hey! do you think I could have the password for your new diary? I'd really like it .. I've been missing reading your stuff for the past little while that you've had this new one. So maybe send me an email or something, if you don't mind me having it, cause yeah .. I'd really love it! Love ya bunches! Prayerfully, Courtney
from clairecav :
Hiya, update your new diary soon ;) I was like "17 days and no updates? Something is wrong." then came here and found your new diary and.... HERE I AM, as your new notes aren't turned on ;)
from free2dream :
What HAPPENED?? I'm having a crisis here!! You're BEAUTIFUL layout is gone...and back to the diaryland templates....HUH? And....you no longer have a profile. I think I'm going to die. *Anyway....I miss ya!! And I hope you're doing okay and fine and stuff like that!! :) Just send me a note or SOMETHING to let me know you're alive and breathing! :)
from elijah1981 :
yes the rain rocks, I really love it. We were having a downpour today and I just sat there on the couch listening to it...it was so nice.
from i-c-dumppl :
I'm on "diary hiatus" for a week... I'll be back, though. I have to remain secret, on the down-low. Just to let you know!
from i-c-dumppl :
Since you've already got it, read the book first before the movie. As beautiful as the movie is, no amount of film tone can equate to the tone of the book. I'd describe it, but I'd be too technical. Not that you wouldn't understand, but I don't think my description would do the words any justice. It's just a marvel, it really is!
from clairecav :
Yah, it is a good book to be sure.
from intothewest :
oh and by the way, i read the Illiad and thought it was quite good.
from intothewest :
Meh, i'll get it eventually. Troy was good, i don't get why the reviews were bad. I mean there was quite a bit of sex in it, but who doesn't want to see orland bloom and brad pitt naked? Anyway, im glad your first exam went well and i hope the others go well also. I also like to spend alot of time alone, and sometimes my friends get the fact that i want to be alone mixed up with them thinking i don't like them or something. Anyway, hope everything goes well.
from free2dream :
I cannot wait until Summer Vacation (hahaha, I put it in Caps...) I know it'll be short because days go by so fast sometimes...but I desperately need days off even though I JUST had a 4 day weekend. :) I'm so lazy...
from clairecav :
Indeed. I wonder... what do book geeks look like??? I suppose it could depends largely on what exactly you read and stuff. Hum.
from i-c-dumppl :
I wanna learn how to surf too! And I loved the Crucible. I also loved watching "The Outsiders" in English class a few years ago... it had Tom Cruise... And don't ever think you're wasting your time on a diary, it's a proven fact that diaries help not only to sort out your life, but it makes you less suseptable to crimes and encourages your good behaviour. And as long as it's a public diary, you're only helping out other people when they read it. You help me out with my problems because you've been through it all too. I don't think the kind of connections you build with your readers is a waste, I think it's a nice break from a hectic day!
from clairecav :
Cheer up Cheesy! :D I saw 'The Crucible' a few weeks ago, and thought it was good too. Feel better!
from free2dream :
So sorry you're so "cheesed" off. :) Hope you're feeling better. Tests stress me out too...especially because I'm so lazy!
from i-c-dumppl :
The sky is quite lovely, isn't it? Good luck on your exams! You'll pass them all with flying colours, I'm sure!
from briar-lover :
Hey!! So sorry I haven't been on in a while!! Thanks for the note!! Happy be-lated Birthdday!!! ROTK comes out then here too! *Jules*
from free2dream :
You haven't updated in...<gasp> 5 DAYS!! *tear* I hope everything's okay. And if everything is, glad to know you have a life besides diaryland. :)
from i-c-dumppl :
That poem you wrote was lovely! It reminded me a lot of... what's his name... oh gosh... begins with a "t"... All I can think of is Telemann, and that's not it, he made Pachelbell's Cannon. I'm thinking of a poet. I'll get back to you on the name, but my point was that is was superb!
from free2dream :
Hey, I've been good. Not studying like I should, but I'm fine. Ooh...I wonder what my birth month says about me. Coolio.
from clairecav :
Aw, thanks. It's good to know someone knows what I'm going through ;)
from free2dream :
Just wanted to see how you were doin. So...how are ya?? I almost forgot the username/pass combo while I was trying to read your diary. But I got it...and I'm here!! :) God bless...hope you update soon.
from pippinsgirl :
Thanks for the note. That's cool what happened at the concert. Do you know which band it was? (just out of my music nerd-ism...)
from i-c-dumppl :
Music exams? You sound so stressed out. Three more weeks of school here until summer break, and every week I have a Physics test. On top of that I have an SOL (state test) and finals for all my classes but one (we took ours in English already). Then I'm free. Music has quickly become my least favourite class, and I love music so much. I've gotta run, I've got physics homework... I need to make another A before I fall out of favour. Toodles (hope everything gets better)!
from evenstar101 :
Hey! Thanks for your nice note. Re: writing style, I guess I am trying to please everyone else, but who I'm really trying to please is myself! There are so many little things that happen/comments that are said everyday and I wish I had more time when I sit to write so I could put everything in. But things get crazy and everyone else needs the computer. Maybe I should try to write things down as they happen so I can just paste them in. Re: Josh Groban...I wish all of my fellow JG fans here on d-land could go with me! Wouldn't that be awesome? Anyway, I'm still waiting for the tickets in the mail but honestly, I haven't fully grasped how cool it is. I don't think I will until my mom and I are acutally in our seats. I'm hoping he does some of my favorite songs!!! Ok, well, thanks again for your note. Love and Laughter - Em
from pippinsgirl :
I like what you had to say about philosophy. Our youth leader was actually talking about that sometime ago. It's like people go searching for the truth but so often try to create their own version... Yeah, you hit the nail right on the head (or whatever the saying is) with what you said. :) And I agree, science is just blaaeghh. I'm lucky to be passing it this year, lol.
from free2dream :
You and Kate have too much fun there!! :) Science is really crazy...and boring. And my mom wants me to become a doctor. I dunno if I'll make it if I do want to become one. God bless.
from clairecav :
HALF A STAR??? That's just INSANITY! I am shocked. And extremely hurt. I am beginning to wonder whether everybody has fun-person-near-them-to=make-Science-a-bit-less-boring. I have one too. Enter Teresa.
from clairecav :
Aww, I think it's fab how much effort you put into people's presents. They always sound so nice!
from i-c-dumppl :
This must be a big subject to you, you sound amped on it! I'm planning on reading Jane Eyre if I can this summer, if not, we're reading it in AP Lit next year. I love that feminism has come so far, and I'm grateful for it, but there still isn't an equal playing field, and a lot of women remain completely blind to it. Celebrating womanhood doesn't mean having sex, but some men make women think that. And I hate that acting is fifty percent physical attributes for women and not for men. Life's not fair, but it doesn't mean that something can't be done. But I do feel like I'll never find a bus from Stonehenge to Old Sarum. This project is going to be the end of me.
from i-c-dumppl :
Feminism is a big deal to me, especially looking forward to ivy-league colleges and (hopefully) an acting career. There's a lot that can go wrong on that path, and that's why a lot of women who don't deserve to be actresses are actresses, because they, pretty much, sell themselves. It's not fair, but hardly anyone notices because we live in a modern world where everything is thought of as fair. I can understand not drafting women in the army and things like that, but there are very few succesful business women or female entrepreneurs, even in big countries like yours and mine. No female presidents, only two notable female directors, one female producer (my, uhh, second cousin), and America is supposed to be free! Outrageous, isn't it? The visuals of Helsing look pretty from the trailers, but I bet that the entire movie lacks substance, just like most comic-book hero movies (minus Spiderman, that was just really good). This note is too long! Sorry! Bye!
from briar-lover :
Hey! I love listening to LOTR soundtrack before I go to bed... only I usually listen to ROTK. I must say, Shelob's Lair isn't very comforting. I'm really excited cuz ROTK comes out here in 17 days!! On DVD of course... and VHS. Anyway, good talking to ya, ttyl! ~Jules~
from i-c-dumppl :
Geoffrey Rush? If I lived twenty minutes from someone like him, I'd take forty minute bikerides back and forth everyday. Just to see if anyone noticed. Well, probably not really. But I think a forty minute bike-ride could do me no harm, really. Yeah, I've heard of that school, NIDA. It's elete, Sydney, right? I'll have to do more research this weekend. I've got until the tenth to add that one more school! That means tomorrow I'm wakin' up at six and web-surfin' with a cup full of coffee. It's weird, just a week ago I was stressing over SATs... I feel like years have passed. Another thing to add to my research pile! Thanks! Toodles!
from clairecav :
I go to a catholic school so was confirmed in Year 5 or 6 (can't remember - it had that much of an effect on me!) and we didn't get a CHOICE as to whether we had it, so it wasn't the ful spiritual experience I guess it could have been for me :) OMG I love Secret Window! I totally agree with you - that hat! It's gorge, like the part in POTC where he is in the cell with the OTHER hat... yes, gorgeousness. :D
from free2dream :
I never knew your parents didn't believe in Christianity or any religion for that matter. I think I'm blessed to grow up in a family who values the Christian religion more than anything in life. I'm so glad that you decided to become a Christian even though your parents disagree with the whole thing. That must be hard to go through. But I'm here for ya! :) Bye and God bless.
from clairecav :
Your religion speaking has got me thinking. I do believe in God - at least I THINK I do, but I've never experienced the surreal, amazing, divine feeling that so many Christians I've spoken to seem to experience. I don't know what that shows me, really.
from free2dream :
I absolutely hate it when people expect others to like the same kind of music they all do and what's "popular" at the time. I will never change for anyone!! Ever. I like Josh Groban, okay? Now I know for a fact that 99% of the population of the Bronx doesn't even know who he is. But I do. And I love the guy and his music. Music also moves me too. It's really with Christian music. I think I'm weird but it's just how it goes. When I first listened to "Who Am I" by Casting Crowns, I almost cried, it was beautiful. How crazy is that? That's the power of music, for ya. God bless. :)
from i-c-dumppl :
I think that's what I may have meant, because, yeah, Satan being there had symbolism, but it's quite literal that he was there. That just shows the genius of the Bible, doesn't it? I really tend to think it's the greatest thing ever written! When something's even more complex than Tolkien... I'm afraid I may have gone a bit postal on your anti-Bush friend. I left a lengthy note on her diary, but, surprisingly, I don't really feel very bad about what I said. Some American I am, I'm only fueling those ideas that Americans are cut-throat. I have a feeling that a lot of foreigners are going to hate me now, but my arguements were carefully constructed on analysis, and everything was backed up by truth. It kills me to know that I'm alone in my ideas, though, even in America. Goodness me, I need a good rant. But thank you for being honest and attempting to at least educate yourself on truths before making a decision! That's why you rock, because I don't ever see you say anything in ignorance. Must run, toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
Well, the screenplay wasn't that bad, but I read through the original script on the dvd extra computer features, and a lot of Jack's lines had to be changed to fit his new fantastic character. So, some of the sequences were clever, but they wouldn't have shown through as well had Jack Sparrow been less important to the movie. He was really supposed to be second to Will, but that didn't happen with the finished product. He just made the entire movie... better. You can always know that there are two people in Virginia just like you! And thanks for the well-wish on the AP test, I'm not so nervous about that one. Must go! Toodles!
