You have been working out is the answer to your question of what the Fuck. You have lost inches and gained muscle. I'm sure you look opphs I'm not susposed to say that. The fact of the matter simly is Muscle weighs more than Fat. I have seen people gain weight from working out but look 10 times better. If you want to loose the 7 pounds then do an extreme diet, people in my industry do it all the time , its as unhealthy as hell and eventually it will return. The way your doing it now is the right way and eventually you will achieve your goal, it takes time but it will stay off and in the mean time you'll look great and by some odd co-winky-dink feel better.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I know sinus hell very well. In fact the other week, right after my bout with Strep, I had a sinus infection... only the sludge was coming out backwards. It was HORRIBLE.... and now it's all gravitated to my lungs and I'm coughing more than I'm breathing. Here's hoping you get back to well quickly... at least more quickly than it's taking me. Good Afternoon: First I suggest you get to the Dentist as fast as you can. It sounds as though your tooth maybe abcessing. The infection can cause fatique and the infection can and will spread to your sinus. If you start losing weight its getting real serious, have your husband look under your arms for swollen lymph nodes. If you start getting red lines starting at your armpit and moving down your arm its really time to do something. Back in the old days an abcess tooth could be deadly. I'm not trying to frighten you but a bad tooth can go under detected and mask itself as something else. If it is indeed an abcess, removal of the tooth or a root canal followed by antibiotics should clear it all up quickly. Secondly you are good looking.

Good Morning Ms Rotted: I am sorry you cried, I promise that wasn't my intention. I just wanted to introduce you to my Angel. She turned this bad Boy into a good man. Speaking of crying I did for an entire year after she passed. I went to a very dark place, one of overwhelming despair, anger, debilitating sadness, I was complettely disabled emotionally. If it weren't for promises I made to her, the love of our Son, the help and love of Her family, My family and friends I may have just given up. Our Love for each other was a true Love story of the first order. My love for Her remains as strong as it ever was. Although it has changed to one of admoration, respect and gratefulness. I am most grateful for her helping and pointing the way to me becoming a good man, loving father, and happy. She told me time and time again being happy is a choice, after she passed it was the hardest choice I had to make each and every day for 4 years. I know this probably sounds weird but my Alayna Kate started coming to me in my dreams, I was having a terrible time just functioning let alone taking care of my Son. She would soothe me while I slept, fill my heart with love and planted suggestions in my head on what to do. As soon as the nightly visits started life in general got a lot better. With the aid of her Sisters Alayna wrote me a letter before she passed. Alayna ask them to give this letter to me one year after she left this world. I won't discuss all of its contents, its to personal. The majority of it is about Love, the Love we shared. The rest was a list of things she ask me to do for her...to always love and take care of our Son which I have, to the absolute best of my ability. The list was quite extensitive lol (I was always a handful). I have completed each and every one even the one of remarrying. Unforntunately I did it for the wrong reason...I thought my son needed a Mother, I loved her but not as much as I should. She eventually left (5years later) stating her reason being I loved a ghost more than her. We are friends and my Son sees her all the time. Alayna ask that I love again which I have and to remarry for love which i haven't but I will when we find each other. This woman has to understand that I shall always love Alayna Kate. Actually its rather crowded in my heart, each and every woman I have ever loved, that Love for them still remains in my heart, yes we've moved on, things have changed, we have found others but the Love remains...and frankly I wouldn't have it any other way. And on to a light note...in your latest entry you stated you'd like input on a specific question you posed...I believe it concerned the lovely Dark Flower....Before I answer, was this invitation extended to males as well as Female readers? Wouldn't want to go there uninvited :-) Since in this act of pleasure does indeed required a Man I thought possibly a man's point of view might be found interesting. If not I understand completely. Since it is raining again I guess I should go an inspect my house to see if it intents on washing into the Ocean floating to Hawaii.

i sort of have a similar issue that you had, my wife found out about my diary and my interest in other's diary's, and how I email/chat with others now and then, and didn't like it, so I sort of refrain from writing... not worth the fights it causes, and I see her point - it is sort of "emotional cheating" at times. Oh, and mice have small hearts, they die easy.... don't feel bad, survival of the fittest. He was not fittest in this case.
