Thank you for the kick-ass note. That was awesome what you said about my poetry...thatnks. I was worried people would just say crap instead of constructive criticizm, and, might I say, your comment was EXTREMELY constructive! ^^ Thanks, Missy, and hopefully I'll see you around.

Happy 4th of July!!!
from agapic-smurf :
Hey, the LaRouche briefings will be at agapic-smurf.diaryland.com now if you want to read... The July 01, 2003 entry has some things about Kerry, altho I haven't had a chance to read it yet (html....grrrrrr). Just use the search function for his name and I think it's on page two... This way I won't clutter up your email :) Hugs & Kisses (no tongue), CM
from desertwitch :
And I hope you don't mind that I cut and pasted the Army Times quote and your awesome comment about it! I AM waaay beyond angry at this point -- and you took the FUCK YOU CHICKEN ASSES out of my mouth, babe!

And I always misspell facism. Oh well.
from windshadow :
Hey hon, your fascism banner moves way too fast. It's kinda blinky. Other than that, I like your latest banners. :)
from unluckystar :
Thanks for the birthday wishes! :)
from candora :
You are. Most people are afraid to be, or afraid to let others know that they are. Keep being.
from challenge-me :
Hey Lady :) I don't think you got my offline message cuz I haven't heard back from ya... But then again, that might be intentional ;) Newho, did ya want the info regarding LaRouche? Oh yeah, ps... I saw your banner and bursted (such a word?) into laughs... SHE'S RAVING MAD!!!

I am using individual guest books (one for each entry) as a way to resolve the problem of people being able to leave comments - it should work well enough...now all I need to do is add some more entries. Thanks

I totally hear what you're saying about the government not doing anything about the food situation. However, Schlosser points out instances when the public raised a fuss over certain issues and the fast food industry responded by over-turning practices in a matter of weeks. Practices the that FDA and/or USDA had been trying to reform for years. If enough people speak out and boycott the fast food chains, they can change how food is grown/raised, processed, and prepared.

Funny, but I forgot that html doesn't work in the notes section. LOL

Thanks for letting me know about your "personal side" diary. Don't get me wrong, I like the political rantings. I'm not a big Bush fan. I still say that instead of inventing excuses for a war, all they had to do on September 12th was to pick a few of the backhills Okie's up, put them on a chopper to Turbanville and this all would have been finished within a week without having to send thousands of our troops over there. Anyway, I appreciate what you said about the panic attacks. It's funny because I thought that I was the only one with this type of attack. I exhibit <i>all</i> symptoms when I have an attacks. I was very surprised to find that there were so many people leaving me notes and sending me e-mails about attacks when I started this diary. My diary was basically started at the behest of my therapist. It's been working well. Plus, I can actually look back at my old entries and see where I've improved. Thanks for the support and keep up the great work on ravynemyst!

The otehr possibility is that she remembers everything and is deeply taraumatized, but the press is being fed BS so she can try and get back to a normal life. The longer it drags on the more likely it will stick in teh American mind. No one ever thinks of Baby Jessica anymore, but we all still talk about OJ.

thank you! I'm very much flattered, but very much sad today so I can't be my usual happy go lucky self because everythings going wrong. Thank you for letting me know. I can see it! I couldn't before (if it was already there) because I never actually clicked on the rings link... thanks for leaving such a nice message. i know in time i'll figure it out. i just dont want to go through life as a mindless drone hating what i do and feeling like what i do doesnt matter. so once i figure out what job will keep that from happening, i'm set :-)
from z0tl :
i wouldn't have guessed in a million years that you are a frequent reader, i compliment your stamina :) oh the links, they usually point back to some more of my 'musings' & people who have kept up with me for a while (ie, bastards) find this habit very annoying. fyi: i update in bursts, so when you see z0tl turn red, there may be 2 or 3 new entries. i thank you very much for your continued support :z
from pillow-wept :
thank you so much! :)x

from zombie18 :
Omg..I love The Breakfast Club. It's so wonderful! Allison is my twin...my older twin....lol. ^_^
from momenchance :
I'm a huge Weird Al fan, and a few months ago I got to see UHF on DVD. A friend of mine got it. Lots of neat extras. :-) I joined the mailing list for the Close Personal Friends of Al, his fan club. There'll be a new album in stores May 20th, just so you know. Looks good. ===> I really enjoy your entries. Politics usually seems pretty boring to me, when they talk about it on the news and whatnot, and politicians speak a confusing and unclear version of English when they're talking to the public. I'm really glad you're writing about these things, so I can actually read about what our elected officials are doing to us without having to wade through the political doublespeak bullshit. Ah, happy thoughts. :-) Heh.
from challenge-me :
When I was young(er) I hated sayings like, "this too shall pass" and "time heals everything"... But for a while there those old wisdoms started to apply themselves... Which means they will, soon again... Thank you for the reminder because I needed it :) -- Ps... I'm going to a LaRouche political meeting Saturday and am gonna discuss with them the pros and cons regarding the other candidates :) We'll see if they can answer!
from ind2006 :
Thanks! ^_^