from iamblessed :
If you don't mind me asking, what denomination was your church before? I don't want to sound like I'm discriminating against any denominations, because they're all Christian, but I find that some denominations believe different things, trying to get closer to God. I believe that if you really want to be close to God, you will be. As long as you really truly want to and work at it. But you can't do it alone. I'm so thankful to belong to a church where there are so many awesome and loving people who mostly all depend on God and have strong faith. Now, I know that there are a lot of people still that aren't truly Christians who go to my church. They think they are, but I [and I hate saying this too] know for a fact that they're not. I hate saying that because I don't want to seem like all "holier than thou" you know? and also I hate seeing people who think they're going to heaven but will end up somewhere a lot .. warmer .. lol. I'll be praying for your church situation, okay? I don't know what else I can do at this point. I'm going to keep reading, and you can email me or whatever anytime you need advice or prayer or anything, alrighty? Don't worry, I don't feel like you're dumping on me. I love it when people come to me with their problems! I feel like I'm helping someone, no matter how much I really do help in the end. And plus, I need the experience of helping people, because I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my life, but I've thought about going into the ministry somehow [whether it be as a pastor, youth ministry, music ministry, or camp ministry] or maybe psychiatry. I thought about the last one a long time ago, and it just seems to keep popping up every once in awhile, so I'm not sure. Anyway, enough about me. So yeah, write anytime. either by notes, or my guestbook, or email, whatever! [You can find all the info for that in the contact section of my diary.] I feel so blessed that you would think of coming to me with these problems, considering we just "met" a little while ago. This is getting really long though, so I'm going to let you get back to whatever you were doing before! In His Hands, Courtney
from leggierox :
Wow, thanks a lot. I'm really glad that I didn't offend anybody with my rant last night. I woke up this morning and wondered if I had gone a litte OTT, but that was basically how raw and depressed I was feeling, so there was no point in editing the entry and toning it down. Anyway, people have already read it, so its a little too late :D Thanks a lot. I actually didn't know what I was saying, it just came pouring out lol. And yeah, that's the thing: what to do. I was having a discussion at school, and as someone rightly pointed out, you can't really criticise unless you can come up with a solution yourself. In my opinion, the reasons for going into Afghanistan and Iraq were wrong, but the point is that now we are there, and decisions have to be made. They can't stay, and they can't leave. It's a lose-lose situation, I guess. But on a personal level, the only way I can see, of individuals making a difference, is to work your way up in society and try to make changes whilst you're up there. My friend Roxanne is gonna become a politician for the very same reason I'm becoming a reporter/journalist. We can only hope, I guess. Anyways, thanks for the note, it meant a lot :) Lianne ~x~
from i-c-dumppl :
I'm nervous! I have to leave in, like, ten minutes, and I'm soooo scared. That's really strange that all these coincedences keep popping up. Are you for real? It was your screen name? You must be the Australian version of me. I'm so sorry. That's strange, because this girl in two of my classes shares my birthday, and she's exactly like me, too. We even had the same purse. And we both like to colour. And she wants to be a filmmaker (a screenwriter, I think). She's pretty much the only one I've met with the same knowledge of movies as I have. And then you! As long as I'm not the only one... nervous, nervous, nervous... Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
I dunno, I thought I read that bit of the crow in the Bible. I read the King James version, if it wasn't in there, then I'll have to check the Amplified Bible, which gives every possible translation of Hebrew words because that gives a lot of controversy as to meanings of things in the Bible. And have you ever heard of the Bible Code? It's a book where this guy deconstructs the hebrew of the bible and finds patterns depicting everything in our future (the 9/11 attacks on America were even in there). Yeah, I heard about the woman dying from a heart attack. That part where Satan was in a root beside Judas scared one man so badly that he screamed (like a woman), and jumped at least two feet out of his seat. He was sitting a little ways in front of me, and I could see his entire figure in the screen, unseated. And a lot of people complained that the violence was just to get people to see it, but I don't think (and I'm really trusting him here) that Mel Gibson would necessarily do it for that reason. I would think that he would recognise the fact that it would draw viewers, but I think he would also see that the end of days is coming, and people need to see exactly what happened. And there was absolutely no anti-semitism in there, I have no idea what people were complaining about. And at camp in America, we always do Native American crafts, like making arrow-heads and stuff like that. Which is the equivilent of doing Aboriginie stuff there. I've always wanted to play a didjeridoo, those look so fun! I think I got the spelling of it, I've spelled it before, I just doubt myself. Anyway, and fight for your right for a good camp group! Go, Sarah! Go!
from free2dream :
Glad you're back!! I'm so sorry you're in a group with people you don't like. I know how this feels, trust me. Some people are so bitchy, it's not even funny. And they have fun talking crap about others.........it's very annoying. So I hope that you're able to change groups. :)
from i-c-dumppl :
Congrats on debate! That's pretty garsh dern cool! Thanks for all the info- life is a blur right now, two major tests in the next 6 days, both carrying the weight of my college education. Grrreat. I dunno, though, I didn't think the gore was over-the-top at all. I also don't think that Satan was tangible as a prescence at the killing of Jesus, but I also don't think that he was just a metaphor. I don't know if your Bible version is different than mine, but I was absolutely sure that everything that happened in the movie (even to the two men beside him on crosses) happened in the Bible. I guess there's speculation on, perhaps, some of the events merely being symbolism, but the way I've always learned it, if the Bible says it happened, it's to be taken as literally as possible. For instance, if it said Satan walked about, then I would take it as if he truly walked about. All a matter of interpretation, I guess! I expected the gore to be something terrible, but I can't imagine the movie without it, really. And it did convert a lot of people in the states, it was all over the papers. One guy saw it and ran out confessing that he killed his wife, and that he wanted to be saved. Whoa. I think Mel Gibson was particularly brave to make it, too. Have fun at camp! I love camp!
from iamblessed :
Thank you much for the password! I'll be sure to check in often! I'm excited actually! I'm sure just by your name that you must be an awesome Christian example, and I'm really looking forward to getting to know you better from reading your diary! Thanks again! In His Hands, Courtney
from free2dream :
Hope you have fun on your camping trip, and don't worry, I'm sure they'll like you. Little kids always think that a teenager is SO OLD. I don't know why, but MAYBE just MAYBE it'll be different with 4th graders, although I still think they'll be shocked and surprised as to how old you are! :)
from i-c-dumppl :
I'm so absorbed in colleges right now. I've done at least two hours worth of research on film and theatre universities, and I've got it narrowed down to three ones I have to have (just to send out my SAT scores... I'm taking my tests on Saturday!). I picked a semi-random quasi-planned school that I don't know will really like me very much (coughcoughjuilliardcoughcough), but maybe I could send my scores abroad! So I'm asking everyone, do you know of any good schools where you live? I saw schools in Melbourne, but University sites are always really biased. And it doesn't really matter too much since I'm Columbia-bent, but it's always nice to have a back-up plan. Got any recommendations for me? I'd sure appreciate it! And I'm nearly, I swear it, finished with your layout. That physics homework innit gonna do itself, now is it? Thanks for any advice, don't rack your brain about it. Just wanted some word of mouth. Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
I guess I figure if I apologise for it, then I can't have confidence with it. There are some things I'd be less sure about, "Well, I'm passing physics, so I guess I'm not so bad..." but acting's my thing, it's surprisingly when I feel most like myself. Which is weird, because I'm a totally different person! Irony! A premiere would be sooo exciting! *shivers* One day. One day! Camp was exciting, and, I dunno, I wouldn't want diabetes, but at the same time (and I'm not welcoming the idea), I don't think I'd have much of a problem with it. Beyond being around it all these years, maybe it would help my brother open up to new things. I can't really say why I feel that way, though. Must run! Toodles!
from elijah1981 :
ha yeah lol i know, seriously. I'd give a lot to even be in the same room with him!
from nuntobe :
Can I ask why you have your diary locked???
from i-c-dumppl :
Who doesn't love Colin Firth? I haven't gotten that far in the Silmarillion, I read, like, a paragraph a night. Usually I read quickly, but I like to savour Tolkien. It's like any fine wine (not that I would know about that). It sounds like a grand time, being an extra! I hope it makes it to the states... maybe it'll be like "My Big Fat Greek Wedding", low budget, but popular!
from clairecav :
Hiya, thanks for your input. Yay, you read my diary! Wooo, wooo! *dances* i read yours too, which is unusual because I usually don't bother if they are passworded - yours must be very special!
from iamblessed :
Hey. My name is Courtney, and I was just wondering if I could have the password for your diary. I know you really have no reason to do so, but you can read my diary if you want, and yeah, whatever! Thanks! May God's Blessings Fall Upon You Always.
from elijah1981 :
wow I'm jealous of Liv too!
from free2dream :
The Faculty was a cool movie and you'll be happy to know who saves the day. ;) I like the layout more than ever because of all the compliements I've been getting. Thanks!
from i-c-dumppl :
I think I can swallow Hugh Grant for a little while. It has Alan Rickman, so it balances out! I've used the Gollum one (ohh, grand fun) and the one where I pretend I can't hear them. We get a lot less calls now! I also remember once I was watching Will & Grace, and I was so annoyed by the call that I held the phone up to the tv with the volume really loud for five minutes and then I hung up. I'm so devious...
from hobbitchick4 :
Hey!! Just a quick note to let you know that my diary is now locked, and if you want to read it, let me know and I'll give u the username and password. [email protected]
from i-c-dumppl :
Love Actually? I'll have to see it now! I hoped you'd like the card! I swear to heaven that I'm nearly finished with your html, but I hit a snaffoo with one of the images and its placement! I can't wait to hear about your day extra-ing! And everyone loves wrapping paper, I always keep scraps of the pretty kind to make scrapbooks of! Must run, an apple to slice, a paper on hating telemarketers to write, and a concert to give! Toodles!
from free2dream :
I didnt wish you a happy birthday yesterday which was your REAL birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Your presents rock! You rock!
from evenstar101 :
Happy Birthday! Sorry it's a little late. Sounds like you had a great day. Take care. *Em*

from intothewest :
Happy Birthday!! Hope it's heaps of fun, fun, fun!
from i-c-dumppl :
I have surprisingly good eyesight. I can see really well. My hearing is very bad, though. I mush prefer vision, I'm not sure why. But I like the senses, and how wonderful everything is all wrapped up into one. And I love those odd moments it hits you, what a joy it is to be alive and to see a world around you of nature and creation and smell and touch and sound. Or maybe that's just me. Way to be off-topic! Oh, and everyone claimed to love my hair. I'll send a pic when I don't have a Physics test to study for. I'm so bad, I took a break to watch Matrix Revolutions. You'd have to really like the first one to get along well with the last two- luckily I loved the first one. I had to see it end. Sorry so long! Toodles!
