It’s been so long! Are you still here, or have you moved on elsewhere? I hope that this finds you well old friend!!!!
from raven72d :
I'm glad to find you're still writing here. Any chance I can get a p/w to read along with you?
from starkitten01 :
Looking forward to catching up! I am e-mailing you my current add. Since "inbox" doesn't keep your account if you don't sign in as often as they want you to. : x *Hugs!*
from kalel592002 :
I don't know if you get messages here anymore, but wanted to make doubly sure you got birthday wishes!

Hi! I noticed you have passworded your journal. If you are sharing the password, I'd love to keep reading, but if not, I understand.
from kalel592002 :
Happy upcoming birthday. Hope you get something special this year!
from starkitten01 :
I was really glad to get your note, and thank you so much for your kind birthday wishes. I would love to catch up soon, very much so. Please feel free to e-mail me anytime. Hoping that all is well with you <3
from sunnysue :
Hello Kim! I was just taking some time from my day to try to catch up a bit on DL. I'm sorry you've had such a difficult time at the school, especially with someone you considered a friend. You're such an intelligent, strong woman, and I would be willing to bet that those who oppose you in any way are simply jealous. They want to be the type of person you are. If they are fool enough to alienate someone as amazing as you are, they don't deserve to be in your company. Period. Keep doing what it is you do that makes you so wonderful! *hugs*
from cheshireluci :
and thank you :D
from cheshireluci :
Hi hi! Long time no see, eh? :D /supercheesy grin and big hugs

I keep trying to leave comments for you, but it keeps telling me I'm a SPAMMER! I'm thinking of you (and Sinbad, too) and hoping all is going well. Peace, Love, and Happiness ~BoXx
from dana-elayne :
Poor Steve...I almost feel sorry for him. Almost...if he wasn't creating this WHOLE problem for himself.
from wench77 :
Thanks, that was very nice of you to say. I guess sometimes I just feel like all that doesn't matter, kind of like a great car whose brakes give a horrid squealing sound half the time you use them. Ya know, you'd be likely to leave it in the garage, and take the bus, even if it does get great milage, always starts in the winter and has a reliable trusty motor. It makes it feel like the bad parts are really bad to outweigh what are noticably good parts. Sigh. But thanks, I really have great buddies on diaryland even after all this time: you are so encouraging and supportive. Thanks for taking the time.
from starkitten01 :
Thank you :o) It was great to hear from you! I'm looking forward to being able to catch up with you! <3
from fairygodmum :
I just got both of my puppies fixed... I told them they were going to get Tutored! Get it? Tutored NOT Spayed.. hehehe Had to keep them low key too. The puppy healed pretty fast but Miss Nikky took a few weeks. She's still kinda on the mend. Hope Sinbad gets well soon! He'll be up and yapping around your feet in no time. Hugz n Lub, Bebe da FairyGodMum

Thanks Kim for your kind note. Dad is still in the hospital today, but I will go tomorrow. I said to my Mom the other night that I think in many ways, the WORST thing for him was retirement - he lost a lot of his focus.
from fairygodmum :
Your dog trail sounds so much nicer than the one here in Golden Gate Park. It's kind of a dirt patch where dog walkers go. But my dog loves running with the puppies. Hugz n Lub, Bebe da FairyGodMum

Hey!!! Thanks so much for your note - I had a feeling my guestbook was playing up... you seem to be having problems with yours too? I can't even get into the members area of signmyguestbook.com... Anyways. Your photos look great too! I have been a bit slack with writing lately, so photos are an ideal way to update without having to do into to much detail. You know what they say about a picture and a 1000 words... or something... hehe. Take care!
from amberjaide2 :
Thanks for the welcome. There are so many journals I want to catch up on, and unfortunatley, some that I have lost forever... I saw Rent when it first came out, and it was good...a bit sad though

from fairygodmum :
Those ancient spots sometimes have some lurking spirits that cause a sort of effected illness. I have gotten sick from being in those lurking spiritual influences type of situation. Put a beautiful flower bouquet outside of your door with a cup of fresh water. Leave it overnight, then throw the water and flowers into the ocean or running river, but not in a pond or back inside your house. I'll do some prayers for you and hope your feeling better soon! Be sure to write a letter to the manager of the hotel. I find that always seems to work. Also if you let them know you are sending that same letter to the city's chamber of commerce if that have that, or to the mayors office. That was a rip off! And they need to make their policies clear. Hugz n Lub, Bebe da FairyGodMum

Oh no! I hope your pain is subsiding - I got the mumps when I was in college (made me really popular with the males...NOT!) I had to take aspirin and tylenol, and warm compresses seemed to help a bit. Drink lots of fluids and get rest!

