Yeah totally the wrong mind set they could raise us a few stars if they gave a shit but they don't , so we average about one star :0(

from invisibledon :
thanks, it is sometimes a real struggle to make the time to sit and write, but is usually worth it when I make the time.
from jimbostaxi :
Maybe just maybe you did well and that person complaining is and unhappy douchebag and no matter what superhuman effort you put into pleasing that person will not matter,,,
from jimbostaxi :

from jimbostaxi :
Jeez, your moving ? Ugh were here like 2 months we accumulated tons of shit I still can't believe how much junk we had. I still have boxes in the garage that need to be looked through because "F" insisted we take most of the junk with us now I have to sort through it all and throw it away little at a time.
from jimbostaxi :
They really asked you if you wanted to finance a 30 charger? Wow I think I would say yep is a penny a day ok ? Then I would go buy it somewhere else. :0)

from jimbostaxi :
Violence is and everyday thing after awhile you become desensitized to it, Someone could get shot and we all would be still drinking a Coke and having a slice of pizza.

Good job well done! :0)

Hi Komachi! Happy New Year! I wish you all the best in 2010. :) I hope read your new diary soon.
from jimbostaxi :

from caronte :
Happy Thanksgiving! That festivity doesn't exist in my country, but I hope you had a great time with your family! :)
from jimbostaxi :
That was very brave of lisa to call homer like that too bad he didn't respond to her reaching out. I hope you have a great thanksgiving and don't too stressed ok? :>)
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks again the reading was great :>)
from jimbostaxi :
My email is [email protected] give that one a try ;>)
from jimbostaxi :
Yeah, I saw your last entry but I figured it best not to post anything. I'm sorry to hear your going through through rough emotional times hope things get better soon :>)
from caronte :
I don't know what to say... people need to talk, express feelings, no matter if we're friends or unknowns in the internet. It's not a bad thing. You shouldn't feel guilty. You shouldn't let your daughter's comments destroy your self-steem like that. But I respect your decission. Good luck and feel happy being who you are.
from jimbostaxi :
Kool ill be here :>)
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks for beleving in my mechanical ability ;>) and I promise if I find someone who needs a cab ride down that way I will swing by and fix the dishwasher afterward ;>) lol . My question for my reading is do I have a future here in taxiland or is my future bleak?
from jimbostaxi :
if you still feel up to doing a Tarot Reading let me know :>)
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks :>)
from jimbostaxi :
Glad to hear "e" is coming out of the slump ;>)
from jimbostaxi :
Best of luck to burt on the job interview :>)
from jimbostaxi :
Cheer up I'm sure" E" will see he was wrong to complain about the cost of a text and everything will work out.
from jimbostaxi :
House is crazy i love the show. Too bad i dont get to see it much anymore:-<
from jimbostaxi :
5 years is along time i bet he knows your voice very well. Congrats on Lisa graduating I forgot to mention it before :>)
from caronte :
I mean teaching. Lol. Stupid fingers.
from caronte :
Muy bien, gracias. :) I've been quite busy those days, I'm teacing Biology in a new High School and I'm a little stressed so have no much time to write in my diary! I'm glad about Lisa's graduation, I think it's very important. I hope she's doing well.:) Greetings!
from jimbostaxi :
You are correct about him having to file papers in family court stating the reason he no longer has to pay. He can not just stop paying on his own the court will consider him in the arrears and he will have to pay what is owed to you. In n.y child support orders usually go to age 21 it must vary from state to state. Hope you get it all cleared up and have a nice day :>)
from jimbostaxi :
Komachi most child support agreements that I've seen say part time or seasonal employment do not qualify your dependent as self supporting. Lisa and burt can work Part time while living in your house until the age of 21 and he still has to pay. The only time these rules would not apply would be if there were stipulations in the divorce agrreement which would supercede a child support order. Hope this info helps ;>)
from jimbostaxi :
Yes, I'm very relieved that kelleys breathing is fine now: >) but I'm still keeping a very close eye on her. Question did my photobucket link work for you? I think I have it all in order.
from jimbostaxi :
No luck with the note :>( but so far she seems to be ok and not having any difficulty breathing.
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks for the notes, I will keep you posted ;>)
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks for the note about your experience with the lisa and the school. Did lisa ever have any further hives at home or at school? I'm nervous about kelleys breathing problem but I'm thinking the doctor is going to tell me the same.:>(
from jimbostaxi :
believe me when i say i know how you feel :-/
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks Komach ill check it out and I will let you know :>)
from jimbostaxi :
So I find a design I like somewhere and just copy and paste it in anywhere inside the html template area? Sorry for so many questions :>)
from jimbostaxi :
What html code do I have to change to get a new template? Ill find a cool design and just link to my diary right?
from jimbostaxi :
I like the new design you have for your diary. When I first started reading your diary their was a design on your page I can't recall what is was but you deleted it.
from jimbostaxi :
I just saw your diary entry: >) thanks for your help I will give it a try
from jimbostaxi :
Sorry again I will have to figure it out when I get home and I'm on my laptop
from jimbostaxi :
Sorry about that I am having trouble adding links inside my diary :>( any suggestions?
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks for the bday note ;>)
from jimbostaxi :
Welcome back :>)
from jimbostaxi :
What happened? Can I have a password?
from jimbostaxi :
it was a waste of time to go down there. Offficer was not there and now court is postponed to a future date. As for as the names go I came up with "MayasMadness" (I like that one by the way) partly from the Mayan civilization and partly from your entry on that beautiful village. It just seemed to fit you. ;>)
from jimbostaxi :
I thought up a few while I was waiting with my annoying friend in court. What do you think of these "MayasMadness", DulceCorazon, LaVidaLoca, Lisalog, ;>) see any that you like? I will keep thinking more up have a great day!
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks, enjoy your day off ;>) I will think about some new usernames and get back to you on that one.
from jimbostaxi :
If its possible send me a note with the new name thanks :>)
from jimbostaxi :
Sounds beautiful ;>) don't say too much or you will have a line of people waiting to get in.
from jimbostaxi :
I feel better already just from reading your note thanks ;>)
from vicunja :