from nuntobe :
And now I can't get in. Oh shoot.
from nuntobe :
I enjoy your diary and hope you don't mind my staying. God Bless. ~Jamie~
from free2dream :
Happy Birthday!
from free2dream :
HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I'm gonna say it tomorrow and on tuesday too!! You had so much fun! Your friends seem really cool and EXTREMELY nice!! You're so lucky to have 'em in your life! :)
from i-c-dumppl :
Nah, there aren't any drama schools around here. Only second rate modeling schools. The only drama lessons I can get is through my school. Hey, it's free! There just aren't a lot of opportunities in this town. Unless you want to take up hog calling or some hick thing like that! Still, evil modeling teachers aren't going to undermine me until I give up my dreams, because the stage is where I feel the best, like all my insecurities are gone. Must run! Toodles!
from leggierox :
Hey! Wow! You're gonna be in a film! Make sure you let us know which one it is, so we can scan the whole thing and the credits till we find ya :D oh yeah, happy-almost-birthday, in case I don't get a chance to say it on tuesday :)
from i-c-dumppl :
I dunno, 20,000 bucks is a big thing. It would be easy to be discouraged from that for anybody! I meant little things, like a new hobby. Not an Ethiopian school. I never get opportunities like that, anyway. Stuff like once in my freshman I tried to go to a modeling school, just because I was tired of people telling me to, but the lady at the counter giving out the brochures gave one look at me and grimaced, so I said, "Sorry, I change my mind." She went right on to the next girl (oddly enough, the cellist that beat me, the one that shouldn't have) and told her, "You've got a beautiful face for modeling." That kinda stuff discourages me. Maybe I should try Ethiopian schools! None of this is helping my oddly low self-esteem today, is it? And right after my brother said I was "slow to catch on." Happy almost-birthday! I'll have to send you an e-card Monday night so you can get it Tuesday!
from i-c-dumppl :
Oooh, I wish Jet would come here, though I'm sure they'd sell out quickly. Everyone loves 'em. I dunno, I want to get out and do something crazy all the time, but I always feel really self-concious and akward around other people, and it hinders me in my quest for craziness. Either that, or it drives me to it. Like I can make one mistake and I'll shelter it and cry over it and never try what it is I made a mistake in ever again, so I have to go try something new. And when I died it pink, it turned orange a few weeks later. The dye is never permanent, and blue will turn green. Trust me. If you've got the time to re-dye it, though, go for it! Never stopped me!
from i-c-dumppl :
You've still got Heath Ledger, right? The Vines. Hugo Weaving! Geez louise. Yeah, but there are a whole lot of people in America. Plus, this is where Hollywood is. It's where everybody goes. Yeah, the Silmarillion is worth it! Must go! Oh! And I got my hair cut! I'll send a picture or something tomorrow, it's different. Verrrry different. Not pink like last time, but different enough!
from i-c-dumppl :
Are you KIDDING? Everybody's Australian. Mel Gibson, Naomi Watts, Russel Crowe, CATE BLANCHETT! Just to name a few of many. And one of my favourite bands is from Melbourne! Jet, of course! It seems like the number of American actors is rapidly decreasing, and the ones we have don't want to be American anymore (eg. Johnny Depp). Where you live sounds five million times more exciting than where I live. Trust me! And that's cool your Mum's taking you! Sounds like loads of fun! Toodles!
from free2dream :
How exciting!!! You're gonna be in a movie. So what, of you're not the star?? It's still pretty darn cool. I think Kelly Clarkson was an extra in some dumb show and look where she is now!! ;) That would be really cool!! You had such a fun day. And what did I do? Let's see....sleep....eat...sleep some more...and eat......yeah. That was my exciting day. :) God bless!
from i-c-dumppl :
It comes out May here, too. If you want a specific date, just ask Kelly (snoopy), she'll tell you. And tell you. And tell you. And tell you. She likes Orlando Bloom. *shakes head* Poor diluted thing. Just kidding! DON'T KILL ME, KELLY! I wish they'd film movies around here. Last movie filmed here was, uhh, a Tom Cruise one, I think. Well, it was a movie and I was four and there was some big whig actor in it. The crews were only here for a few weeks, and everyone was all excited. I hate my town... I can't wait for big New York! Maybe I'll have more luck there! Well, have lots of fun. You'll be the best extra there!
from i-c-dumppl :
Oooh, sooo cool! Go anyway, you don't need anybody to go! I'd go by myself. And you know that if I was there, I'd go with you! It would be fun just for the experience. Then it would be fun to spot yourself when it's done! Brad Pitt just sorta makes me angry, inexplicably. No problem about the images, I'm happy to!
from i-c-dumppl :
Actually, that was probably the nicest compliment I've ever gotten! Aww, thanks! Usually people just tell me that I'm ugly! The HTML bed is working again, and so am I! It looks really neat so far, it's a bit of an LOTR theme, but people who don't know LOTR wouldn't be able to guess, I think. Well, I think. If you don't like it when it's done, just tell me! I've hosted the images (there are 2) for ya. They weren't too big, so it's no problem.
from free2dream :
Hey Sarah! I really wanna see that movie!! But of course I wont be able to because I suck. I hope you become this famous actress with millions of dollars and maybe a famous husband and all that good stuff!! It's really cool that you're going after your dream of becoming an actress. Very inspiring. And I won't be changing my layout any time soon. Partly because I like Orlando Bloom and also....because I couldn't find another layout that was nice. :) God bless!
from i-c-dumppl :
AHH! I really, really want to see it. I don't think anyone else that sees it with me will like it very much, either. I don't know a whole lotta cinema freaks like myself. Actually, I don't know any cinema freaks quite like myself, that's probably a good thing. Mum was supposed to see it with me as a birthday dinner substitute, I think as soon as everyone starts to feel well again, she'll take me. It's terrible to get sick over spring break! And I know how you feel, like you want to get started right away on acting, but you just can't yet. People used to tell my parents that they should put my brother and I into modeling when we were young, but they never did because they didn't want to be stage-parents. I'm sorta glad that never happened, or else I may have been turned off to the whole thing! Must go! Toodles!
from zeldafan1 :
We're sooo much alike! That's basically all I have to say!.....oh, and visit my diary if you wanna, i'm sure it's not very exciting yet cause I just started it.
from snoopy-9487 :
You got to see Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind? I am so jealous!! I bet it was good. Sorry for not saying Happy Easter right away and not sending an e-mail. I'm a *really* bad penpal. Anyhow, must be going. Bye! :)
from clairecav :
Lol yeah. Wow, can't wait to see it!
from free2dream :
Johnny Depp is an awesome actor! And now you're a fan of Josh Groban!! You are now a GROBANITE. Wowsers. It's weird that they call themselves that. But whatever. Clay Aiken fans are calles Claykens or something! And jeremy camp..campers...hahaha. Happy HAPPY EASTER!
from i-c-dumppl :
Johnny Depp rocks my socks. Ooh, that one was just sad. And you're gonna love, love, love Girl With a Pearl Earring. And the Silmarillion. It's a lot like Edith Hamilton's Mythology, but it's the history of the elves. It's strange, but very interesting!
from clairecav :
Hey :) What certificate is the Secret Window??? Please, please say I cna go see it. I shall die otherwise..
from i-c-dumppl :
You know what's totally weird? I just joined that site for the fun of it last night. I'm 2ndbreakfast. That's just scary. Are we the same person or something?
from intothewest :
Lol, i wouldn't get put off by your username, your diary is a great read... from what i have read anyway. anyhow alot of my friends are christian and i find myself say some pretty supid things around them. I try to keep an open mind, our religion teacher discussed me being nondenominal (.. i think?) for fifteen minutes in class, but i really kind of agree and disagree with organized religion... Basically im confused about it alltogeather. But anyway, thank you for your comments :) Your layout is pretty shnazzy as well :)
from i-c-dumppl :
I've never seen it, but I know the twist. I wheedled it out of a friend of mine since my mum said she didn't want to take me to it. It's hard to think of Johnny Depp as a, *gulp*, mur... oh! That's a spoiler. I meant, it's hard to think of Johnny Depp as a writer. Yeah, you know how that one goes. A writer who loves corn *shivers*.
from elijah1981 :
ooh lol I'm so dumb I should've known you were from Australia, it says on your little bio thing... I can't wait to see Secret Window Again :D
from elijah1981 :
oh yeah, I remember reading about Hannibal and how he had elephants...that reminded me of LOTR too, the oliphaunts...I wonder if that's where Tolkien got the idea for them.
from i-c-dumppl :
It's Easter there already? Geez! I've still got four hours 'till midnight. Well, I was gonna send out e-cards tomorrow for Easter, I'd feel really bad if it came a day too late for you... hmm... tell ya what, I'll send you one today and everyone else one tomorrow. And I'm covered on the chocolate. In my 'fridge sits a chocolate pie. Yum! Toodles!
from free2dream :
I would go with you to see Eternal Sunshine....but we live miles and miles away from eachother...How sad. I'm sure someone will. If they're Elijah fans or Jim Carrey...Kirsten Dunst fans...Am I right? Will they all be in it? I get mixed up with these movies. I've never read the LOTR books. Never seen the second and third parts either. Wow. WHAT A GREAT ORLANDO FAN I AM. god bless!
from elijah1981 :
Wow, you're studying Roman history too? Lol I am so sick of learning about the roman empire... so your Good Friday was yesterday? Hmm its still Good Friday here...do you live in Europe or something? I've always wanted to go to Europe :-)
from i-c-dumppl :
She's in my grade, if that's what you mean. Talking to her is akward, anyway, she's one of those people that choose to stay distant because she thinks she's just a little better than you. I'm all depressed now b/c I finally finished Girl with a Pearl Earring, just a few minutes ago. It was really, really, really good. I could go on and on about why it's good, the writing analysis and plot, but I couldn't do it justice. You'll just have to read it for yourself! Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
I hate driving. I honestly do. I'm just no good, and I'm always in the wrong place at the wrong time. Thence, I still don't have my license. I cried for a half an hour after I finished the Lord of the Rings. But I took a really long time to finish it. Right now I'm loving Girl with a Pearl Earring by Tracy Chevalier. You'd love it too, I bet! I'm bent on sculpting the Girl with a Pearl Earring, I always thought that would be neat... especially since I can never play her since Scarlett Johansson beat me to it. Just as well, she was perfect for it! Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
Good friday always makes me sad, just thinking that Jesus died for my sins, and I still keep on commiting them. But, nonetheless, school was grand fun. I almost feel guilty about it though... but, yes. Acting is superb, but I don't think I'd want to be one of the people movies are about. Too stressful. I like acting because I like to think in ways other than my own way, like a criminal or a killer and things like that. It's strange to get in that mindset, though, so I know what you mean. I will come visit your farm, only if you promise to come visit my city! Toodles!!!
