You know, I think the stores just make the kind of food that sells. Unfortunately, people just don't know what to buy. Junk food is easy and cheap, so people just buy that. Thanks for the comment. Fast food salad is usually pretty healthy. So long as you ask for no croutons and dressing on the side. BK's veggie burgers are good if you like that sort of thing. I am a fan of boca burgers and Morningstar burgers myself. BK now has a low carb menu. A few things come on platters. No bread. It looks weird. I guess it is for those folks on atkins. If you keep it up, you will see positive changes. It will be worth it. It's okay to be hungry now and then. Remember your ultimate goal.

I too am shocked at what some people say online. It is a false anonymity as well as a false bravery. The rule I have for myself is this: would I say this to the person face to face? If I would it can be written about. For me the journalling community is contact and a way to keep track of my own progress. I loved your entry. It made me think. This is a "good" thing. ;)

MINOR ANGEL SPOILERS---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I think the whole Willow line was more about Willow than Fred. After all, I don't think the Angel guys know about Willow being gay and all. Plus, Willow is a little inexperienced, being as she's only really dated Tara and this slayer potential. It was more a case of Willow misconstruing Fred's friendly manner and professional awe [Fred could never hope to be as powerful as Willow]. Personally I can't wait until Fred finds out about Gunn and Gwenn's little romp between the sheets. As for Connor, well I think he's a moron and deserves to be manipulated by Cordy. But, as much as I dislike his character, I did have a glimmer of hope for the boy when he initially stood up to Cordy. Should have known he was too whipped to stand strong for long though. Still curious about Cordy though, does she really die? Or are they going to find some way of bringing her back. I hope so, she has become a very intersting character since she first appeared on Angel.

see that's why I own both the Gamecube and the PS2. personally, I prefer the GC because it's Nintendo and I'm a loyal person that way. Honestly though, there are some great games coming out for GC soon. The new Zelda peaked my curiosity, and I can't wait for the Final Fantasy stuff on it. If you want something a little, very little, like Sims, try Animal Crossing. Very addictive.

We all get up at 5 am on big shopping days...(about 7 of us women)..go eat...argue about where to go...split up...and spend the rest of the long day trying to meet up which we never fail to do and brag about our deals. well, I got my copy of the movie from Blockbuster. One of their previously viewed copies. I don't know if you could find one there now but they can special order it in for you to buy. I know because we ordered 5 copies for people while I worked there. And it is an awesome movie. I'm a big fan of most of the actors/actresses in it. But of all the characters I'd have to say that Wolf is my favorite. :)