The breastfeeding statistics stated are for England, though the numbers are similar in Denmark. Can't say if they are the same in the rest of Europe or USA though, but I can't imagine they'd be significantly higher. It is shocking. Having said that, exclusively breastfed means having never had anything but breastmilk for the first 6 months of life and as many start solids before 6 months and many also use formula to supplement, it does not mean that only 1 in 100 babies is breastfed at 6 months, if you see what I mean. Technically, Arthur wasn't exclusively breastfed till 6 months either as he had formula for 1 day when he was 10 weeks old because I had a morphine injection due to a trapped nerve. Anyways, also wanted to say that you have no more failed as a mother than Lisa has failed as a daughter. It doesn't work that way. Sending you hugs.
from jimbostaxi :
You did not fail, she may have this plan in her head now but that doesn't mean she won't change her mind in the future. She will always be your daughter don't ever give up on her ;>)
from jimbostaxi :
Glad you got some rest :>) looks like a sunny day over here lets hope we both make lots of of money.!!
from caronte :
I'm so glad for you! :)
from jimbostaxi :
She was very excited about the bar piercing now she has 3 holes on each ear. but daddy wasn't ;>( when I read your entry I was like ha ha ha she's going through the same thing as me ;>)
from caronte :
Both of you are talking, that's a good thing, step by step, she's trusting in you so don't panic about the room mate thing. Sure! You can read my diary whenever you want, if you don't understand some word, just ask me! :-)
from jimbostaxi :
Let me guess the new hole in her ear was a cartilage piercing with a bar in it? I thought 2 holes in each ear was enough but my daughter had to have the bar piercing too. I guess I should be happy she didn't ask for a tongue piercing. ;>)
from jimbostaxi :
I hope that you and lisa continue to talk and things work out. Don't give up on her she may come around eventually thanks for the note :>)
from caronte :
Thanks for adding me! I really appreciate it. :)
from caronte :
You're welcome. ^^. I like the way you express your feelings. I'm sure one day your daughter will realize that there's nothing like maternal love. BTW, yes, my mother tongue is Spanish but I've been studying English since ever!Lol. My layout is about X-files, I love it! Greetings from Spain.
from caronte :
Hi! I just accidentaly read your blog. And I wanted to say I hope you can fix that hard relationship with your daughter. Teenagers sometimes are difficult, I'm a teacher and I know what I'm talking about... Patience, and good luck! (Sorry for my English, I'm not an English native speaker. Lol)
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks ;>) I'm going in right now good luck with lisa and have a safe night.
from jimbostaxi :
Yeah I did ;>) I'm just happy to be home. Sounds like you have had your hands full with being sick and your kid going to the lake. Did you ever find out what made you so sick?
from jimbostaxi :
Everyone has those moments don't let it get you down and have a good day at work :>)
from jimbostaxi :
6 years is a long time you must have made a heck of an impression :>) the previews of the movie look good, lets hope you give it 2 thumbs up. Oh yeah I almost forgot wear a hard hat an work boots in that dangerous room just to be on the safe side :>)
from jimbostaxi :
I really wanted to see the movie let me know if it was good ok? Were slow over here too not to much money being made tonight. :>(
from jimbostaxi :
:>) thanks for the note.
from jimbostaxi :
I think he's trying to be hurtful to you and your kids. What father in his right mind would give up partial custody? He's probably justifying his actions by saying if everything was done my way all would be fine. Since he cant have his way his only alternative is to say have full custody and do it whatever way you want. He sounds like the kind of guy who's full of himself and is never wrong.( just my opinion)
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks for the note ;>) good answer I helped him pick up his money and only took the fare.
from jimbostaxi :
He's an asshole I wish my oldest daughter would need my help with something like that I would be there in a flash.
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks for adding me :>)
from jimbostaxi :
Thanks for reading and the note :>) I will keep on trying I miss her so much hopefully in the end it will all work out.
from jimbostaxi :
My oldest daugter lives with my ex wife and I tried many times to make things right. I didn't want her to think that my leaving meant that I didn't love her. It kills me not to see her and I would give anything to have her in my life again. I wish your ex knew what he is missing because I sure do !!!
from ladybugge :
I just wanted to say hi, since I'm in the neighbourhood. "Hi." I hope all is well with you.
from ladybugge :
It's wonderful for hear from you. You say the future doesn't look bright, but it seems to me that you are just at the beginning of the most wonderful adventure. Not that it is easy, but you have so much going for you - not money maybe, but your heart and your spirit are so strong. So you are starting over from the beginning -- I think you are going to make it just fine. You are awesome.
from ladybugge :
Wonderful news, congratulations! :-) I tried to sign your guestbook before coming here, so I apologize if you get this twice. I'm very happy for you, sad also that your kids can't be there. I'll be thinking of you on the day.
from yellowtulips :
I dont really come to diaryland much anymore - but I saw that you had updated and wanted to check in with you. It seems that you are going through a very rough time. If you ever need to talk - please feel free to email me - [email protected] - take care of yourself
from h2ophobic :
It was so good to hear from you in your note. I've missed you. I'm sorry for the heartache you've been through.
from beagle47 :
i'd thought you'd left long ago. i am sorry for your loss(es), but flowers bloom every spring. d-land has lost some luster for me, but i write elsewhere, though not as much or as lightly. e-mail if you wish and i'll point a way. if not, all my best to you komachi. i sense all will work out beautifully for you.
from ladybugge :
Wow, you've been through a lot. I'm so sorry things turned out this way (with Homer). I wish I could find more to say - but I will be keeping you in my prayers. Be well and Gd bless, Love, Mel(The Ladybugge)
from lilichild :
Missed you
from ladybugge :
I'm glad I stopped by and saw you had written. I've missed you. I hope life is treating you kindly, that 2007 is better.
from dreamself :
I'm glad you're back to your diaryland diary! I missed you.
from beagle47 :
welcome back! i'm with Homer on piercing, but that's just the big-brother in me. "do what you wanna do..." as the old song goes.
from beagle47 :
gone but not forgotten.
from sunnflower :
I have been so busy of late that I have fallen behind on reading some of my favorite diaries. I didn't realize that you were going through so much lately and I am sorry for not chiming in with a virtual pep talk and a hug. Please let me know when you set up your new diary!
from h2ophobic :
Please let me know how to find your new diary! Good for you for making a new start! Life is all about new starts!
from manuxxx :
Hi,I'm here to leave you many wishes for wonderful 2005! *kisses* Manu
from moodymelinda :