from pippinsgirl :
I like what you had to say in your latest entry. It seems like the best actors, sometimes, are the ones who don't act..
from free2dream :
It's cool you want to be in the acting business. And that whole birthday present idea...very nice. It's original!! Thanks for the comment on my layout...although...I can't really say thanks cuz I didn't make it...but I did pick it....and I had to have another Orlando Bloom layout cause....it's Orlando Bloom. God bless!
from i-c-dumppl :
I doubt that I could be a business woman either, but I'd love to be one in a movie just because I like to dress professional sometimes. I never really look "cute" because I'm tall, I look too "model-ish", but I can look "professional" (these all being true quotes from people I meet). I don't think I could live that lifestyle, though. I'd much rather suffer for an art. Even better, I'd love to make a lot of money for an art, and that's what I'm going to do! One day we'll be A-List, and you can still have a farm! Charlize Theron grew up on a farm, all I'm sayin'! Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
Allegory is superficial. That's the word I was looking for! Superficial. Handled immaturally, giving a didactic tone with no real meaning. Unlike Tolkien! And I understand the normal person thing, too. It's the feeling of domestication, of a day-to-day life when usually I feel like I'm somehow destined for something greater than a suburban life. I usually get that when I was at home for awhile before hopping in the car with Mum or Dad, and I see all the kids on the sidewalk and I hope that I'm never a Mom with kids stuck in a suburb for the rest of my life. Or maybe that's just me and has nothing to do with what you're talking about. Toodles!
from free2dream :
hope you're having a nice day!
from leggierox :
I think I do kinda get you on the Ordinary Person thing :)
from i-c-dumppl :
I've never had those wafers. I was a deprived child, existing soley on health food (which is why I eat so much chocolate now- to compensate!). AHH!!! No kidding. That same bit in the foreward stuck out to you too? I couldn't help but mentally agree with Tolkien, his characters are easily applicable to true life because of their personalities, but allegory is rather an unfair and biased symbolism to represent a large mass of people, even to a minimal extent. I think he handles his symbolism in a much more flexible and better applicable way so every character can appeal to every audience and to make the story be better viewed as a history, though false, of a land and its people. And that's why the story is so wonderful, because of its complexitiy and lack (teehee) of fallaciousness though it is a completely made-up fairytale (of sorts, I don't really find fairytale the best description, but it contains the same manner and tone, especially in The Hobbit). Sorry so long! Toodles! Oh, and I'm almost finished with your layout, it'll be done over break. Toodles!
from free2dream :
I LOOOOVE those wafer sticks!! We buy them all the time at Costco. Do they have Costco over there?? I'm addicted.
from free2dream :
The thing that surprised me was how young he was but he was such a good actor despite his age! He's amazing and he has BEAUTIFUL eyes!
from dingin-it :
Thanks for giving the password and the name.
from free2dream :
athritis?? i hope you won't get it but what makes you think you will? i can't stand it when people who have talent (musically, especially) have to stop because of someone or something. so...yeah...i dont want you to stop playing the piano!
from dingin-it :
Thanks for letting me know why. If you wouldn't mind I'd like a name and password to get into your diary.
from evenstar101 :
I love those Royal Diaries too! My favorite one so far has been the one about Anastasia. I've always been interested in history and royal families. Well, ta!
from snoopy-9487 :
I guess it is something like that. I really don't know. Daylight savings time always screws up my internal clock. It has ever since I was little kid and I'm a little... out of it. I apolgize. I'm going to lay down before I fall asleep right here. ~Kelly
from snoopy-9487 :
The catipult (sp?) is the staircase on the left. You get the first seige tower with that. Then you knock down some more latters. Run to the other side. Take down the seige tower with your range weapon. You'll do this two or three more times. Don't worry about the Nazgul. Once you get the last seige tower. You fight a bunch of Uruk Hai. Hopefully you live and beat the level. If I remember correctly. Hope I helped. ~Kelly
from snoopy-9487 :
Sorry I haven't left a note sooner. I really haven't been myself today... anyhow. Gandalf on Minas Tirth? Oh, that was hard level. To knock down the latters, use the physical attack which was the ctrl button for me. Then seige towers show up, ya gotta kills those. There at the far ends and it sucks. It took me awhile to be honest. Try going to the the game's website. They have a great bboard that you can read for tips and such while browsing through other things. http://www.eagames.com/official/lordoftherings/returnoftheking/ I posted so many things there... memories. Right now, I had to uninstall the game because it was cutting in on my computer's performance. Anyhow, you get two weeks off? TWO WEEKS? How come I only get a week. Its not fair!!!! Anyhow, I best be off. My dad wants to borrow the copy of TTT extended edition. And I promise to send an e-mail soon! Before tonight... I've just been zoning a lot today. Where am I? ~Kelly
from free2dream :
I know all about those agressive people. It's just a game you know? They make me mad and sometimes I wanna hit 'em too. :) Sounds like you had fun!
from i-c-dumppl :
Why does everyone get two weeks off for Spring Break? I only get a week! Maybe my summer's longer (though I doubt it is). Haha! America will crush puny Aussies at the Olympics! Hahahaha! Just kidding, I think anyone from Australia could take an American down any day. We're all fat over here, fat and on steroids. I'm a big winter-olympics fan, Apollo Antone Ono, Michelle Kwan... all over it. And I loved soccer 'cuz I always pushed people that I disliked the most in scrimmage (I always got too scared in real games). What whimpy losers! Toodles!
from free2dream :
2 weeks OFF!! yay for us!!! I have to do all my homework tomorrow to get it over with. I didn't know you acted in plays...I learn something new everyday!
from i-c-dumppl :
All that talk about drama makes me miss it, it was so exciting! And I get to learn archery on my week off! I'm so excited! And congrats on your math grade. I hate math, though! Toodles!
from airethoniel :
lol! Sorry to dampen your spirits Sam, (hehe), but i did the same thing... stopped for a few years and then BAM was back at it again! Only for a week though, so it's not so bad... <3Nic
from airethoniel :
Hah im gettin the ROTK game on PS2 for easter! Its very addicting, but as youve said, the Sims tops all. But i feel like breaking the sims now, because thanks to it I had to type up a whole unit (a good 10 or more pages of work) in one night since I didnt the day before. Anywho, just thought Id leave a note :) <3 Nic
from dingin-it :
Hey, was just wondering why you had to lock up your diary. It's cool if you don't want to tell me cause you don't know me that well, sometimes you just need some privacy.
from briar-lover :
Hey! I love the ROTK game. I have the same one for ps2 and it's awesome. I've made it to the Black Gate but my brother and I have beaten it two player before, you'll love then ending! ~*me*~
from free2dream :
Your entried are always interesting :) Hope you feel better soon! god bless!
from clairecav :
Aww, I'm sorry you had to start locking your diary - why is that??? Thanks for letting me know though.
from i-c-dumppl :
Clean house? Nope. Once again I'm left feeling very robbed. I didn't get a thing. I'll type all about it later tonight, if I should get the chance. Have the rose? Maybe for your birthday! I don't know what I'm gonna do with it. Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
I think that changing accounts should solve the problem, because it seems a shame that people might not be able to read your wonderful writing. And Harry Potter takes all my troubles away. Which is probably why I've read every book at least five times and have the movies memorized... woops, did I say that out loud? Well, it's true. I even once attended a Barnes and Noble (my fav. bookstore) Harry Potter pre-release party and stayed up till midnight, all hopped up on cauldron cakes and butterbeer. Which always reminded me of Butterbur and that just makes me even happier. Uh, yeah.
from elijah1981 :
oh, and let me know your new account, too, whatever that will be! If you want to, that is...:)
from elijah1981 :
Thanks for your note! It' sucks how they found out...if only it had been a different entry not mentioning a people you knew!
from briar-lover :
Hey! Wow I'm so sorry bout this whole thing. How'd those kids find it anyway, and how'd they no it was you? Well as long as you let me no what your new diary account will be lol! I think your pretty much safe though lol. ~me
from free2dream :
Well, either way, no matter what happens, I'll always be reading your diary. Remember, don't write out the full names of your friends or evern you full name. I gues you know that already. Whenever I mention my friends, I always put nicknames. :)
from snoopy-9487 :
Okay. *Looks shiftedly about* My e-mail is [email protected]. Talk about being paranoid :) Did anyone see me? ~kelly
from elijah1981 :
I'm so sorry! That would be so embarrassing! How did they know it was yours?? :-( I feel so bad for you! You sound really miserable!
from briar-lover :
Thank you so much for sending me that note! I nearly freaked out when I discovered that (being the overprotective person that I am) anyway, thank you! ~me

I actually hand out my URL to people. A lot of my friends say they read it. I wouldn't be ashamed of my username. If they make fun of you because of your username, or make fun of you at all because of what you like, then what kind of friends would they be? But, at the same time, you do write about people in there. Mum read my diary a few days ago about my haircut, and she got really angry with me. I'll get onto that layout as soon as I can. Until then you can always pick something inconspicuous from a designer like vivalicious. That's just until I can get around to it, because I promise to make it for you! Toodles!
from free2dream :
Hold on....some people you knew saw your diary?? I'm always scared that'll happen too, but it's not because it's just not. Why do you hate your background and username?? I hope you're okay now. God bless
from snoopy-9487 :
We've all had those days. You feel like you want to fall from the sight from every human being on earth just becasuse something embarrasing happened, right? It happens everyday. It happens to me... a lot. Trust me when I say you are not alone. And do what you said... set out to make the good from this experience. Anyhow, would you ever be interested in exchaning e-mail links? Silly idea, I know, I'm interested anyways. If you are leave a note and I'll give you my e-mail address (just because well, you have an idea about how paranoid I am.) :) *always look on the bright side of life* - monty python. Yeah, how's your game on ROTK coming? ~kelly
from airethoniel :
Thank you :)
from i-c-dumppl :
I post pics through my family diary, that one's a gold. I don't have a gold, though I'd love to! I have to hit my parents up for that one, though. And I love to spread the Artful Dodger cheer, but there's no way to get the full effect from the picture. It was a good bit of acting, I must say. One day I wanna be like that! A credit to actors everywhere! (Okay, that joke was based on the movie...) Goodness, I'm a loser! Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
You could just do all three! Madonna writes and acts and sings. She was good in "Evita"! Though, it's kinda hard to mess up an extreme character like that, it's one where you get it or you don't. And acting's only something you can grow into, and heaven's knows I need a whole lotta growin' (that's my Bush accent). Must run! Toodles!
from free2dream :
you're so cool! god bless!
