I'm late on this, but I just read this entry and I'm sorry. I remember when Chester (my old dog) died on my 13th birthday I cried all day and didn't get over it for a long time. So yeah, it's not silly at all to mourn your dog. Especially since it was such a cool dog. I liked pup pup. L8er.

Haha, thanks for the music comment. Ok some recommendations... I checked your profile to see what you basically like. I like a bunch of those bands as well, what I would recommend for now? If you want some melancholy music try the Badly Drawn Boy CD, "Hour of the Bewilderbeast" if you want something slightly upbeat try Spoon's "Kill the Moonlight". To be honest, thats all I can really think of right now. There are so many great bands out there, I just experiment and learn from other people as well. I love music =)