from goingon :
Take all the time you need love (but not too long, I shall miss you!)
from omnipre5ence :
:) No problem.
from omnipre5ence :
:\ I have never been stung by a bee before.
from sunnflower :
Sorry to hear about the car but I am glad your husband is okay. Sometimes Birthday's are like that. I love seeing a picture of you - you are just as lovely as I imagined.
from h2ophobic :
Omigosh! You are BEAUTIFUL! How come you never told us that you are beautiful???? I definitely think you should leave the pic up on your screen!
from simplefavour :
hey stranger.
from h2ophobic :
You're freaking me out! Are you OK? I don't even know you but the pain in your words is breaking my heart! Hugs from a stranger in Montana!
from goingon :
*Big hugs* Always here for you sweetie, even if I don't always say it.
from sunnflower :
Thanks so much for sending me birthday wishes!
from h2ophobic :
Beautiful words in a beautiful template!
from masala- :
Tcheh. The problem is that I'm not in a relationship, and the one and only relationship I've ever been in...yeah, I wasn't really his type. Think he only dated me because he needed someone, and I was unattached and accessible. *cough* So. That's what leads me to believe I am no one's type... :P
from sunnflower :
I just wanted to stop in and say hi. You are getting very poetic!
from masala- :
I think diaries are supposed to be for venting, and if you get it out here, then you'll be less likely to take it out on your husband or kids... So go ahead and post what you feel. It's cathartic.
from beagle47 :
thank you, k...the talk sure gave me a jolt of reality and perspective. hang in! ;)
from sunnflower :
I've been trying to catch up with some of my favorite diaries. Sometimes it's hard to read them everyday. I love some of your recent poetic entries. Sorry about your lung hurting. Take it easy for a bit. Friendship is many different things. They don't all have to be at the same level to be important. I will tell you one thing I learned - in difficult times some friends that you thought you could count on will cut and run while other's you thought were fair weather friends will be there for you. Go figure. :)
from mnlady1962 :
I love your new template. It's so pretty!!!!
from kaorunshinta :
thanx for the note, im such a drama queen huh? lol i guess im a bit unluky, hope your doing better after that wierd dream, hehe, dreams can be creapy sometimes, anyway hope you have a nice day^_^ bye
from kaorunshinta :
wow your alyout is cool, although i did like the old one a lot, i think it was so you, but change is good ^_^, missed ya
from mister-ed :
hey i liked the new template, brief though it was.
from h2ophobic :
Great new template! I really enjoy your diary, even though you THINK your english isn't very good...you're a great writer.
from mesocyclone :
Hey thanks for the messege! It actually meant a lot because this is one of the strangest experiences ever. But,I can't imagine what yours must have been like..it sounded much worse than mine was=(.I don't know how I would been able to get through that..but I'm glad everything turning out ok for you.It sounded horrible=(. But,we are both very lucky.I'm really tired at the moment..I just really wanted to leave you a quick note and tell you I really apprechiated what you said!=) I will check out your diary as soon as I get some sleep! heh Thank you very much!
from littleswan :
Hello, Komachi! Have you recovered from your headache? Yes, I'm planning to work in USA using J1 visa. But I cannot find a company in USA for a long time... It annoys me.
from masala- :
Awww. Your husband is so sweet. :) I hope I can find one like that.
from glamis :
Thanks for stopping by, komachi! I appreciate the comment. Check back often. :-)
from beagle47 :
i used to think it was the "how" of what one did and not the "what." i'm not so sure any more. ah, but i guess that is life, isn't it? not being sure. oh, one more thing i meant to note a long, long time ago: you wrote something really great and profound about what you told your daughter: "That's just it. There are things you can enjoy only when you are so young. You can't enjoy being a kid at 40 years old, you know." that was beautiful advice. i wish i had written it, given it and gotten it. but, one thing i thought, "well, you can't enjoy being 40 in the 7th grade, either." ;) thanks (and sorry this was so long; i'm making-up for notes never sent).
from kaorunshinta :
lol, thats funny, my lil brother is also 12, he feels he's so close to be important, that he wont be a kid any more, but a teenager, lol...Girls mature faster than boys, and is great she tells you stuff like that, like if you were a best friend, i never was able to do that with my mom, well, as always, i hope you have a great day ^_^
from kaorunshinta :
i think is very true sometimes is better not to say somethings, for the best of everyone, hey my fav shirt says that, see hear talk no evil, lol, i like it with monkey pics, anyway, just wanted to say, hope you have a nice day!
from kaorunshinta :
sorry i never anwser your note, i been quite busy, wow it was long since i read you entries, i missed that, but i wont anymore ^_^, hope you have a great day!!
from autumn-dove :
Read your entire diary. I have the greatest respect for you and yours. I hope you got my email. Have added your family to our morning prayers and wish you the very best. God Bless
from sunnflower :
Did you have a nice girl's day out? I hope you find a house you love.
from ravynespeaks :
*big hugs* I can totally understand what you are going through hun. Someday soon, probably next year, I will be going through the exact same thing. The move to OK isn't what I really want; it will take me away from MY family and MY friends and further away from the Ocean, but I will do it because it is what my hubby wants. Like you, til I find friends there of my own, I won't be too happy. Sorry you are having so much difficulty adjusting. Just know that there are those of us online who love you dearly and are here with you every single day! Best wishes to you and your family.
from sleepymom :
Yeah!!! For Day 11!!!! I am so proud of you. Keep a close eye on your little girl...a lot of D-land is "R"...even "X" rated!- Sandi
from sunnflower :
I love your tinkerbell template! Your daughter is going to be a diarylander too - how fun. She can learn a lot from keeping an online diary even if she locks it. Good job on the no smoking.
from sleepymom :
Hi. I am sorry I have been gone for so long. Lot's of reasons. I am back. I have a lot of reading to do. I hope you are ok...I will try to catch up with your journal tomorrow! ~Sandi
from manuxxx :
visit this web site: http://www.spacefem.com/blobs/ it's fantastic!!!bye,Manu
from selfbiased :
found you in my "referrers" report from gold and read your entry for today. amazing how they grow up so fast. good to see your daughter's got her head screwed on right. you should be proud of yourself.
from goingon :
Why are you locked? You know where to find me.
from beagle47 :
locked...hmmm, never expected that. ah, but such are the changing tides of life. hope all is well. -=b47=-
from burnman :
Thanks for the note... I do not mind if you follow my diary at all. I am glad I gave you something to think about... hopefully it was helpful thoughts, not something like... "Let's laugh at this guy!" ;) Hope all is well
from prowlingleo :
Hey sweetie. I'm giving dland a try again. Email me at [email protected] for location and password. Loves ya!
from awomanalone :
Hi. Thanks for your notes on my blog :) I love knowing people are reading what I write.
from sunnflower :
Thanks for your note. I'm starting to feel better and with summer here, things are looking sunny all around. You are right. You cannot please everyone so do what you think best and put up your comment deflector shield. My personal opinion is that no matter how you do things your MIL will not be happy so stop worrying about pleasing her - you can't.
from manuxxx :
i'll hope you'll have a job soon...i work in a bank actually and i'm so happy...many kisses,Manu
from madam-diva :
thank you. it's good to be back
from masala- :
Happy anniversary! I hope that he's with you soon...
from sleepymom :
Happy anniversary. I am sorry I am late. I hope you at least got to talk for a while. I am also sorry to hear that he is still far away. I thought, for some reason, that Homer was with you now. I hope for your quick reunion. ~ Sandi
from masala- :
I love Degrassi! I was so sad that I had to go back to school before the new episodes. They don't have the channel here, and I couldn't bring my TV anyhow. Oh, well...
from sleepymom :
I am glad you are back!!! I missed you! I am glad you are on your own now. That has to be much better! Thanks for the note on the haircut...uggg. Oh well, hair grows. Right??? ~Sandi
from sunnflower :
Thanks for your note. I'm glad you had a good Mother's Day. Mine was good too. I am happy that you are back up on the web and able to update your diary again. We missed you!
from prowlingleo :
So glad your back and out of that hell-hole!
from sunnflower :
A colorful... bright... happy home... Perfect sentiments. I wish you a happy Mother's Day!!!
from littleswan :
Thank you very much for your message! I'm very glad. I haven't checked my diary here because I'm poor at English... Anyway, thank you! :-)
from mommyx3 :