from i-c-dumppl :
Samantha as free2dreams favourite? Samantha was really cool too. And for some reason I liked Josephina, but I only read one of her books. Anyway, I totally understand your problem with your dad. My dad has called me all sorts of names, and drives so recklessly that I'm surprised I'm not dead. But he gets angry with me when I ask him to be careful, and then he drives even worse, and only Mum understands because they've been married for 25 years, too! That's crazy. And, heck yeah! Americans love Aussie accents. I don't know if it's so much a pretty accent like a British one, but it's cool. It's like rock 'n roll in comparison to classical. No, I'm serious! Australian accents to Americans symbolise a brash surf-lovin' rock and roller. An English accent is a bit more uppity than that. But they're both a whole lot prettier than American accents. And it's weird that when people mimick an American accent, it sounds like Bush, because he doesn't have the proper American accent. I've got a bit of his southern twinge, but mainly I speak without any drawls. Does that make sense? Thanks for the feedback, though! Sorry so long! Toodles!
from free2dream :
do u see the note before this one ( the one that i'm writing now)? i think samantha was my fave and molly was my sister's fave. only it really wasn't her fave, because her fave was probably samantha too, but since i didnt want her to copy me, i probably made her pick molly as her fave. yay! :) god bless!
from i-c-dumppl :
Oh! I was completely mixing it up with other books! I think Molly was my favourite for awhile, but there was this other book collection that was like American Girl but it was a collection of hardback diaries. But they really sell American Girl in Australia? That's really weird, because there's not a whole lot of Australian stuff here. We never really learn about any other country's history but ours and most of European history. It's like a monopoly of education. I've gotta run! Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
Was the doll from the American Girl collection? There used to be books and dolls from this one company and it was called American Girl, detailing all sorts of stories from American history. My favourite was the one with the girl from Poland or something that wanted to be an actress because I wanted to be one too! Not much has changed, come to think of it! Toodles!
from free2dream :
Can you believe that I've never seen POTC?? (or whatever the abbreviation is) And I'm supposed to be a Orlando Bloom fan! I've never seen Cheaper by the Dozen with Tom Welling either and I'm obsessed with him. WOW. I actually thought that movie with Mandy Moore would be good. I think she's a pretty good actress and singer....but I guess it wasn't too good since it didn't do really well money wise but then again, it opened the same time as Bad Boyz II........anywayz....God bless!!!
from i-c-dumppl :
Goodness! Vintage Fashion is the only fashion out there! I don't know why, but I'm in love with flapper fashions. 1920's were the greatest times, I would have loved to have been there when everything was new and bold. Fashion was shocking, alcohol was bootlegged, film with sound was the newest fad, and jazz was the music of the day. But I've never seen THAT Mandy Moore movie. But I've seen others, and once you've seen one, you've seen them all. I hafta go clean! Toodles!
from briar-lover :
Hey! Yeah horseback riding is pretty awesome, lolz! I can't believe potc just came out there. We have a big dvd player... only my dad won it which is a major shock to all because we never win anything! lol! I hope ya get one soon! ;) ~me
from leggierox :
Interesting? I can't believe that I held anyone's attention past the whole scary internet guy episode! Well it was kinda like a whole detective scenario, and was strangely self satisifying to come up with some sort of rational explanation (if it could be called rational). I really should update a bit more often, then maybe my entries will be more readable...good idea lol. Anyways, tc, Lianne.
from i-c-dumppl :
Globes afterparty? Won't that be fantastic! We'll have to play some kind of joke on Mandy Moore, because I hate her movies with a passion. She annoys me, mainly because people tell me I have a personality like hers (grr). My Mum designs those clothes! They're everywhere, my entire house is full to bursting of vintage patterns and things. We've got Vogue magazines from France from 1912 and all sorts of neat stuff. I'll tell her you like the dresses! She's made plenty more, but those are the only ones she's posted. She made my ringdance gown too. That's the only part I liked about ringdance: dressing up. I even wore a fur, it was grand fun. I hated everything else though! And, yeah, people actually tell me that they don't care. I've been stepped on a lot, but I've just been raised to take it up to a certain point because of the "turn the other cheek" religious beliefs. But I will stand up for myself if I need to! Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
Well, of course I'll introduce you to Johnny Depp, only if you introduce me to Colin Farrel if you ever, for any reason, hit it big. And thanks for actually reading! I just get tired of people actually telling me in person that they don't care about what I say. Hmm... but I never get angry except every now and again. This is one of those again days. And cello is such a great instrument, but we really do get jipped out of every good part. Toodles! And I sure do hope the info helped!
from i-c-dumppl :
Hmm... space exploration provides an enviroment of "ideal physics" without gravity and allows testing for disease cures like diabetes and cancer, and has provided man with such commodities as spongey mattresses that also prevent deadly bedsores on the bedridden. Space is the only place where a lot of testing to improve life by ending sickness and creating new technology can happen. Does that help? And I hated those pictures. But if you want to see other pics of me, you can go to www.vintagebybuttons.com and look through the portfolio or for sale. Any girl there (minus Jackie Kennedy) is me from years ago. And I want to make films! Well, act first, and when I get too old, direct. And I'll win an Oscar. And I'm completely serious. And now I feel silly because it's far-fetched, but it'll happen anyway. Toodles!
from free2dream :
You're school seems so much different than my school or any other school I know of. But it's different in a good way! God bless! What a LONG entry!
from i-c-dumppl :
Yeah, they don't want my grades to drop. It's either more money right now, or more money in my future. You'll get to Austria one way or another. I plan to do all of my foreign studies in college, I stand a good chance of getting the funds because of the nepotism of my dad working there. Plus, you could always get a job in external affairs, and you could travel all over the place! That's what my dad's pushing me to do, and I'm interested, just not motivated. But, don't worry, you'll get there!
from angelchick18 :
humm, what about a crush, sarah??
from briar-lover :
Hey! I really liked your entry today. *Blushes* well the guy I like is a christian and I've known him ever since I was like 1. lol. Anyway I read a lot of your entrys and lots have something to do with volleyball. lol I'm no good at volleyball, it hurts my hands. Probably because I don't know how to do it properly.I'm more of a rider anyway lol. ~me
from i-c-dumppl :
Yeah, there's a lot of money to go into stuff like that, and my brother has a lot of medical expenses and my dad spends a lot of money in New York compared to what Mum, Ben and I spend (yeah, he spends a lot on entertainment and we never really do anything). My mum feels bad because she wants to save the money for other stuff, but she shouldn't because I'm the one who won't get off my butt to get a job to pay my own way. But, wait, that doesn't make sense because I'm not allowed to have a job because I'm in smart classes... well, whatever! You get my meaning. That was one long ramble! Toodles!

yea, I love it!! the only thing that I don't like is the fact that my friends are always talking about their school, like my one friend goes to North Park, and she's always talking about things I have NO idea what they are! (another bad thing is the fact that I STILL can't find a boyfriend and school is a good place to find a guy.....well, there's church too...)
from snoopy-9487 :
Subway always manages to make me feel better, hobefully it will do the same for you. In all the time that I have been praticing, I've done a lot of blues, a bit of mowtown, swing/jazz (I guess those two would go together), and rock. I love playing blues and swing though, even though I am still not the best around. What really counts is the enjoyment you get out of it, right? Well, to me it does. :) I should be going. Bye, Sarah!
from evenstar4 :
I like your layout! i'm homeschooled, so I can't easily cut class.......lolololol
from i-c-dumppl :
Harp sounds so nice... but I bet that once you get used to it, the movement'll be second nature. Exchange trip? You know the first place I'd pick would be Melbourne, just so we could hang out! But Mum's too afraid to send me to France, even Quebec on exchange, let alone an entirely different hemisphere. Oh well. Guess that's what the internet is for, huh? Toodles!
from free2dream :
I wonder who this "J" is.........well it must mean something if you told him things that are embarrassing to you now. That must have meant that you were really close. Why aren't you friends anymore??? God bless and take care!
from snoopy-9487 :
I thought plaing the guitar was tough. I've been learning a piece of blues music. It seemed simple enough to play when I first heard it but I've been working on this thing for a littler over two weeks and I can't seem to get! Argh! I need coffee considering I just got up a few mintues ago. I hope I spelled that piece of time right. Not awake... anyhow, good luck with the harp lessons, Sarah!
from i-c-dumppl :
I'm sorry! I completely forgot! I adore your poem! You have a lovely lyrical rhythm to all of your poetry. You should keep putting more in your diary! It completely skipped my mind in my last note... and I was drawing Finding Nemo characters for my Physics homework and watching a really bad little Elijah Wood movie when it hit me. The movie's still on, but I don't really like it. CURSE YOU, ENCORE! Anyway, love the poem!
from evenstar4 :
can you PLEASE check out my diary, iamchristian?? (I don't know your real name) can you tell me if you like it or not?? thanks!!
from i-c-dumppl :
Hmm... Orlando just seems too good-looking. I really liked him for awhile, but then he was in Pirates of the Carribean, and his acting seemed exactly that: just acting. Not to say he's not a good actor, he just needs to find that one good role. Actually, I've never had a dream like that, but once I did dream that Sean Astin owned part of my local library. Now there's an incentive to make kids read!
from evenstar4 :
Hum, I dreamed I met Orlando Bloom once........Anyway, are you allowed to use swear words as a christian?? what do you think?
from free2dream :
Heyyy again Sarah! I never had a dream with Orlando Bloom but I did have about 2 or three dreams with Tom Welling, which makes sense, since I'm KINDA obsessed with him. I also feel the same way abt church and also with my friends. Sometimes I really wonder if they're my friends. That's sad, isn't it?? Gotta go! God bless!
from briar-lover :
Hi! That's crazy! POTC came out here in early December! Normally... or for the other two LOTR movies they came out in august but not ROTK! :D. So I was reading your diary and... why do you have to do community service... or is it just out of kindness? Personally I've never been very good with little kids or old people lol! anywho cyaz! ~me
from briar-lover :
Hey! Did you hear that The Return of the King is coming out in May!? Or maybe not in Australia but as far as I know it is in America and Canada. I'm really happy that its coming out some fast! Anyway, it was so cold here yesterday, your so lucky to live in a place that never gets really cold! lol. I've always wanted to go to Australia... have you ever been to Canada?? ~me
from i-c-dumppl :
I haven't read 'Tis yet, I'm afraid to. I'm afraid that it won't be as good as Angela's Ashes, but, at the same time, I want to know what happens! I haven't seen the movie either, but I heard it wasn't that great. It was supposed to be beautiful, cinematography-wise, but the plot and tone lacked the odd humour of the book. Gotta go! Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
Hmm, I never participated in volleyball because I'm no good. But I understand how you feel! I think that it's better to try and fail than not try at all. To not try at all is true failure to me. Like the fact that I always get second rate isn't going to prevent me from trying again and getting first place. Don't beat yourself up over it, though. What's done is done, and just know that you're totally gonna kick SO much butt at netball!