I don't know what I hate more. The boxes piled high, or the crap spread all over the house. More and more of my stuff is making it into the basement for the Spring 2006 garage sale.
from yarnsmith :
Your new digs sound like a dream come true. A beautiful place, a wonderful job and terrific people...what more could you ask for...well worth what you endured this summer and to think the city welcomed you with your own fireworks display. I love praying mantises....and we also have bitch cicadas. Good luck...I feel like we are in a sister hood of boxes and unpacking.

Ohhh I am sooo happy that you are in such a beautiful location! What a blessing it is for you to be welcomed by such hospitality. Can't wait to see the pictures! Hugz Bebe, da FairyGodMum

from wench77 :
hey! thanks for the comment! One thing in common with those two adoptions I mentioned, and the one you mention? African American kids. There is a whole entry about skin colour on those gay fathers' blog... apparently there are people who want to return the kids after 6 months when the kid is darker than he was as a baby. sheesh. The ignorance and racism is astounding!!!!! (but should I be happy cuz it increases my chance of getting a cutie patootie kiddo???)
from race-diva :
Hey sweetie! I'm SO SORRY I haven't had a moment to e-mail, but I promise to soon! And I cannot wait to catch up w/ you, hun! *HUGS!* xoxo StarKitten

Moving is scary... And is txt msg difficult in Japan? Is it all katakana?
from kalel592002 :
I went through my "Moving Hell" TWICE this year, as you may recall. Nearly at the END of "Unpacking Hell". Which Conan? "Future Boy Conan" [early Miyazaki] or "Detective Conan"? Or is there another one?
from yarnsmith :
It is nice to know that someone else on dland is going through "moving hell". Not that I am glad you are going throug hell with all your back and forth from Osaka to bugland but it is nice to comiserate with someone. Good luck with your move also.
from kalel592002 :
Glad to hear your family [ dad and Granddad ] are doing well, considering. Do you know of an animal, similar to a raccoon, that is native to Japan? One of the Miyazaki Animes I have is based on one.

It is very emotionally hard but soososososososo gratifying, makes you realize why we are here! Good Luck.

There are so many applicants for any given job that if they don't call you, it doesn't mean you messed up anywhere. I guess if they have a few qualified applicants for the job they have to make a choice somehow. Who knows why some people are chosen and others not. Still....keep the faith. Adopt a "if I get it I get it attitude"....it helps with the waiting game, then just keep on tryin.

Cinderella is my favorite musical and the songs from it my very favorite show tunes. I was thinking about you and your job seeking venture as I wrote the posting...Again..Good Luck!

Good Luck to you on your interview. You have put a lot of thought into this and then took the risk. I am convinced that when we take a risk backed up by thought that the change that results will be positive. GOOD LUCK..I will be waiting to hear how it goes.

I wish you luck, but in some ways, I think you have made decisions, you are just experiencing a slight fear of the changes. Look at your diary as a reader Kim - you are already trying to figure out how to make it work, which seems to this reader that you WANT the change. Either way, those who love you will support you.
from boxx9000 :
THANKS for the second post card from Guam. I LOVE it. Thanks so much. It will be a great addition to my collection. ♥ BoXx
from pattypat :
So glad you and your parents are enjoying this time together! I hope things (professionally) are working out the way you want them to. Whoever your students are, they will be lucky!
from kalel592002 :
Kim - if it feels like the right time to make a move, it probably is. If we stay still too long, we stagnate. It is likely the uncertainty holding you back - but know that we will support you in whatever you decide. Keep having fun with your folks, okay?
from boxx9000 :
THANKS for the postcard. It arrived yesterday. My Ex used to live in Guam (1955). His Dad was in the military. I have the card posted at my diary right now. Please say *hi* to Mom and Dad for me. ~love, BoXx
from kalel592002 :
Have a lovely visit with your parents hon and cherish every moment you get to spend with them. Talk with you soon.
from sunnysue :
A new haircut sounds wonderful! (mine needs a serious coiffure intervention!) And i know you will have a wonderful time with your parents. Enjoy every moment you can with them for once they're gone, those moments can only happen in your heart and memory. Just remember - they are under YOUR roof now. ;)
from raven72d :
Good luck on finding ways to stay in Japan!
from boxx9000 :
Do your parents speak Japanese?
from sunnysue :
i haven't a clue as to why i have such difficulty leaving you a comment in your diary! i shall stick with notes from now on. LOL Your grandfather sounds like a truly amazing person. You are so very lucky to have him in your life for so long. Always cherish your family for, sadly, one day they will be gone. And i am so happy that you were able to meet up with your love. Such a fascinating life you lead! *hugs*
from boxx9000 :
Thank you, thank you, thank you for the beautiful card from Japan. That was so sweet of you. I have a picture of it posted in my diary. Thanks again. ~boXx
from yarnsmith :
Just wanted to tell you that I had a kind of Japanese Ice cream today called Moshi. It was a little green ball of green tea flavored ice cream with some kind of green rice floured dough wrapped around it. It was good, but odd tasting.
from yarnsmith :
Good luck with the job inquiry. I was such a nervous wreck when I decided I was through being a puppet. Good for you....It neve hurts to keep yourself sharp and ready for the next opportunity. I hope for the best for you.
from yarnsmith :
Welcome home...I look forward to your pictures. I don't travel much and I don't know anyone else in Japan or who has gone to Guam, so I am living vicariously through you. LOL!!

