While it may not be your top priority, to hear someone voice their lack of interest can be depressing. Commitment is one of those things that is both scary but also can make one feel safe, and a fear both of commitment and lack of commitment is natural. I wouldn't worry to much about it hon. Let him know it is something you are interested in doing eventually (casually). Males can be odd and don't always understand our need for outward signs of commitment. Once you live together, they forget about the rest of the steps or just don't understand that while they may mean little to them, to us its important. *hugs*

Hey hon. I'm so sorry to hear its so rough on you. She really should be beyond breastfeeding, but I understand its hard to hear her throw a fit, especially for that long. Maybe you can ease her away? Almost trick her with a bottle close to your nipple? Or maybe you'll just have to let her scream... I know its motherly instinct, but as long as there's nothing around her that she can hurt herself on, walk away (still within watching distance, but far enough that she doesn't feel you there) and let her... I dunno hon, but it definitely sounds like things can't continue the way they are. Yes being a parent is hard I'm sure, but it just seems like its a bit harder on you because she's so attached. It's great that she loves mommy, but she needs to be able to be away a bit and explore a bit on her own or she won't fully form her ego and will issues later on... *hugs* Good luck honey. And maybe you can look into free or cheap toddler programs in your area? Some are mommy and me type stuff, but sometimes high schools, colleges, tech schools, etc have daycare/preschool type programs that might do her some good and give you the opportunity for some you time for a few hours a week. I also know its pointless to share my own experiences, and let you know how much damage I am realizing my small bout with eating disorders has done, and I'm only 20. I worry about you so, because it seems like you don't even care about the long term effects of your actions, but then I remember being that way and realize that you just don't care. That the present is all that matters, and that no matter how misguided that view is, you can't break through it. It's really not that bad hon. If you don't want it though, then you shouldn't get it. There are other options. There's financial help out there, and the obvious of giving it away. Otherwise hon, its really not a terrible procedure. I was knocked out for mine, but I had a quick recovery. I, however, went in with an upbeat positive attitude (joking around with the nurses and everything). Those who were more visibly shaken and upset about it, were the ones that seemed to have more trouble. You've got to decide for yourself, fully, without any of those other thoughts. To me, I realized I wasn't emotionally ready for any of it, and neither was he. I wanted it, but not right then and the child was making me hugely sick anyway. It was a hard decision but I made and I kept a positive outlook. If you don't have that darling, you won't be able to recover well, either physically, or mentally. *hugs* You know where I am if you want to talk.

Though I agree with his point, I don't like how he went about it. Sweetie, you know I want you to see a doctor. I know you are scared and you don't want anyone to worry about you, but by putting it off and potentially worsening anything you may off, you are making it worse on others. Honestly, its possible that you may have something simple wrong with you requiring just a pill or something. However, I think part of your problem is you eating habits. You need to make sure you are eating enough and the right stuff. Not just healthy stuff and not just a few bites. I know its odd to say since I only really know you through reading you're diary (and no, I'm not creepy), but as a friend, I love you, and I love you're spirit and you're soul and I just want you to be happy. You deserve to be happy. You have a very good heart, and you need to face your fears (and allow Paul to help you. Open up some more and have him go with you to the doctors). Once you can learn to face those fears and open up and let others help you, you'll find things become a bit easier. *big hug* I'm ALWAYS here for you hon. Anytime you need to talk.

*hugs* That's some what similar to what happened to me. I decided to go for it and jump. To tell the truth, I still don't know if I did the right thing... However, you can get the school to transfer your records and enroll out there if you wish. That would make it more likely for you to go. And a lot of schools will allow you to leave early to go to work (thats what my boyfriend does) so that you can earn money for rent as well. I'm sure you will make the right decision hon.
