dude, thanks for the note. i was so nervous about how you would take that, i deleted the entry soon after. but i'm glad now i could help in some way. it touched me so much i almost teared up. you just gotta keep talking to people about it all, it helps in ways the knife doesnt. elise will tell you this, i think i nailed down a weekend for sure so we're all set.(!!!!!!)

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement! Today I went to the psychiatrist and she wanted to put me in the hospital, but my mom said no (thank god!) so everything is going to be okay :) And its good to know that I'm not all alone and that other people have gone through the same things that I'm going through right now. And thank you for leaving me a note! Nobody else has done that :( Well I'll talk to you later hopefully and thanks again!!

But its the reality that we can only turn to ourselves. and not be mad at those who don't understand... because not understanding is an illness just as bad and real as depression. i love you. call me if you need me.