from i-c-dumppl :
I feel sooo stupid for having to look "rosella" and "galah" up on google. But they're very pretty and exotic looking birds! They're birds, right? B/c Google could be wrong. Anyway, all we have around here are opossums. Opossums and cows and horses. But I also live in the 'burbs/country, and "cityfolk" pick on us " 'round here" too. It's not as if I live in complete isolation, there's a beach and big stores and stuff. Anyway, did you try your username in the quizzes? Toodles!
from free2dream :
heyyyyy! i really want to see the other LOTR movies. becca, is obsessed too and she's disappointed in me because i never saw the last one or the second one. the last one made her cry. :) yay! better go do my hw....:( god bless!
from free2dream :
hiya there buddy! dont mind me...it's the sugar...lol. :) Anywayz....I watched the first Lord of The Rings yesterday and I finally understood it. For me, I have to watch movies like LOTR about 2 or 3 times until I FINALLY understand it. I'm weird. And don't you worry! Your obsessiveness with LOTR is fine by me and you're still cool!! And I love reading ur diary!!
from i-c-dumppl :
I see how you feel about war. I saw on an American news program this morning about some of our soldiers that lost their legs, recuperating through skiing. The government sent them all a letter of thanks. A letter. But then I see the mass genocide that Saddam had against the Kurds, and it makes it seem like a tough choice. Save the Kurds from genocide, or save opposing civilians and your own soldier's lives? And good luck with your job! You'll do well!
from i-c-dumppl :
My stalking quiz results were even better, but I haven't posted them yet! Anyway, I'm glad your Mum's back. I couldn't survive a few hours without mine! And England would have to be a lovely place, but I've never left the states. Toodles!
from clairecav :
My dad's from Liverpool - I love that city, man. And York is meant to be really beautiful because of all the buildings. My mum's been there, and that's what she said anyway. But the rest of England is pretty scuzzy :P Gotta love it though.
from free2dream :
you remind me so much of my friend becca...her obsession over lord of the rings......lol. god bless sarah!!
from briar-lover :
Hey! Sorry I have written you a note in a while. I really like your lastest entries :D I don't really have much to talk about lol. Have you heard of the new movie Hidalgo that Viggo Mortenson's in? If you haven't its really good lol, he's a natural in that part... sorta like Aragorn :D, anyway, I'm leaving for riding soon so I'll ttyl!
from airethoniel :
hey, thank you for...all the notes! sorry, i didnt get the chance to leave you one until now. :) <3 Nic
from evenstar101 :
Hey! Thanks for the note. I'm not so bummed out about my review. I was the one who asked her opinion in the first place! I really wasn't expecting full points or anything. But thanks for your kind words. I looked at your review. Did you notice that she didn't give you full points for errors even though you had none? Weird...
from i-c-dumppl :
I'm sorry, I tried to get the first template to work, and it just wouldn't for the life of me. I had to take the second one. I can work on the one you chose when I have time, but the second was really quick and easy. I hafta run- I have some work to do! Toodles!
from ringbearers :
It's nice to see that Mr. Frodo and I have fans!
from clairecav :
You? Ditsy? ^- No comment, lol!
from snoopy-9487 :
Edward Scissorhands is a great movie. I cried. Which means I'm a loser but it is such a good movie, I wish I owned it! Anyhow, you're trying to teach yourself elvish? That is very cool. I wish you best of luck with that. I need to get back to writing paper for English. Adios.
from i-c-dumppl :
He won't be telling us we're bad anymore, huh?
from i-c-dumppl :
I'm working on the html at this moment! I can't decide what the backround should be. As soon as I finish the pictures that I was thinking about, I should send them to you and let you decide! They'll be big, I'll downsize them and send them in seperate emails. I might be done sometime after dinner (which is in thirty minutes!). Thanks! Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
It's started! HURRAH!!! I had to take ringbearers because everything was much too long... too talkative, I guess! I have to make a template and write an entry and then I'll send you the password via email (so nobody else sees it) After everything's established! Huzzah!
from free2dream :
Archery!!!! Wow!!!!!!!! God, I wanna go to your school! I'm so jealous! You play the harp and get archery! :) gotta eat some chocolate...
from clairecav :
I love archery! I have only done it once though. I got it in the, ummm... bullseye? Middle bit anyway, on my FIRST GO! I was so shocked... of course I was pretty rubbishy for the rest of the time, but anyway, it was groovy!
from snoopy-9487 :
Sorry I have been...um... busy? I can't seem to say the write word. Anyhow. You are *so* lucky that you get to learn archery in PE! PE would never do something like that where I am. Anyhow, I just got up and I need to find breakfast. Oh, and I hope your feeling better. You seemed a bit angry last time I read. Bye!
from i-c-dumppl :
I also like, "He'll throttle us in our pants," or "Even the smallest of pants can change the course of the future..." And at my orchestra competition last night we made a perfect score! And my french thing is today and my throat is so sore that I can barely talk... ugh... Toodles!
from free2dream :
I feel the same way sometimes! I can't wait until I'm in college!! It's okay you "sweared". We all do sometimes. Hope you're feeling a bit better.... ;) God bless!!!
from i-c-dumppl :
I love your ideas! And you're not blowing the problem out of proportion at all. The thing is is that since your parents don't respect you for the bigger things, tiny things like arguements cooking seem to be more severe to you, and it's very hard seeing things from an adult perspective. I didn't use to think anyone respected me, but I've realised as I got older that they treated me like I was younger out of respect, ironic. I don't know if that's your case, and you'll feel frustrated for a long while, but eventually it'll end, trust me. Aww, I'm hungry. I should have eaten my lunch...
from i-c-dumppl :
Nooo! I'm much to indecisive. I'll pick by the weekend and start it all up by Sunday (Saturday being quite hectic!). And I read your first paragraph (sorry), and it wasn't depressing so much as pensive. Have you ever read "Pilgrim At Tinker Creek" by Annie Dillard? Well, I love that book, and that one paragraph was like it was just chopped straight from one of the pages. I recommend it to you (to anyone, actually), I bet you'd love it! If not, you'll find it incredibly boring because there are no characters. It's mostly about the reverie and divinities in nature as is most in-style-of-transcendentalist pieces... err, yeah! Toodles!
from free2dream :
yay! u updated!!! omg...i'm crazy.
from i-c-dumppl :
Thanks for the compliment! Strangely enough, it was true, and it was an essay. It was a true essay. An essay with truth... anyway, username: "frodo-n-sam" (or reversed) could work. It's explanatory and clickable. Not the most exciting thing. It could be "roast-chckn", like "ROAST CHICKEN?" (that line always gets me) or simply "taters" or "ringbearers" or "hbts-o-shire" or somethin' like that. Just some ideas. I'm not that creative, though. Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
Or, oooh, even better, Frodo and Sam, together in one diary! And we could always switch off whenever we want to, so it's a two-person one-diary thing run by two people. Yeah... this is where I shut up. Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
Thanks for the birthday wish! I appreciate it! This year no one forgot, it feels nice. I not only got my desired balloon (and this is gonna sound so Gimli)- but I got three! Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get your job. There's more to it that just yelling, "You can do it!" I'm sure, because you're encouraging the kids and that's a morale boost at any level. And if we really want to start a role-playing diary, we might as well pick Frodo, because he's awesome! And I can make a layout easy-peasy! Toodles!
from free2dream :
I'm glad you liked both the Academy Awards and the Oscars!! lol. Don't worry...I was once confused too. This entry was one of the longest entries I have ever read...but I loved it. I always love your entries. For some reason, they always make me laugh. :)
from free2dream :
I'm so happy for The Lord of the Rings! I was wondering why they weren't nominated for any of the acting categories too!! But I'm happy for Sean Penn because he's amazing!! Too bad Orlando wasn't there...
from i-c-dumppl :
Yes, the Oscars and the Academy Awards are the same. Well, to be more specific, the Oscars are the actual statuettes given to the winners, the award show's name is actually Academy Awards. And really big LOTR fans aren't that common, and few are afraid to admit it 'cuz it's nerdy, but I've converted a few people to our side. I really love the story, and the movies have inspired me that so many of seemingly insignificant people can impact millions around the world- art isn't stupid, whether it's paint or film. It's not as pointless as society has led me to believe. And that's why I love those movies so much. That and their theme. Toodles!
from free2dream :
I saw the commercial for that movie with Elijah Wood, Kirsten Dunst, and Jim Carrey. It seems really interesting. I hope you go see it, knowing how much you like Elijah Wood. :)
from pippinsgirl :
Wow, you're learning harp? that sounds like fun...or at least something way creative. huck finn is such a cute movie! i don't remember much of it except there's this one part where Jim is like "This is the hairball...of an ox!" that part had me in hysterics, for reasons no one can explain. hope you enjoy it!
from briar-lover :
Oh! I just read that you live in Australia, that's awesome! I've always wanted to go to New Zealand and Australia, my aunt and uncle live there, it must be like summer time over there, lucky lol we're stuck in a blizzard over in Canada~ me
from i-c-dumppl :
You probably wouldn't like the Huck Finn era of America if you had to learn it over and over. I like the immigration era, so I really liked "Avalon", another Elijah Wood movie that he was little in. Anyway, other ideas: Sauron (after he used Clear Eye), the Witch King, or even Lurtz because evil people are fun. And there are three main hobbits left, or even Bilbo. *shrugs* Well, I have a Holocaust paper to brood over (I can kiss my good mood good-bye). Toodles!
from free2dream :
Hey Sarah! I keep forgetting that you live in Australia! I dunno why! ;) Also, I agree. I've wanted to watch so many movies but never did. So sad.....god bless!
from snoopy-9487 :
Thanks for the note and sorry I didn't answer earlier. I saw sorry for a lot of things. It wouldn't surprise me if aliens are taking over the school like in "The Faculty." There are a lot a things a like such as my school being in the middle of nowhere. Anyhow, must be going. Good day.
from i-c-dumppl :
Wow. Work sucks. But, yep, my birthday rules so far! I don't normally have such good birthdays... but thanks oodles for the note! And thanks for listening to me rant. And I still want a role-playing diary. Grr. Toodles!
from briar-lover :
hi... You've probably haven't heard about me but I've heard about you through my friend.. you have her in your favourites or something.. you know, airethoniel. Anyway I'm one of her best friends and I'm LOTR crazy too! ahaha. Anyway I just wanted to say that I like your diary... and I luv your template :D. Anyway I'm christian too and I jst thought I'd leave ya a note, great job on your diary! ~me
from free2dream :
I always wanted to see "Mona Lisa Smile" but I never got the chance to. Are you gonna watch the Oscars??? Take care, and have a nice day sarah!
from i-c-dumppl :
Ahh, thanks. Golly gee whiz, that makes me feel oodles better! I actually feel better because my Mum got me the niftiest birthday present, and after she got it, she nearly had a heart attack (it was on Ebay)... a bracelet one of my favourite people (her name begins with a Debra and ends with a Messing) wore in "And Along Came Polly". Life doesn't seem so hard now. All I've got left to do are two worksheets, two pages in my Physics book, a ceramics quiz and binder to prepare, a history quiz, ten words to make up and define, and two English papers to write. Not to mention a painting, a cello, and some French cramming! Thanks, I appreciate it! *hugs* Toodles!