Hello, Thanks for wishing me Happy New Year, hope you had a great one.did you make a New Years!! resolution, hope I can keep mine.lol sincerely your friend always Elise
from starkitten01 :
I'm still so sad from the news of that Tsunami, as well...Celebrating new year seems trivial after devistating events such as that one...In any case, I hope you had a happy new year, and I was thinking of ya.
from raven72d :
Thanks for the note... And I hope you can enjoy a white New Years there in a snowy Japan...
from cinnamon1j :
That disaster was horrific to say the least. I enjoyed looking through rice bowl journies. Too bad I am not asian, I could join.
from raven72d :
I share your thoughts about the devastation in the tsunami aftermath... And-- here at year's end... I'm doing my own osoji rituals... I hope the Year Five goes well for you and is filled with successes and happiness.
from im2qt2kr :
Right back at ya Sweetie!
from sunnysue :
i do hope you're feeling better soon. It's horrible being sick during the holidays. i will keep you in my prayers and i'll be sending you positive, healing energy. Please take care of yourself! *hugs*

Merry Christmas!!! Ho Ho Ho!!!
from cinamonjaide :
Hi Since you are on my buddy list, I figured I would give you the link to my message board community. It's a laid back place with a few online friends. You are welcomed to join if you want. If not, that's fine, but I wanted to extend the invitation and let you know you would be welcomed. Here is the addy: http://groups.msn.com/ShovemeintheshallowwaterbeforeIgettoodeep
from shyshy70 :
It was really great hearing from you. hope you have a Merry Christmas&Happy New Year! friends forever Elise
from raven72d :
Is it Christmas weather in the Kanto, or does it only snow in the Ura Nihon? I hope your Christmas is a delight...
from yarnsmith :
I agree with you about the present in return for a present. I give a present because I find something special for someone and then to get a token gift in return later makes me feel like it is an Even Steven thing. Then forever after you feel you have to exchange gifts. With a gift it IS the thought that counts and not the even monitary exchange of something. Sort of takes the glow off of the gift.
from fairygodmum :
Happy Holidayzzz Sasori-gal... The show is going really well! We had our first show tonight and my Dad showed up! He really enjoyed the piece I did... but had trouble understanding other peoples pieces... Mostly abstract psychological induced as in displaying ones intricate life of chaos onstage.... I didn't understand most of them either.. LOL Hugz n Have Fun in GUAM! Bebe da FairyGodMum
from cinamonjaide :
Thanks for the note. You are so sweet.
from raven72d :
Poor iguana! Still... I hope your Christmas in Cipangu goes well...
from yarnsmith :
Poor Iggy. I had a snake 'stripey" that died the same way..my day put his glass container in the window so he could get sunlight. He didn't know that the glass would act as a magnifier and cook Stripey...he looked over at him and saw him jumping around in the container gasping and thought he was playing. Later that evening, I went to hold him and he was as stiff as a stick...I should have renamed him "stickey". That story of that boy sadist is scary...I don't think people can really be cured of such a thing...hope he doesn't hurt anyone else....and hope he doesn't end up in one of your classes. Got a kick out of the thought of the Governator naked.

