Tryyyyy not to feel like garbage. I'm no mother, but I can uderstand why you do. And it's SO not abnormal! You're not terrible because you can't do 3 trillion things at once and remain open for everyone when they need you on a dime. It's not possible. You're human. Believe me, it's natural to get overwhelmed and feel that way. And it's also by FAR natural to need help and NEED a break. Like I said, I'm not a mom, but my brother and his girlfriend lived with me when they had my niece, and I helped them when they needed a break. And just being there all the time to HELP can get overwhelming! It's a big responsibility. But Erika is still alive, right? And she is still healthy, right? And she still looks at you occasionally and does that ooey-gooey baby smile and gives you little squeak when she smiles, right? Then you're SO doing something right! Hey... side note... last week or whenever, when they said we were supposed to be able to see the northern lights, and then the eclipse a few nights later... did you see any of that crap?! I didn't! (Booo!)

You're just a little over a year older than me then. I was born there on Halloween of 1980. The funniest part is, when we were born there, the hospital was blue inside, and my brother was born at St. Francis, which is totally pink. I teased him about that for a while. Hehe. So when exactly where you born? If your baby is due the 8th, you'll definitely have it before Halloween. It's not safe for the baby to stay in the womb too long after it's due date, so if it were getting close to that late, they'd induce the delivery. I'm not positive what the cutoff time for being able to stay in there is, but for some reason I'm thinking it's like 2 weeks. Anyway... You should go to ToriAmos.com because in the lyrics section, she talks about the meanings to all/most of her songs. They are cryptic, definitely, but she does have meaning to them. Most of them are kind of interesting too. Luvs! :D

I'm sorry I missed your IM earlier! Poop! And I know it's not about the presents. It's just that since we aren't "offline friends" I wanted to do something like that for you. It really sucks that no one is responding. I think you should call them, as tacky as it may be, because there are a lot of people that don't pay that much attention to the "RSVP" so maybe they aren't trying to be asses about it. Hopefully that's the case anyway. Just call them and tell them you were wondering if they may happen to make it so you know how much snack stuff to have- just as a bs excuse. Or something of the sort. And if they don't plan on it, then you can get pissy with them. And you have a right to. You invited them because you care about them, and if they aren't going to show up, it's definitely something that causes pain in the old ticker. Anyway. I think either way it will work out ok, even if no one shows up and it hurts. At least then you'll know who really matters and who really cares. If nothing else, it will work out how it's supposed to, so all will be well in the end. ♥

P.S. I think it would look better and be easier for people if you put the extras link right under your profile and made an entry for those links. Do you want me to make that link for you? I'd definitely put the g-book on the main page- people don't like looking when they want to leave a quick sig in it. The only thing with adding extra links at all is that I will have to either make the font size of your links smaller or condense all of the links because the more it grows, the more empty space you have on top and bottom of your pic on the left. That make sense? That's why I suggested the extras link so you can put all necessary links on the main page and everything else in an entry for the extras. Let me know if you need me to do anything.