from sunnflower :
I love the way you describe the waves and the beach. You are me are obviously birds of a feather!
from fresadulce :
HAPPY EASTER!!! :-)))))
from sunnflower :
Anyone who told me that when they get up everyone has to get up would find some serious resistance to their point of view. I like to sleep!
from sleepymom :
Thank you for that wonderful quote. That is something we all need to remember!
from fresadulce :
Hi,I know what means to talk in own language, after many time...I lived in Spain and there,I talk in italian only with my mom to phone..take care,Manu
from sunnflower :
I think that happiness is often a state of mind or certainly more than a little impacted by it. By the way - I've been reading your diary for a long time and I just got that you're husband's name is not really Homer. It was your latest mention of Lisa and Bart that finally tipped me off. :)
from fresadulce :
REALLY GOOD LUCK for your new job!!!I'm happy u got it!kisses,Manu
from fresadulce :
hi dear Komachi!!!I change my diary,i'm in diet!! :( ,every day i wrote all i eat and i hope i'll can be soon less 10kg!It's so much but i don't like as i'm now,a bit fat :( i open new diary ,it's manuxxx,it's my private diary, always in italian. But if u can write or u don't undenstand all i write,u can tell it to me always. Ps:"pasti vari" means various food, not "pasta"."Pasto" is a thing,"pasta" is other thing.
from sunnflower :
It's good that your kid is giving you a walkie talkie and telling you that you can keep track of him that way. Very good kid! I enjoy the Newlyweds too but I hardly ever get to watch it.
from afghan-eyes :
hee hee...as a teen I don't know who's side to take. You handled the situation well though, my mum would go ballistic if i asked her to drive for a half an hour in the type of traffic we have in Pakistan just to give me another uniform, no surry, I'd just walk around covered in orange juice for the whole day. Well, don't worry about it, it's a phase, i'm 15 and am learning to let the little things go, but I remember I would cry over tiny things at the age of 12, 15 is much more fun. at 12 you're still learning to cope with periods and bra-strap pulling boys. Well, you'll survive, my mum still has my lil' 8 year old brother to raise, hee hee, and compared to him as a teen, your daughter is a little sweetheart! Anyhow, hope you get over the mama blues and hope you get a really great offer on your house! ~Mi-Mi
from fresadulce :