Having been in a profession where my voice was my living, I've picked up a few tricks. If you are congested at all, citrus. If not, warm drinks and AVOID spicy foods for a few days. Also, don't let your throat get dry at ANY point Kim - keep drinking as much as you can. Get better soon.
from cinamonjaide :
Those Japanese kids are so much better bahaved than an American class. Here, they would have taken advantage of any weakness the teacher had and played on it. Did you see lost in translation? I liked that movie. I am curious as to life in Japan. Everything is so crowded, yet there is a sense of peace, no? How do you feel there?
from yarnsmith :
Aren't you glad you have the sense to choose between your heart and your health..You have probably made it possible to have many more meetings with Mr. Yak in the future by taking care of you..which is also taking care of him. Continue to put yourself first...it will always pay off. Also the image of an Iraqi man speaking Swedish sort of made me smile.
from cinamonjaide :
I have a new diary now. Please check it out and add me to your list. Jaide
from yarnsmith :
Hope you feel better soon.
from whitetigress :
Thank you very much! I'll definitely come to you when I have questions. :)
from yarnsmith :
Here's to completely selfish weekends after a long hard week.
from sunnysue :
Hello there! i'm not sure i agree with you 100% on the "celebrity look-alike" topic, but i have to admit that when people are asked to describe someone, they normally try to compare the person to a particular celebrity. Personally, i tend to be attracted more to unique looking men - long hair is my major weakness...warm, brilliant eyes...beautiful, sensual smile...*sigh* Master is the only man that i shall ever want or need and i don't think He looks anything like a celebrity, but i have had several women tell me after meeting Him that they think Master resembles Nicolas Cage. While he is one of my favorite actors, it matters not to me what Master looks like. i love Him for who He is. A beautiful heart and soul in an incredibly sexy body! He has an older brother who is quite gorgeous as well - very muscular (extremely buff!), tanned, blonde hair, blue eyes...he is the type of man one would find on the cover of GQ or some other "high-class" periodical. i have had the pleasure of meeting him during a family holiday gathering. Very nice, very handsome, very not Master! Not at all my type! ;)
from wench77 :
oooh! yay a pizza! mmmmm! :) I got my sandwich made! Now I'm watering the plants. Yikes... i feel like a mother and I'm not even one. A mother's day never ends you know! thanks for the pizza! :)
from purr67 :
Hello there! Thanks for leaving me a note. I promise to catch up soon! I missed reading you.
from fairygodmum :
Happy Belated Birthday.. Sasori!!! Hope you have many many MORE! Hugz, Bebe, da FairyGodMum
from yarnsmith :
I suppose there is no Thanksgiving celebration in Japan...I will think of you while I eat my Turkey and stuffing. Glad you had a nice trip. I always enjoy your pictures of your excursions in Japan.
from sunnysue :
It's so wonderful to read all about your adventures in Japan. i have heard that it is a very beautiful place and that the people are truly the very nicest people you could ever meet. And i'm so very glad you've had some time to spend with your special man! All encompassing, unconditional love like that is so hard to find in a world as cynical as this. *hugs*
from raven72d :
Wuff! Thanks much! I do appreciate the thought...and I'd love to have a drink with you at a favorite nomiya...
from yarnsmith :
Visiting someone on the Mommy Track is always tough. It is amazing how some parents interact with their children and there is nothing you can say or do to change it...then you run the risk of ruining a freindship. I knew a couple who had 2 kids with Cystic Fibrosis and they filled their baby bottles up with coke and let them suck on bottles of coke all day long from 1 year old up. On top of that the kids still were drinking out of bottles past 3 years old. It is hard to be around friends with bad parenting skills..but what can you do. So glad you are getting to see plenty of Mr. Yak. Have fun.
from emeraldjaide :
Hi this is Jaide and I wanted you to know I have a new journal. I havent been around for a while, but I will be writing again
from raven72d :
Happy Birthday-- from someone else of A Certain Age... And I just added you to my favorites.

from ruachadonai :
Thanks for the note. I read your cast page today and I see that you know what I am talking about regarding my ex.
from boxx9000 :
*I read my kids at school The Great Pumpkin*, they loved it! (a favorite of mine as a kid) It was a book that has buttons to push that makes sounds. Charles Schulz used to live in our town. There is a big Ice Skating rink here in his name.
from boxx9000 :
I always feel guilty when i *just relax* but it is so necessary for well being. How did you end up teaching in Japan? Did you learn to speak Japanese as a child or an adult?
from prosperpine :
Thanks :) It's such a lovely city...
from whitetigress :
Thank you for the luck! I found out today that I did do well on my midterm. Yosshi!
from ruachadonai :
Thanks Kim, I am feeling much better today!
from fairygodmum :
Good Luck with the Chorus Line Show.. I can't wait to see the pictures of the children in their hats! My prayers are with you and those in Japan who wittnessed and experienced those catastrophic events. Please Turn OFF your TV! Hugz, Bebe da FairyGodMum
from raven72d :
Far too many typhoons and earthquakes! I hope you're okay... and that the brave little Psyduck mononufu at Fort Kanji on the Aomori shore are okay, too.
from boxx9000 :
Thanks for your sweet note. I've been meaning to tell you, that I have to participate in an online discussion regarding teaching with another teacher as part of my BTSA program. I thought of you right away. Can we talk kindergarten activities sometime? It would help me get my CLEAR credential. MUCH THANKS.
from yarnsmith :
Thanks Kim. I appreciate the support and the kind words and the hug. I need to start cultivating a feeling of "I'm worth it" instead of feeling like maybe I'm not and just made a huge mistake. After all...no body who has anything in this life got it from doing nothing...well..some people maybe, but most of us have to go out and fight for ourselves...I am not used to fighting for myself..I am used to being a punching bag...NO MORE!!!..thanks again..Paula
from acaldwell :
solar eclipse! wow! i havent seen one of those in a long time! no mention of it here, though. i am glad you told the how you felt about the contests and i agree with you about building confidence.