from smeagol123 :
We likes your diary, precious, yes precious, we do. And your layout... we'll add you too our favorites precious.....
from i-c-dumppl :
Weekend? It's the weekend there? It's Friday here, and I was so overloaded with work last night that I didn't finish half of it and I had a mental breakdown this morning from the stress and just sat on my living room floor and cried. I swear, I hate highschool so much. My friends are all jealous of my grades, but they have no idea of the mess I have to put myself through to finish everything. I hope college is fun, since I'll get to work towards an actual career, and all my work will count for something. So, because of my little crying thing, Mum let me stay home today to get caught up. That means study, homework, study, homework, and study... And next week is only going to be worse! Happy birthday to me, eh? And don't update less! It'll make me sad! *tear* I miss you already! Nooo...
from free2dream :
What a long entry! You're not boring!! You're entries are always LONG but I personally find them to be very interesting! ;) God bless.
from i-c-dumppl :
No! I didn't think you were making fun of my hair, I was responding to free2dream's note about British hating red-heads. I just find it hilarious because my family is British. Well, British/Irish/Scottish-American, which is probably why I have red hair... that and some dye to accentuate it... I was born with really really bright red hair, then it got to a dark auburn. Am I excessively rambling again? Sorry! Just wanted to let you know that I didn't mean you! I just meant all of England (haha!). Toodles!
from elijah1981 :
lol, yay! Anyways, oooh thats a really cool lookup, i-c-dumbppl...very cute :-)
from i-c-dumppl :
What's so wrong with red hair? I have red hair (not bright red... auburn...). Anyway, I know how you feel with English class, I feel very lucky to be able to take advanced placement English, and there we learn to defy those stupid 5-paragraph-ish rules. And start a role-playing diary? Heck yeah! But I really need to think about who I'd pick... You choose first, I'm not a leader! Haha! Toodles!
from free2dream :
I was interested and I did check it out. God amazes me everyday. And I didn't serve detention today! Yay!! God bless!
from clairecav :
I personally think red hair looks really pretty, especially on girls but there are lots of people here who make fun of ginger people... but I think it's like that everywhere? Isn't it???
from snoopy-9487 :
Thanks for the well wishes. I would rather do an English paper over Chem any day of the week. But I haven't started complaining about it yet because Chem is somewhat interesting. Yeah, it sucks you have to pay for things. But I managed to find a pic of Billy Boyd in the kilt for you. http://www.theonering.net/scrapbook/movies/cast/billy_boyd/view/12173 Theonering.net has everything. It is amazing what you'll find online. And congrats on the good grade with the English essay. The Passion of the Christ is suppose to be a powerful movie. My dad is *taking* me, meaning I must see but that doesn't matter since I've all ready wanted to see it in the first place. Anyhow, I have to get my English homework together so I don't forget it again. I always seem to be answering and leaving notes right before I'm getting ready to leave for school. It's crazy, I'll tell you. Bye!
from free2dream :
Wow!! You're going to play the harp?? It always seemed to me that it's a difficult instrument to play. Impressive! They harp sounds so pretty!! :) Anywayz......thanks for the wonderful note you gave me if I haven't thanked you before. God bless.
from i-c-dumppl :
I'd have to say that based on a lot of the critics that I pay attention to for movies haven't given Johnny Depp as much praise as people like Sean Penn, and it was kinda surprising that they picked a comedy movie over a dramatic movie to me. It just goes to show that acting is very important to a story, just the way the lines are interpreted. The way that we read silently in our heads, we pronounce everything, and when I read, I see the story in my mind, so I act it out to myself. The way that the words are read makes the words have a dynamic, and Johnny Depp's just really good at that. Not to mention the fact that he's old enough to be my dad and he's still totally hot. And thanks for the compliment! It really helps. And the school-bomb thing is always very terrifying, especially after the massive Columbine Shooting here in the states awhile ago... Toodles!
from snoopy-9487 :
*shakes head* I have suspected it though since we seem to like a lot of the same movies. That is pretty cool though. I loved watching the SAG awards! Did you see Billy Boyd in his kilt? That is probably what I remeber most. I wish I had more to say this morning but I have to get my Chemistry homework together because I have a test which I need to do well on. Bye!
from i-c-dumppl :
I wish that my art teacher appreciated my painting like you do. But thanks so much! And I wish I were better at acting, too, and at this point I really wish I could have stuck with it as thoroughly as Orchestra. I guess that's what college'll be for (oooh, yeah, I'm sure that my professors will love me). And I also hate those annoying pantomimed characters that are over-done in fault (I just thought it sounded nice- it was a Catholic Church Dramatic movement in theatre during the Middle Ages- sin represented through "pantomime"... I learned that in drama too)(man, I miss that class)... toodles!
from snoopy-9487 :
i'll tell you a secret. i'v never beat any kind a game all the way through except rotk. even then, it was hard, two months hard. and i'm trying to remain humble. Amanda beat it within in a month when she got it. Anyhow, I must be going. Bye ~kelly
from i-c-dumppl :
Yeah, yeah *blushes*, thanks!
from i-c-dumppl :
It's finished! My rose is finished! And Johnny Depp likes it when kids come up to him and say, "Hey, you're Jack Sparrow"? What would he think if a seventeen year-old girl said that, I wonder...
from snoopy-9487 :
I remember when I first got ROTK for my computer. The thing would not work. I had to get an 80 dollar video card for the thing to work. That's what you call devotion... kind of. But I say it is well worth it, my graphics are a lot better. Sadly my computer is the only one in the house that is up to... gaming standards even though I am not that big of a gamer. *grins* ~Kelly
from free2dream :
Your very welcome! That's the same thing I would do if I was able to switch churches. But I'm not. I'm forced to go by my ever so loving parents. I actually have to go today. Pray for me! :)
from i-c-dumppl :
Yes. It's true. Four Frodos. Return of the King "Orc Armour", Two Towers "Glowing Sting", Fellowship "Shire", and miniature action Frodo. No lie. Well, three were gifts, one I bought for myself. I also have some from other movies/tv shows. *shrugs* Everyone else collects 'em, I just admit it.
from i-c-dumppl :
Well, you handled the situation a lot better than I ever would have. And Johnny Depp? NOOOO!!! Who here is excited about "Secret Window"? ME!
from snoopy-9487 :
It's rare to see those kinds of things. My parents have satillite dish that allows us to get a lot of channels. There are so sport channels that no one has heard of, one of them is call fox sports world. the channel is probably run by some rich american who thought "I have the best idea ever! Why not play sports from around the world on a channel--FOR FREE!" I really don't understand, they play a lot of soccor though. Excuse my rambling seeing I'm not completely awake yet. I probably just bored you. *Feels Sarah nodding in agreement.* I have no idea what time it is in Melbourne so I'll leave it to your bussiness. :) Bye! ~Kelly
from snoopy-9487 :
I find a lot of them on online shops but often they are in toy stores and one or two collectiable stores. Amanda also collects them and she has *a lot* of hobbits, especially four different types of Frodo. I am just a real dork because I love films and computers and such. I have a question, do you watch Rugby? If so, what's your favorite team? I sometimes get to Rugby and Cricket but not often. For some odd reason, I really enjoy watching those sports. Excuse my rambling. I need to find something to drink. Bye!
from i-c-dumppl :
I can't believe that your friend did that. I'd be kicking serious boot-ay. Well, probably not. I'd probably cry in a corner until someone offered me some help. Or stoned me to death. One of the two. Goldberry's a good idea! I'd have never thought of it!
from i-c-dumppl :
You could be different and be Tom Bombadill: Pizza Deliverer. Hey ho merry oh, heresa pepperoni! Ah, but no, seriously folks... Geez, these notes always make me happy! Toodles!
from free2dream :
You and me are so alike when it comed to how we feel about our churches. You should try going to a new one. I know for a fact that all churches aren't all that bad! Take care! :)
from snoopy-9487 :
That is the thing I forgot to mention. *All* of the action figures I've started collecting are LOTR. A bit weird...yes. Obsessive...perhaps. A first class loser.... yep! And I see she has also gotten you into doing the role play diary thing. Go you. It would be interesting to see what you pick iff you decide to do it. But alas, I must be going. Bye! ~Kelly
from i-c-dumppl :
And you're right, churches shouldn't be like that. I've only found one that I really felt good in, and that took me a long while.
from i-c-dumppl :
Merry never got married, either. Pippin married "Diamond", and Pippin's hot... I mean, sweet and endearing. If you really wanted to be a hobbit you could be Rosie Cotton, or even one of Sam's daughters! Or Lobelia Sackville-Baggins. Or you could be an elf-woman, like Arwen or Legolas (since Galadriel is taken). Arwen's story was pretty amazing, and Leggy's diary could be full of "leggo-my-eggo" and conditioner jokes! And, I concur, Johnny Depp rules. Thanks for wishing me good health! It made me feel loved! I've got a paper to write... toodles!
from snoopy-9487 :
You do sound obsessed but if it makes you feel better, I too have different movie advertisments (sp?) saved. Sadly, my newspaper is limited and the best place to find them is online. But to prove I am also obessed, I have a resonable size of action figures that are spread all over my room. I'm a loser... but anyhow, I must be going. Bye! ~Kelly
from i-c-dumppl :
I remember all that stuff in drama. I was on crew once for The King and I, and I was the one who had to crank the lights myself (none of the guys would do it). Good times. Man, I miss that class. Mrs. Frodo, huh? I always figured Frodo never married in the book to keep that thematically innocent love for the world mentality, and that's why neither he nor Bilbo got married. But that's not to say it wouldn't be fun! :) Hmm, I'm home sick, so I'd better start acting like it. Where's my hot water bottle? Toodles!
from i-c-dumppl :
I'm not the biggest gamer in the world, but ROTK is by far one of the best I've ever played (and I'm totally not being biased). Lotsa scenes from the movie, too, and who can pass that up? And Frodo and Sam couldn't possibly be gay, that would ruin the point of their characters. And Viggo rocks my socks, he was perfect. And I hafta see Big Fish, I love Burton, and I wanted to be TinkerBell in Peter Pan. Toodles!
from clairecav :
*grins* Thank-a-you! You're so nice!
from snoopy-9487 :
ROTK is a good game. I'm not that big of gamer either and I've had the game since early December. It will probably take me a month to beat it but I enjoy the game. If you want to play, I say play it.