from sunnflower :
Don't feel bad about spending your BD money on what you want. Maybe eBay is a good idea.
from prowlingleo :
Happy birthday sweetie! Loves ya!
from lilichild :
Okay, first, happy almost-birthday! I wish you were in a better place for it this year, it sucks that you're still away from Homer and the in-laws are so negative about everything. (Which proves you're a better person than me, I would have decked your mother-in-law by now)
from sleepymom :
Hi there. I am glad to hear that Homer is supporting you with the in-laws! I think your "love" list stinks. sorry. Unless you are married to a woman, most of those questions are going to get a NO! Men (IN GENERAL...Not all) aren't as great with communication as women are. Kevin and I established what we call the "drive-through" system. I say what I want and then he has to repeat it back. That way I KNOW that he understood. Life is growth. Do it together. I hope he joins you soon! Sandi
from unresolved :
everything is alright, thank you for asking. i just felt that certain people shouldn't be reading. if you would like the password feel free to email me at angelablaikie at hotmail dot com
from sleepymom :
I love what you had to say about how life is like the weather. That is so true. I will have to remember that next time I am riding out a storm!!! Thanks for your wisdom. Sandi
from sleepymom :
Thank you so much for always being so nice. I was in a really bad mood tonight and I checked my notes page and there you were. You brightened my day!!! Thanks again! Sandi
from sunnflower :
Beautiful pictures of the snowfall. You are a good photographer!
from sunnflower :
I am glad you got such a nice email from your husband. I know he missed you and I am sure he would be surprised to realize how much an email can do to put a smile on someone's face.
from sleepymom :
Hi Komachi, I am sorry you are still feeling lonely. My dad was just talking about the same auction tonight at dinner. I had a little get-together at my house. When I read your entry, the world seemed a little bit smaller. Isn't it so hard with kids, to know what the right decisions are? I am always doubting my choices. I know that you are really considering all aspects of your daughter's development and I think that is great!!! Sandi~
from sunnflower :
Glad you got some snow!
from preciousgift :
I want some snow =( All we get down here is ice. Oh well, I'll live knowing someone as sweet as you is enjoying it.
from moodymelinda :
hi......good luck getting your drivers licence!
from sunnflower :
Thanks for the New Year's wishes. Happy New Year to you and your family too. I am glad that we have you writing here at diaryland!
from moodymelinda :

from sunnflower :
Sending you a wish for a lovely holiday season.
from sunnflower :
Glad you are seeing the beautiful snow!
from tmb :
I'm glad the snow was coming down for you! It's beautiful, isn't it?
from sleepymom :
Big Hugs!!!!!! Hang in there. Don't do anything with your Homer so far...distance is so hard. More Hugs! ~ Sandi
from moodymelinda :
Hi. Nice to hear that Lisa had fun at the cheerleading competition:-)
from sunnflower :
You are not being oversensitive about your dogs not being in the house while the new dog (not yours) is in the house - unless you have the type of dogs that some people are allergic to, or that have a high odor, or are destructive.
from lilichild :
Hey, thanks for the note. I just redid the layout for Christmas a few days ago, so you really haven't missed it *that* much. I can relate to the feeling that you're in slow motion compared to everyone else - I've felt like that many times
from moodymelinda :
i feel totally that way too..like the world is passing me by...and that i cant really seem to keep up with it...
from moodymelinda :
Thanks for your note. I have been thinking the same thing when I have looked at diaries, that people some times write the thoughts that are swirling around in my head too. That I am really not alone thinking the way I do. And as you say , it's good not to be alone.I wish you all the best, hope things work out the way you want.:-)
from sleepymom :
Thank you so much for your sweet words. You are a ray of sunshine for me! Happy birthday to your Homer. I am in CA (always, I live here) and I can tell you that your Homer was probably cold. He Should come in September! Hang in there! Sandi
from sunnflower :
I know what you mean about those pictures of kids during the big events. I feel really bad when I don't take those pictures too. Hope your son is feeling better.
from sunnflower :
I am sorry to hear about your nephew losing his dad so young but it is good that you are looking out for his welfare - every little bit helps. It's wonderful to have online friends - and how wonderful that you were able to talk on the phone too.
from yellowtulips :
I hope you take care of yourself too. Lisa sounds like a wonderful young lady and she is very brave to put up with this everyday. Always remind her of that.
from flyinby :
i hope you hang on to who you are and don't reciprocate the crud she throws at you. remain apart from that nonsense. and show your kids that they are better than that. God bless!
from beagle47 :
my hope for anyone who reads that entry and attaches any personal meaning to it will stop apologizing...i'd feel pretty good about that, actually. i hope you hold you head up high as you struggle valiantly through your life. you should if you don't now. peace. (and i really mean that).
from yellowtulips :
its cool. i understand that you are very busy and things are hectic so its cool! i hope all is well with you and the kids and homer. one day at a time..
from i-man :
got your message so I checked my email and sure enough, it was returned undeliverable. I'll double check the address, and try to resend. Nice hearing from you, and I'll be trying to update today, though I'm in a rather morose mood. Maybe I'll just look for you on messenger. oh, and kids were awesome funny!
from sunnflower :
What's a little burnt cobbler in the end. At least your mom and law got you more baking stuff - so try, try again!
from i-man :
hang in there. I know things are tough right now, but there are people pulling for you. email me soon. and sorry i have been so damn busy. i'll stop soon. hugs.
from thatsamiam :
Your beautiful words express so many of my feeling. All of the feelings that I struggle to find the words to express. Thank you. Hang in there.
from luna-aira :
I'm really getting worried about you and your kids. I hope everything settles down quickly for you, I can't believe how horrible people are being to poor lisa... but don't worry. Things like that happen everywhere(specially on my side of the world), try to think positively. At least you're not stuck with these people for the rest of your married life like people over here usually are. ^_^. Good luck. Always thinking of you. -Aira
from sleepymom :
Hang in there. I am glad you are back. Remember, it is not forever.
from sunnflower :
Glad you got your computer access going again!
from prowlingleo :
Oh sweetie, I'd never give up on you. Hang in there, it's all just temporary. Eventually you'll be settled and out of this mess, and you can begin anew...what some people would give for a chance like that. Thinking of you always.
from preciousgift :
You're missed. Look forward to updates whenever possible. HUGS!
from sunnflower :
We'll miss your entries until you're plugged back in again. Hope the move is as trouble free as possible.
from i-man :
your notes always cheer me up. thank you for being so supportive. it means alot to me. gotta go now, so tired. wanna go home. *sigh*
from myrealwings :
Thank you for the note, and the compliment. :: bows :: I've been away...
from preciousgift :
Good Luck with everything. Hopefully after the move you'll have access. Many hugs to you!
from sunnflower :
So much change in your life - you are amazing and a survivor. I have a terrible time with change. It sounds like there are so good things going on though in the midst of all of this.
from sleepymom :
I read you everytime you update. I figured you would be getting busy. I hope all goes smoothly for you. PLEASE don't stop updating! I was worried when I read that you may not have access to a computer after the move. (I think libraries have the internet?) Thanks for the hello!!!
from prowlingleo :
Sorry I haven't written in a while, I miss talking to you :(
from catsnapples :
After reading your entry, I think you and I live in the same neck of the woods. Our gas shortage was caused by a leak in the line that brings gas into the valley of the sun...AZ. What do you think?
from preciousgift :
Hi, just wanted to let you know that I've unlocked.
from gumphood :
I didn't know it was friendship day. Well...have a good day then.
from i-man :
hey, sorry to hear about the move. just remember that it's not forever and at least you get to be close to your kids. hang in there, I'm rooting for you.
from kaorunshinta :
i wish i knew japonesse, apart from sayonara im clueless ~_~
from sunnflower :
Children are very wise as you said in your note. I know you are feeling lonely with the house empty. Please take care and try to do something positive with the time. Sending hugs.
from kaorunshinta :
oh gosh i've missed so much, i hate it, i cant read you as often as before, you dont know how much that bothers me now that all of that has happend to you, i hope the best for you and your kids, and dont forget the dogs ^_~
from i-man :
thank you. things on that end are starting to look promising at least :) you keep hanging in there, things will work out for the best I'm sure.
from sleepymom :
You are being so brave. Hang in there.
from i-man :
~L~ I don't mind. It's always nice hearing from you.
from beagle47 :
thank you k. words help most, really. peace. (and i really mean that).
from faded-spirit :

