Okay, that was a blatant lie. I do obsess about men a wee bit too much. Thanks for the tip, though :)
from guttermind :
Thanks so much for the lovely advice. I have been writing a few scraps here and there, and I'm definitely taking the time to relax. In terms of writing, I can certainly do better but after reading my last review I just had to laugh... I had no idea I was that googly-eyed over guys!
from floodtide :
Thank you. Your generosity is, apparently limitless, as is your gentle, loving kindness. Yesterday was a better day, and I am moving toward something like a tenable equilibrium. But your note helped, perhaps more than you'd guess. Sorry about your own job troubles - as you know, I can relate - I am thinking of you. I'd like to meet you someday. Love, flood

Heard about the branch closing. It does sound mixed, as you did hate your job with a fiery passion that matched mine for my business major. Hope tomorrow (actually, today) will bring some sort of peace so that you can move on. Am rooting for your speedy re-employment :)

Hey man, thanks very much for adding me to your buddy list - I'm very flattered! I look forward to reading through your diary. From what I've seen so far, it's damn impressive. Tom (fellow LOTR fan).

A GeoMetro?! Since moving away to uni, I have met so many owners of GeoMetros. Not quite sure what brand they are exactly but I do find them somewhat unusual. What's your height, if I may ask. A lot of the owners I know are usually of short stature or of v. high stature (above six feet).

What utter cunts, pardon my language. Is there anyone in the office you could have on your side, and might be able to help you secure better assignments? Like the HR manager? *shudder* I'm afraid for my own career after graduation. Do you choose to be true to yourself or suck up to management arseholes? Sorry I can't help you, but hang in there... something good might open up.
from xgreymousex :
thank you. ...for a wonderful review, but even more, for all the time you put in it. :) (and yes, the happy entries are all about my oh-so-wonderful boyfriend - the vampire)
from bindyree :
I'm enjoying your writing. :)

'The scrub pine's greens stand dignified in the twilight, as do the blacks and rusts in the patches of volcanic rock.' I thought this was an incredibly beautiful image. And it's funny... I'm sure I saw the same blacks and rusts at the Geology lab today. Thanks again for your lovely greeting and yes, perhaps one days birthdays will be fun again :)
from floodtide :
Heaven forfend, sweetie, that you should ever censor or edit (as you seem to know), but don't warn me ahead of time, either. Thanks for the thought, of course, but (strange as it may sound) I don't think that being disturbed is necessarily a bad thing. Not pleasant, of course, but not necessarily bad. Even when my own dreams are so ghastly, I embrace the fact that my dream life is so vivid and so varied. I always find myself pitying somewhat those individuals who say they don't remember their dreams, or that their dreams are always bland. We're luckier, you and I, even if sometimes we "see" such horrific images. Love, flood.

Hey hon...i havent been on for a long time... so i thought that i would pop in and say hi. *lots of hugs*
from guttermind :
Thanks for that ray of light :) I wish I could honestly feel as talented and self-confident as other people, I honestly do. Sometimes it just won't work at all. I guess all you can do is try...
from guttermind :
I'm really flattered that you put down my previous diary 'daydreamer' as a fave diary. Well I've moved (since the issue of the git had overwhelmed the former) and hope that you'll continue to read what I have to say. Thanks again.
from nutsandhoney :

Thank you for the link and for the compliment. You're pretty articulate yourself; I enjoyed what I had time to read today and will be back. Happy 30th birthday, by the way, and if you don't know it, check out David Wilcox's song about riding rollercoasters on his thirtieth - it's on the "Home Again" CD. Love, flood

Hey, great find with that astrolabe website. I'm glad to see that you like the detailed results that kind of chart gives. I find it to be much more fitting as well rather than just the straight sun sign.
from nutsandhoney :
well i just popped in to say hi and to return that wonderful hug *HUGS*. Stay out of harms way, and remember to smile!
from dramoth :
Well now. You actually write in your online diary! That is such a pleasant surprise, not the least of which is because I rarely do. My own is full of a lot of newsbits with some flashes of my own thoughts on the news itself. But I must say that you get better and better the more I read. =) Reality tv DOES suck. I'm glad I'm not the only one that makes the connection between it and intelligence. And I can totally understand the feeling behind wishing the news media had a bit more.. discretion.
from dramoth :
hey! you rock! thanks for taking, and appreciating, my surveys. I try. No, really. I particularly enjoy making surveys on 'sensitive' issues. I found your thoughts on astrology interesting. I'm guessing your Sun is in Leo, and your Moon (feminine) is in Scorpio. I'm so sorry. No, I mean.. er.. well you are definitely in for some excitement and intensity! =) Hope to visit your diary more often. And thanks! I feel very humble to be on your buddylist!
from nutsandhoney :
hey sweetheart.....i'm just poping in to say hi....and i think that i said that i would do this for you.
from buttchild :
I wanna design a layout for you. *sobs lightly*
from kabarett :
