Hi Sweetie! No, there's nothing a lawyer can do to force a drug addict out of a house or anything like that. Believe me, I've inquired up the wazoo over the years about what my grandmother can do about getting him out of her house (Trust me, he is psychotic. He has very deep mental issues), and even authorities can only tell him she wants him out, and then he will be free to return later on and make her life hell for having done it. She doesn't feel it's worth what he'll cause when he returns. On that same note, *I* myself wouldn't want to deal with trying to get him off of the property in order to sell the house down the line, either. He will make my life a living hell because he has absolutely no intentions of vacating that property ever. He's had it too good, and has a free ride, he's never going to leave. Ughh.. There's been so much drama the past month or so, it seems that it may never end. :-0 Hoping you're doing well! <3

Hey Sam! Yeah, I'm hoping this week + weekend will be a better one. Hes one bitchy ass when he doesnt have an energy drink to suck down. I think thats why he was such a shithead. I wont let him forget it for a bit though because he feels bad is being MEGA nice to me, lol. I even got to watch one of my super girlie chic flicks and he watched it with me. LOL. Aww, it can be so frusterating at times with the little ones. I snapped at Triston tonight myself. Very overwhelmed today with him and the fact that he threw his cup and whacked me in the nose didnt help. :( It will all calm down for us though. xox

Yeah, I know. He was at work, but still I know it's no excuse not to take a moment to call. I'm certain his co workers called their loved ones! I e mailed him (since he has no cell phone) the moment I got my bearings back, and it took me a little while to realize wow, he didn't even think to check up on me. We get earthquakes kind of often, however they're usually so mild that you don't even feel them. But when it's a 5 (like yesterdays) there's hardly any mistaking what it is. It's very scary :-(

Heya girl! Yeah, I know how the whole fam thing goes. I know I made the right decision they'll all just have to get over it. Haha, the only funny (in my opinion) thing that happened was that the family member I was referring to found out today that their court date is exactly on August 8th- day were getting married, lol. :D But yeah, his family couldnt afford to travel so its easier this way. Its all pretty much a done deal now they'll just have to live with it. Heh, Id like to goto NC and check it out, didnt seem too bad but the boy is pretty against it. He *hates* it, although he wont tell me why. Weird. I'll keep working on him though, maybe one of these days. I dont mind hectic though, tis what Im used too!!

Yeah, it's either he's thinking it's going to "fix" everything somehow, or he's competing with his deadbeat relative who is going to be a father in a couple of months. I'm feeling that may very well be the root of this whole thing, and it really annoys me that he thinks his warped competition with his relative is going to become MY problem to give him what he wants. We simply have too many problems, and I didn't want a child to begin with, so no freakin' way. I'm not budging. :-) It's not going to change, either. I have never really felt ready to have a child, and I don't see that changing over night. Anyway-- thanks so much for your note! Hopefully you're enjoying your new NEWLYWED status :-D <3

Heh, you've got wedding bands bought and Im undecided but I do know that I'll either get something to match my engagement ring or opt for sterling silver, gold is not a fave of mine, I like it very limited doses. Triston is already 14 months, its exciting all the new discoveries but sad too cause they'll never be small again. Yeah, I shouldve warned you about them making you get out and walk around at least you got a day, they had me out after 4 hours. :( I had staples which sucked as they sometimes got snagged on my panties which = OUCH! lol

Well, lil Triston is 9mo. old now and all is well with him except he doesnt crawl (tries...) and he has no teeth yet. Ive been told that if theyre older when they have teeth that its less painful. I haven't talked to my mother since Friday and as angry and hurt as I still feel, I don't see it changing any time soon. I wish I worked in a hospital. I work in a retirement home and that just completely sucks because not only do I not see hot young guys, but since nearly 100% of them are on meds, whenever they urinate or deficate on themselves the odor is a lot stronger than normal. Since we have to sanitize the mattresses as well, my nose is like 2 to 3 feet from the area. Ick.