I hope this move is quick and easy for you. I bet if every time you think about it, you think of something good about it, you will soon be looking forward instead of back and be ready to go. I am excited to read about your new adventure...I really hope it brings your family closer.
from beagle47 :
hello. there is a humming inside my head that is telling me everything will be okay for you. i don't know if it means anything, but i thought i'd pass it along just in case. one never knows about things like this...peace. (and i really mean that).
from breakthedark :
Thank you so much for the note, and for visiting.
from kaorunshinta :
i hate moving, i hate it, but once u get used to it the only thing u can do is look at the good parts, and then once you just say to your self, 'deal with it', 'just get over it', life goes on, its different, but still is life... i hope your kids are ok with it, i know is very hard, especially when u have to go to the place u always hated, is the same here... b there 4 your kids, they'll need your compresion, i bet they would be there for u, hopefully your husband will to,i wish every thing goes alrite, and i also wanna read bout it ^_^
from i-man :

from kaorunshinta :
regret is a big part of life, but who knows maybe its better that way, u never know if the outcomes of making another desicion could be worst... its a risk we all have to take
from bibulous :
I can see why someone would spend hours reading your diary. You have a lot more to offer than just the negative. Stay strong.
from sleepymom :
Happy Anniversary!!! Wow!!! 17 years! That is amazing! What a great legacy you are leaving for your kids! I hope you had a great day.

from sleepymom :
I'm glad your back!!! I hope Bart is feeling better.
from sunnflower :
Sorry about the death in your family. You need to go take the time to do what you need to do and everyone just needs to deal with it. Don't worry about any of it - it's ridiculous for your work to make you feel guilty about going to help the family in this difficult time. Don't let them make you feel bad. God Bless.
from sleepymom :
I hope you are OK. Give Homer extra love, and hug your kids. I miss reading you. Your job can wait!!!
from prowlingleo :
Psst...I miss you, time to update.
from i-man :
Hey, just read the news and stopped by to offer my condolences for what it's worth. If there's anything I can do, or if ya need to yap at someone just drop me an email or note. Give your family hugs for me, k?
from kaorunshinta :