from free2dream :
hahaha :) yes, it's very cool.
from clairecav :
Lol, there's nothing like a good paedophile joke to awaken to British into laughter... I don't understand why people don't want to see Big Fish. It has giants! And.... fish! Sure, I'll just nip over on the next flight to Aussie Land - expect me in a day!
from i-c-dumppl :
I've never had the problem with lockers. Mine reach about 5 feet up and down the wall, but they're very thin! Anyway, thanks for saying such nice stuff about me in your diary! I truly appreciate it! I don't feel worthy, but I love it all the same! ~Toodles!~
from free2dream :
You're extremely nice!!! :) Thanks! I'm also on the bottom lockers, which I truly hate. But it's kind of better than being on the top because at least I can't ever hit someone on the head with my books. :) God bless.
from free2dream :
The person who said those things about your diary is crazy! You're diary entries are long but they're so fascinating. And a diary is certainly the best place to have "me me Me" in it. It's your diary. It's your life. And just so you know, your username is exactly why I came to check your diary out. I love your diary so much and the person who did that review is just plain crazy. That's my opinion. Well...take care! God bless.
from i-c-dumppl :
That has to be the most cynical, contemptuous, saturnine, and pointlessly biased diary review I've ever read. Not to be mean. Umm, seriously, where did the "reviewer" get the impression that your username signifies your diary's sole purpose? Just because you're proud to be Christian doesn't mean that every single diary entry has to be about that. I wouldn't take anything they said to heart, I love reading what you have to say. And "me me me" is the point of a diary. Goodness gracious...
from diaryreviews :
http://diaryreviews.diaryland.com/iamchristia.html. your diaryreview is up.
from i-c-dumppl :
Pointless notes? If you take away fun notes like that, then there is no point to a public diary! And without a public diary, I'd be sad (pathetic and unhappy). So, by all means, leave me all sorts of notes! Like this one! And I agree with you, I HATE math, I love language (obviously), and at least your dreams are understandable! Thanks for the note, they always make me happy! Toodles!
from clairecav :
Lmao, they're good! LOTR is like a... lifestyle, if you will, and so jokes and stuff about it are just instantly groovy
from free2dream :
:) This entry made me laugh for some reason. Thanks.
from clairecav :
Lol I loved the email too. Espesh the "You shall not pass!" bit! I loved Finding Nemo too! "I wish i could speak whale."
from free2dream :
I have some crazy dreams too..... Don't worry. I'll read your diary as often as I can because I love it so much!! :) Take care!
from we-is-gollum :
Yay! You addsss usss to your lissstses! We... I feel loved! Though your love of fat hobbitsesss isss a little disssturbing.
from clairecav :
Emailed ya ;) The subject is "This is clairecav!"
from clairecav :
Aloha. I tried to paste somehting on your notes page but I think it was too long and slightly crashed my computer. If you want it then drop me a note with your email and I'll shimmy on over and send it. It was funny (to me) and about ROTK.
from clairecav :
Greetings straight-as-a-ruler Middle Earthian!!! I think some really clever people don't like LOTR because thye lakc imagination. Some people just like facts, and hobbits and elves don't interest them. Weirdos ;D
from i-c-dumppl :
Austria? Rock and roll!
from pirates-life :
Hey, thanks for replying to my note! I didnt actually notice that he saves the day most of the time! I was probably to engrossed in watching him! lol :-) Well, wont keep ya much longer - Rookie xxlolxx
from snoopy-9487 :
Thank you for linking me! I'm so glad that my exams are finally over but tomorrow I get to start new classes, feel the joy. So, you live in Austrailia? I've always wanted to visit there. And I can't feel my feet, how nice. I sure wish it was summer right about now instead of winter. Anyhow, bye! ~Kelly
from stardust612 :
Hi! Thanks for the message you left me! I was really touched that you had thought I was older than I am...I'm always trying to "mature" my writing, so that made me very happy. Anyway, thanks for your note and keep writing, I really enjoy your diary!
from pirates-life :
Hey, i just wanted to say that i read your diary for the first time today and i was glad to see that i was not the only person who loves elijah in the faculty! He looks so sweet and gorgeus! :-) Well, i had better go now - bye bye xxlolxx
from snoopy-9487 :
I'm a LOTR fan myself. So you play the piano and harp? That is very impressive. The guitar is fun to play, I've been playing for almost a year. I really want to play the violin though. My parents would not allow to play the violin when I was ten but I promised myself I will learn one day. Today is the last day of exams... soon it will be over! Sorry, I just had to get that out. I got to go now.
from snoopy-9487 :
Question, are you a LOTR fan? Because I LOVE your layout. It is the coolest. Ah. I thought I would just bring that to your attention. I see from your other notes you play musical instruments. All the more power to you. I play the guitar. What exactly do you play? Anyhow, I must go. I love you layout. Bye!
from clairecav :
How could I forget my wonderful Aussie friends??? Australians rock my lil English socks.
from i-c-dumppl :
Thanks for the note! It made me smile :)! I've been playing the cello for six years, thanks for asking! You play the viola? Cool beans. And I looooooove your layout too. Frodo Baggins... phew. Anyways, thanks so much! ~~'~@ (that was supposed to be a rose!)
from clairecav :
Hehe, maybe it's not too bad then.I suppose it's at the ridiculous stage when you are in love with multiple unreal people. Oh wait.. that's me. *runs off and cries at being at the ridiculous stage*
from elijah1981 :
Wow, you played the viola? Not many people play it...lol, well thank you for signing my guestbook!
from clairecav :
I know. Kind of sad also... if only I could find a "real" person to be obsessed with.
from groban83 :
Me too claps to us for at least trying :)
from pippinsgirl :
looove your new template!! :)
from hobbitchick4 :
I love your layout! It's beautiful! :)
from clairecav :
*Big cheesy grin* I love my template too. I've had about three differnt ones since I joined DL. There was the bog standard DL one, a black one with a Tolkien quote ("Not all who wander are lost" and a picture of feet, another POTC one whihc was a brownish colour and then this lurvly one. I like change :)
from groban83 :
Aww that ok I don't know everything lol like how to fix my comp. Oh btw that music is Josh Groban I got off the official site <333
from elijah1981 :
By the way, I got the pictures for my site at www.bagendinn.com
from groban83 :
Oh btw nice template <333
from groban83 :
Heeey Bafa is the British Academy award I believe the got 12 awards rock on <333
from elijah1981 :
Thanks for you comments! Lol my site isn't that great yet...but I'm working on it! Anyway, your layout is so cool! I love it :) God bless, ~~Lauren~~
from clairecav :
I love the new template! A BAFTA is a... err.. British Academy Film and Television Award or soemthing of the like. Have they already been held or what? I heard the nominations a few days back... Anywya I say GO YOU!!! for shoving that guy away at Metro who LEERED. I cna just picture it all in my head (for some weird reason, lol). So, go you, kick-ass girl!
from heyjude85 :
Hey Sarah! Thanks so much for using my template! Exactly how wide would you like the entry box to be? If you can find "width: 300px" in your HTML (it'll be before where the %%entry%% is!) All you need to do is change that 300 to a bigger number. I would try changing it to 400 at first to see how that looks! If you still need help note me back! Or you could IM me on AIM at NerdyJude85 or email me at [email protected]! Thanks again!
from lady---arwen :
If there's one thing I've secretly hoped would happen before I die, it's a surprise birthday party. Congrats to you and your friends for actually pulling one off! By the by, I am madly in love with your design! I could just sit and stare at your diary now all day.. What a beautiful little hobbit..
from clairecav :
Hobbits are cute, and the Shire is totally groovy! Yeah POTC came out on December 1st over here. Wahey!
from lady---arwen :
Hey there! So you're a Christian and a Lord of the Rings freak, too, eh? Pretty spiffy! Well, thanks for adding me as a favorite! You'll be going on my buddy list pronto! Have a great week!
from clairecav :
Woo just read what you put about me in your profile - thankies!!! It's great that you're obsessed with LOTR - wahey I am not the only person to have an unusual obsession. I still think Elves are the top race though, they're so graceful and pretty and... yes.
from leggierox :
Wow! I don't know if what you put about me in your profile is entirely true, because the last entry I wrote is probably about as deep and incredible as I get lol. Thanks! btw I'm Christian too :) Although I have to admit, not a very conscientious one. Anyways, thanks again! Lianne -x-
from pippinsgirl :
hey, thank you for faving me! i'm gonna fave you back...bahaha. ;) lotr rocks majorly. you are cool.
from clairecav :
I like bombarment of notes :) I am a note feind. Thanks for reading my diary! Though I don't think I'm all that funny... my life can be a bit mad soemtimes which is laughable though! Maybe one day I'll transform into a deep thoughtful person and say "Omm" a lot instead of "Err". One can wish!
from clairecav :
Lol I'm glad you can relate :) I'm still totally hot on LOTR too - luckily lots of people I know still are too so i don't feel too out of place! Though sometimes it's fun to be out of place. Variet is the spice of life and all...
from stardust612 :
Hey! It's really nice to see another Christian on this site, especially one who expresses their beliefs so frankly. That takes a lot of guts, so I applaud you. Also, I just thought I'd let you know that we have a lot of the same tastes: The Sound of Music, Finding Nemo, being Christian, loving piano music...very interesting. Anyway, I just discovered your diary today and thought I'd mentioned that I enjoyed reading it!
from clairecav :
Hiya, I really like your diary! You seem like such a nice person! Keep writing ;)
from kowgirl122 :

well that's hella cool that even though rhcp goes against your religious beliefs you recognize that they are an awesome band. i love them more than anything, they are so fucking talented. especially john. have you heard any of his solo stuff? it's the most beautiful shit i have heard in my life. i hope to get one of his solo albums for christmas. i only have half of one, it's one that i downloaded. but if i don't get any for christmas then i'll get my friend to burn them for me. haha sorry to ramble on and on, when i talk about them it's hard for me not to talk for hours. my favorite rhcp song is green heaven, have you ever heard it? it's from their self-titled album. which albums do you have?
from mylitlepony :
you like the chili peppers eh? and you are christian eh? well then you'll absolutely love this song by the red hot chili peppers. it's from the album one hot minute and it's called shallow by thy game. here it is: "i was not created in the likeness of a fraud your hell is something scary i prefer a loving god we are not the center of this burning universe and what is something worse i do not serve in fear of such a curse shallow be thy game 2000 years look in the mirror you play the game of shame and then your people live in fear a rival to the way you see the bible let him be i'm a threat to your survival and your control company you'll never burn me you'll never burn me i'll be your heretic you can't contain me i am the power free truth belongs to everybody to anyone who's listenin' you're not born into sin the guilt they try and give you puke it in the nearest bin missionary madness sweep up culture with a broom trashing ancient ways it's par the course it's fucking rude to think that you're above the laws of nature is a joke purple sashes feeding masses smoke on which to choke i might be a monkey when it comes to being holy fundamental hatred get down on your knees and you'll never burn me you'll never burn me i'll be your heretic you can't contain me i am the power free truth belongs to everybody" isn't it an awesome song? you should listen to it sometime. -autumn botumn
