I did the same thing 2 years ago running down a flight of steps!! Although, I was drunk, it was after a St. Patrick's Day drinking loop/bar hop, and I was attempting to run down them to my escape car with a comforter/blanket in hand. I couldn't see the steps i was attempting to run down, and turns out, when I got to the bottom, and the snap of my ankle happened, I was blinded by the pain, and REALLY couldn't see!!