from babyisblue :
You write with such emotion and I love your layout!
from sunnflower :
Thanks for your note about the fender-bender. Everything is fine. I really know what you are talking about with you entry on father and son interactions. Why won't they listen to mom? Keep mediating!
from kaorunshinta :
you r so right, i wish my father read that, i mean why is it so hard for them to accepst another point of view, or to try to see things in someone else point of view... is not like if he accepts something other of what he thinks or wants means that the other person is taking in charge or sumthin.... anyway.... have a nice day ^_~
from bluecharis :
Hi there! Thanks for leaving me such a nice and complimentary guestbook entry. I've tried to sign yours, but it didn't work, so a note will have to do... I really like your diary design, too... so let's stay in contact, okidoke? :-)) Take care, love, Charis :-)
from i-man :
Just stopped by real quick to wish you a happy belated mother's day and to wish your daughter a happy birthday. I hope life is treating you well, you deserve it. And you better have gotten flowers! Or chocolate! Or pampering or something!
from sunnflower :
Hi - I hope you had a wonderful mother's day too! I am sorry you are feeling homesick. I like that you wrote the story of your daughter's birth - she will be glad to have it. Once in awhile, I ask my mom about what happened when I was born and she tells me but I wish she would write it down you did.
from i-man :
I forgot to tell you my dream job. I think it would have to be some kind of graphic or web design job for a fun company. It would have an office for me, but also be super cool with me working at home. There would have to be some kind of creative flow throughout the work place. Oh, and it would also involve some Flash Action Scripting. I'm not very good at it yet, but my dream job would forgive me that and just let me keep at it. And it would pay 1000000 every month. I'd even settle for every year or two. You did say DREAM job right? hehe. So yea, either all that or getting paid big bucks to watch tv and critique it. Oooo, there's also getting paid to eat!!! Any one of those three jobs would be pretty sweeeet!!!
from i-man :
Thanks for the b-day wish to my boy. He does indeed have his real bike now. It makes it a little harder to keep up with him, that's for sure! Gonna go update now and read certain diaries. ;P
from i-man :
Thanks! That means alot to me :) Ditto goes for you too :)
from i-man :
Sorry I haven't been around but I am back now. Got busy and a little depressed so I just didn't have the motivation to get to dland or even check emails. Feeling better though, hope things are going well with you :)
from sleepymom :
You don't need to grow up. You are great the way you are. I like to be happy too!
from kaorunshinta :
if every one had a simple mind like yourse every adult would be happier all the time, and they would also understand other ppl in how they r and think, instead of wondering if what that person did had something bad behind it... i hope you dont change in that part of your self ^_~ also i hope i made sence :P
from preciousgift :
Hi. Just wanted to let you know that I enjoy reading your the things you write and have added you to my favs. Take care.
from sleepymom :
Thanks for the note. I need the encouragement. I am glad I am not the only one with these struggles. I hope everything works out for you guys. (I will try to make sure my kids behave!) I am glad you and Homer are getting along now.
from sunnflower :
Thanks for the note about the banners - I'm glad you like them! You know my fingers get swollen sometimes too and I have to wear my wedding ring around my neck on a chain now.
from youturnaway :
I do not want to make you sad. :(
from kaorunshinta :
well i hope every thing goes better now... and also i hope you can succes in quiting this time, in all the the world couples have does kinda problems, in this last years divorces are vey common, how sad... but i think you can handle anything, i dont know why but since i stated reading you, knowing you, i think you are a wonderful person, i hope the best for you, i would love to be like you someday if i get married and have kids ^_^, keep on trying to live happy ^_~
from kaorunshinta :
hehe yup... thax for dropping by anyway ^_~ have a nice day^_~
from kaorunshinta :
hay dont say that sumtimes ppl just care and try to b nice but it just makes it bad, sumetimes not saying nothing could be more helpfull, but dont think you're a bad mother or anything every family has it's though times, but the way u r handeling it shows what a good mother u r^_~, bout mcdonald's... well i alway go to burgerking :p...
from sleepymom :
I liked reading about your childhood. It made me think of my own. I didn't have the harsh learning conditions, but my toys were more of the natural kind. I remember a February mud fight that ended with my mom turning a freezing hose on all of us to get the mud off. What our kids miss....
from i-man :
I'm glad to see the quitting is still going well. I read your diaries and was sorry to see your husband blaming you for your childrens' lack of respect for him. I don't know that you can really take the blame for that. If he is as full of bitterness and sarcasm that I think he is from reading your entries, that may have alot to do with it. Kids are alot more attentive to detail than most people seem to think. Anyway, probably time for me to butt the hell out now :P
from kaorunshinta :
well then i wish u the best of luck, i wouldn't want to read in this diary that u got rhe bad new's that u'r sick~_~!, so you cant stop to think if you might make it, u have to make it! anyway if it helps i heard when there's a full moon it helps your body to leave that kind of habits^_~, i know u can mak it:) P.S: i really dont get why they would call chinese or japanese yellow cuz i think they'r normally paper white, and im sure that day would come, we've improved a lot in that matter over the years
from luna-aira :
Good luck with your goal; I'm sure you'll reach it... ^_^
from i-man :
Yup, I got the email but had to go to work (there now) and most email places are blocked here :(. You'll get one from me tomorrow though. I just stopped by to wish you the best of luck in quitting smoking. I have tried to quit in the past as well, and also failed miserably. A friend of mine used to say As long as you don't quit quitting, you'll get there. And if you quit, maybe it will inspire me to try again. Or maybe I should just try again. Starting to babble now, so I will leave for now. Good luck, you can do it!!!
from tornchild :
Thank you :) Your layout is absolutely gorgeous and really--brightening! makes you cheery! Great entries too!
from ladybugge :
Thanks for the definition. I never would've guessed it. :-) I am sorry about Mr. Cool. I hope he is better soon. And, I agree with you, I too am frightened for the children. I homeschool my kids, and the difference between my children and the schooled kids around here is dramatic - and our schools aren't too bad as far as expecting kids to not be kid-like
from luna-aira :
I agree, school rules in the US are getting pretty much absurd and, not meaning to be offensive here but; stupid. I mean, come on... there are just somethings that you can't force children not to do.
from yorkie2002 :
Baked beans on toast is indeed a very common and popular meal here, especially with kids. It's really meant to be a snack at lunchtime to last you till dinner, but when I was a kid there were many families who ate it as the main meal of the day since baked beans are a very good source of protein. We do eat lots of things on toast....eggs, baked beans, tinned (canned) tomatoes, spaghetti or spaghetti hoops, cheese or any combination of them. Hmmm all this talk of food is making me feel hungry now...hehehe.
from i-man :
Geez, me bad. Happy birthday. Unfortunately, it has to be an empty handed birthday gift. Didn't get you anything besides my best wishes. How's Mr. Cool? I'm sorry to hear about his sickness, and I really really hope he gets better soon. Best wishes, I-Man
from ladybugge :
Hi again. I stop by whenever I can, and I'm glad you have your computer back and are writing regularly. Congrats on your 100th entry! :-) I have three unabridged American English dictionaries (I collect dictionaries) and there are words in each that are not in the other two. Any luck yet finding out what susurrate (I'll bet I didn't spell that right) means? I haven't a clue, but I'm tempted to look it up. Keep having a good day! L
from i-man :
I'm so glad you got your computer back, and things seem to be going well for your son. That's great to hear! err.. read. Whatever. Thanks for the note, and I may just e-mail ya sometime when I have a bit more time. There was something else I wanted to say, but I can't remember. Too tired. If I remember it, I'll come back and note ya again. Peace.
from youturnaway :
Thank you so much for the nice note, and the comment. You have no idea how much it means to me. And yes, I'd like to think I'm becoming a new person. Whether or not the outcome is good or bad, I don't want to be the person I used to be. Sooner or later, we'll find out. Thanks again. ♥xdayna
from sleepymom :
I am so sorry to read about all of the troubles your son has had to face. I agree that teaching him to lie about it is wrong - what was the principal thinking? I hate to admit it, but I agree with your daughter. Fortunately, I grew up and realized the importance of putting away clothes. Good luck with that battle.
from kaorunshinta :
thanx for leaving me a note, and if it helps i think u're a very good mom ^_^, i hope your girl gets her allowance back soon, lol..:)
from luna-aira :
Congratualtions on your son's enrollment in the school. I suppose a new chapter has opened up for him. I wish you and your son the best of luck in living the rest of your lives peacefully and without having to worry about such events again ^_^. I truly am so happy for you.
from i-man :
Just read your journal, and I was elated to read about the good news with your son. Words fail me, but I'm grateful that things are starting to turn around. Good luck, and I hope that you can start feeling better!!
from ladybugge :
Reciprocity (no pronunciation available) n., When I like you, and you like me right back. *grin* Not a definition in the dictionary, but it works for me. My family speaks a language no longer spoken in the outside world, a 'dead' language. I learned English the hard way: by being ridiculed whenever I spoke wrongly. It makes me awfully nervous of making a mistake. I honestly found Spanish easier to learn and to pronounce (although I no longer have any vocabulary to speak of).
from ladybugge :
Hi again. Thanks to you for adding me to your list. I love reciprocity (a word I can spell, but not say. *grin*). I am convinced the problem is English. If native English speakers can't agree on pronounciation, then what chance have we? I, too, hope you have your computer back soon. May life treat you kindly today. L
from i-man :
Always good to hear from you. I'm sorry you are still having to fight tooth and nail over this, it really doesn't seem fair. I wish I could offer more than trite phrases like "It will get better" or "Just hang in there", but my arsenal of helping seems to be lacking. You will get through this, though. Of that, I'm sure. And one thing I can offer you is a sympathetic ear (or eyes I guess, since I read all this stuff but you know the point), so if ya need it just drop me a line. Wish I could do more than that. Just don't give up, y'all deserve far better than this and I'm sure you'll get it. Crossing my fingers for you.
from luna-aira :
You'll make it through, I doubt god is over-estimating you for you seem to be strong enough a person. Good luck, I wish you and your family can come through this easily. ^_^
from ladybugge :
Hi! I just started reading your diary (followed a link from Prowlingleo). I relate to your problems with English. Even though I learned it as a kid, I still struggle to pronounce some words (Two of my worst words are 'secretary' and 'garage.' I wonder why that is?) Anyway, I just wanted to say 'hi' and nice to meet you. L
from luna-aira :
You are so right, the media has too much freedom of speech. It is stressing how they take the freedom of speech as freedom of imaginative speech. It is really really irritating. I wish you good luck in solving this mess, because I have some idea of what you feel like. Something like that happened to my dad and I was just as stressed (though not as much as my mum and dad but still...) and angry.
from i-man :
Glad to see you back. You were missed. I hope things get better for you soon, and if it helps any I am a long time hater of the media and their reckless enthusiasm for a story. I'm sorry you had to go through that, but I'm sure things will get better for you. :)

