in the drama department personally, but I would probably know their face if I saw them b/c I always have classes in that building. Enjoy your sinus medication. In Christ, nate the great
from twintale :
Hey, I just wanted to ask you how Diane is doing??? Praying for her, and you~Angela
from twintale :
Jeeze, I'm really sorry to hear about everything you're going through. As far as running a store - you seem like you can handle that. But add in everything else, and I can understand why you feel overwhelmed! I was going to make a reference to I Corinthians 10:13, but you already did, and you're right - God promised He wouldn't give you more than you can handle. Just please continue to have faith. Know that you're going to come out of this stronger and more aware of exactly how much you're capable of! I bet you'll surprise yourself. And you've got the Lord on your side - nothing can touch you! I will definitely pray for Diane...and you, too! ~Angela~ (Jeremiah 33:3)

Heya, welcome to the Casting Crown's Dirayring! Have you heard the new one they're plaing on the radio? It's "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel". . And it's a *lovely* version. :) See you around! Joy

Eep! Weirdosity! I'm working on a new template, so it might be acting wonky or something. The text is supposed to be white, and it appears that way on my computer, but I don't know... I'll be working on it some more, or else I'll get a different one from somewhere, though, so no worries. :)

Read the comments on, I think it was the entry before... I was upset that Kat had been cutting herself, and someone pointed out that, I'm upset that's she's cutting herself and want her to stop, yet won't stop myself. That's pretty hypocritical. And I know it. Yeah, I'm a hypocrite.