Luv the layout! And u like LOTR? That's cool because I do too! The first movie is my fav too! C'ya!
from laquerida :
Does that mean that these aids and secretaries are outright saying that he was illegally illected? How is it that he cannot be removed if the administration admits he is not legally holding office to begin with?
from chocochipw :
If we all lived under a tyrannous government that witheld from us the basic freedoms that you and I both take for granted, we would be thankful if even a hypothetically ethical Saddam bombed and defeated the USA, freeing us from political bondage at the cost of (insert your personal estimation here) bizarro-United States soldiers' lives. We did not "murder" Iraqi civilians in this war. If there was anyone we murdered it would be the Iraqi military, full of cowards that used citizens as h u m a n shields. Do you not see something wrong with this picture? I am sorry, but your diary is the true indication of hypocrisy in the United States. You are biting the hand that feeds you and show just how ironic freedom of speech can be. Although I respect your freedoms, give the Iraqi people a chance to say that they accept us saving their lives; then continue with your political exhibition in protesting things that annoy you while you read the daily paper.

Great nick BTW.
from myhorizons :
Came here through a banner ad and took a look, hope you didn't mind :)

hi! thanks for the note you left me! i will check out your diary at first chance tonight..once the Nazis here in the office get off my back. x
from z0tl :
yes, i dig ad infinitum, but if i were to vote libertarian, wouldn't that be the equivalent of throwing away my vote (in the current political environment)? :z
from tigah87 :
You're very welcome. You seem like a very nice person. ♥
from mojo1915 :
Hello, have a good day! :)
from windshadow :
Ever wonder why the boxes on here are so wide, yet the text fills less than half of that width? Hmm...may have to ask Andrew...
from windshadow :
Just wanted to let you know you've affected someone else. I still don't agree with everything you say, but you did get me thinking, and I thought you should be one of the first to know. I put my voter registration changing my party to Libertarian in the mailbox tonight. In a few weeks i will officially no longer be a Republican. They've just disgusted me lately. I still dislike the Democratic Party too much to throw in with them, but I agree with pretty much all of the Libertarian views. Anyhow, just wanted you to know. Thanks. Also, you might want to consider changing the "where do you hail from" part in your comments section; people seem to think you're asking for a location, not an URL.
from tigah87 :
Oh, thank you. Your writing has helped to open my eyes.
from laquerida :
Oh God -- thank you for your diary! I have hope that we all haven't been duped asleep. Look forward to hearing more from you.
from darkfairy13 :

from tigah87 :
Thank you, I appreciate that.
from z0tl :
* click here * - this is z0tl's poor man's banner. i am a link whore, won't you add me to your fave list for no reason? god bless the galapagos! :z
from roklobster :
Thanks for the patience regarding the cryptic entries of late (4-19-03). You rok! GRIN
from hemopoetic :
thank you for the information! i will most definitely try all that out. it sucks because that little gland beneath my earlobe is a bit swollen. :( *sigh* anyway, thanks so much. mwah!
from bbbrett :
I see you have Orson Scott Card listed as a fave. I can't say that I'm a big fan, but Ender's Game tops my list of all time favorite sci-fi books. Wow. That's two whole sentences of me saying something to a stranger without being a smartass. You must really be special...
from orchdreamer :
hey there, just randomly ended up here, but I must say i love the layout colors!! hehehe, pretty pretty pretty...what can I say I'm easily amused lol. have a great day! *nichole*
from ris-que :
Your banner must be getting tremendous click-through... or at least I hope so. I'm sure to join the ranks of your readership.
from ravynemyst :
not a problem Fairy :) thanks for adding me

Whoa! I just realized I totally forgot to approve you into the Hollins Girl ring! I AM SO SORRY!!! Eeep.

from tigah87 :
Thank you for adding me as a favorite, but I must admit that I got the layout from someone else.... -Crystal
from pieceofmind1 :
Thanks for your note-I have you bookmarked now! Yessss I will visit often. ;) Debra
from hemopoetic :
hehe, hey there. i just totally let go in your guestbook and when i was finished i saw that my entry was....well, pretty LONG. amusing things. the Orwellian speak is a frightening occurrence. this is the first major war during my lifetime thus far and i hope it is the last!
from ravynemyst :
Thank you, scythespoken! It still amazes me that people who speak up for the Constitution and our rights are being labeled unpatriotic and unAmerican. Orwellian-speak is ruining our country!
from scythespoken :
.....your banner caught my eye, and your entry "death to freedom of speech" was very refreshing, its nice to see that there is someone out there who remembers what real freedom is....i totally agree with the fact that the media is in a controlled environment, and that the reality of the facts are filtered......many would label you a heretic and scream unpatriotism....thank you for speaking your mind boldly and i encourage you to continue to do so....God bless....
from ravynemyst :
To the two kids playing on here last night: Yes, I deleted all of your notes! Ha!
from ravynemyst :
ok kids...use someone else's notes to play on. When you actually find time to be in the real world dealing with real events, then come back and act SERIOUS.