Haven't heard from you in a while so I thought I'd drop a line to see how things are. From the sounds of it, they could be better. I hope things turn around for you. Feel free to drop me an email or a note if ya need to.
from i-man :
Doing ok, thanks. Just been busy but I will hopefully be updating toute de suite. How's life treating you?
from groovebunny :
Awww. Thanks for listing me as a fave. It's an honor! Hehe...have fun cleaning at midnight. I just finished some laundry myself. :) Ta!

from groovebunny :
Hi. Just read your entry on deleting an entry and it still showing in the archives. I had that same problem. It should delete with in few hours, whereas changes to your current pages happens immediately, deleting entries are put into a que. Hope that makes sense. Ta!
from prowlingleo :
Your guestbook stinks...every time I try to flood it, it tells me I can't make a new entry so fast! Grrrrrrr...anyway, new entry on my diary just for you ;)
from spewingllama :
I love your diary...it's beautiful. Do you mind if I add you to my favorites? Ashley
from i-man :
Love your new layout! Hope things are going well for you and happy doll day. I think I will introduce my daughter to that.
from prowlingleo :
I like the new page! It doesn't look fuzzy to me at all, looks really really good.
from i-man :
Thanks for the heads up. I look forward to seeing the new look!
from prowlingleo :
Hehe...The Crow was good ;). I don't believe that scene is in it, but that sounds like an ineteresting scene! I hope you are getting some sleep, sweet dreams.
from prowlingleo :
That song you have listed is from the movie The Crow...have you ever seen it? The song has even more meaning for me since I've seen that movie. It's especially sad because it was Brandon Lee's last film, he died during the making of it.
from i-man :
heh, it keeps me busy. Haven't seen her yet, so the talk hasn't happened, but I still have two days off so lots of time. I'm glad you liked the song, it's one of my favorites. I hope you get some decent rest and welcome to March! Take care.
from i-man :
Things are ok with me. They could always be worse, I tell myself. Been really busy but I finally have a nice chunk of time off (3 days!!!!!!!). Just read your journal about the rain and the dogs and it reminded me of a song: "It can't rain all the time" by Jane Siberry. Maybe listening to it could help lift the rain-all-the-time-blues. Music usually has a profound effect on me, thus I suggest it. :) Hope life is treating you well.
from i-man :
Well, you might not need total isolation. But time set aside for personal reflection never hurts. The only day off I get are sick days. It sucks, but there's a silver lining somewhere I'm sure! hehe. Ooh, wait! I get next Friday off, got a hot date with a pillow and Nitol if needed! How are things at the home front for you? Sounds like you got your fair share of battles there.
from i-man :
Well, I think it could be done. Not necessarrily easy, but possible. I think with measures like isolation and cognitive restructuring, one could "map" themselves out and turn themselves into what they want to be...not what others expect them to be. Thanks for stopping by, it's always a treat to hear from you!
from i-man :
I've often wondered that myself. It does seem sometimes that the sum of what we are is calculated by the ways in which the world perceives us. Or, at the very least, the personas we present in our daily lives are. I'm glad someone knows what I was talking about, and it was your entry that inspired me to write about it. Thanks.
from i-man :
I'm glad you liked it, and I hope things turn out well for you. We all deserve a touch of paradise now and again. I really like your entries, don't be surprised if you end up on my faves. And thanks.
from mymys :
Hey, I cant believe someone would actually pay that much for coffee beans that come out of a animals back end. I really enjoy reading your entries..................
from your-embrace :

update April 6, 2020: Sorry, we just had 8+ hours downtime due to a server problem. Restoring from backups took soooo long, but everything is back and no data was lost. Ay yay yay! Anyhow, hope everyone is well with the virus stuff.