Awwwww I want a tamagotchi!!! Never heard of a lunch whore...maybe that's good, it will encourage you to continue eating healthy and not get boring.

Thanks, It is good to know that I am not the only person who has such social anxiety. How I envy the person who is always at home among others.

I got your e-mail!:) I'm going to respond tonight, I started it today, will finish it when I come back on :)
from starkitten01 :
Hey girl! I recently changed the settings on my e-mail, b/c of spam..You're (of course!) on my ALLOW list, but sometimes the settings don't work right, so if you e-mail me and don't hear back within a day or two, definitely let me know on my TagBoard so I can see what's up! :)
from pattypat :
Such nice adventures I have reading your entries! thanks for the good wishes on spouse - we still haven't heard, but that's probably a good sign!
from yarnsmith :
Our Tamagotchi didn't last the week...we are poor cyber parents. Funny, I sort of felt bad for the little thing. We tired of it after a week and gave it to the little girl next door.
from fairygodmum :
I LOVE Chorus Line!!! I'm sure you will all have a good time with that one! Thanks for the offer of the toothless guy, but I'm going to have to PASS. Thank YOU Vewwy MUCH! BTW LOVE the Kyoto Pictures! Hugz, Bebe da FGM

Hello Kim, yes I ccidently locked my diary.I am doing fairly well as could be expected. it was nice hearing from you .from your friend always Elise
from sunnysue :
Your pictures are so beautiful! Thank you for sharing them with all of us. i especially loved the pagoda. You were very correct - it is breathtaking!
from niceguymike :
*laughing* Well, between you and me (and anyone who reads this note), they wanted to do it Monday, but that's when the office is taking me out to lunch and having cake! I wasn't going to miss out on that one.
from kalel592002 :
Kim - when you allow someone new access to a locked diary, you have to re-send the entire file. I even got one, but it gave me MY password, you got your password, Emily got hers, etc. Sorry about the confusion - she doesn't have your password!
from kalel592002 :
Kim hun, that is also one of the PLUS points of being a girl - you have so many different looks to chose from. BTW, I do NOT wear the same clothes everyday, suit or not.
from raven72d :
The photos from Sapporo were wonderful.
from yarnsmith :
I used to have two large turtles in a tank. The male would prop himself up on the female and they would just sit in this positiong for hours..then he'd climb down. I never heard a noise and never was able to see exactly where the penis was or how it plugged into her. I saw some larger turtles at the zoo doing it once and again, no noise, but he propped himself up on her and she walked the long long length of the pen while he rode on her and then climbed off. Maybe the noise on these smaller turtles wasn't loud enough to hear. I wonder if the noise came from the penis? Interesting.
from raven72d :
Hokkaido is my Kingdom of the Grail, the semi-mythical place I must visit. I do enjoy your accounts of life in Cipangu... My friend the Small Pika is studying in the Kanto this year, and I do envy her.
from raven72d :
I'm glad that the earthquakes and typhoons and volcanos haven't got you... I'm waiting here this weekend to see if Hurricane Ivan turns into the Gulf of Mexico and moves toward land near here... Do keep writing-- I enjoy having you there to read.
from fairygodmum :
I just love the food in Japan.. it's so healthy compared to here. I just ate a Burrito from the Mission District today. It will take me all week to exercise off. Thank you for sharing the pictures flowers, friends and finally a picture of yourself.. So glad to hear your Flushing Again.. hehehe.. Hugz, Bebe da FairyGodMum
from oxfordavid :
Thanks Kim. Glad to read things are fine, except for all the storms and earthquakes. They're having a rough time in the Carribean and on the US East coast too. I love all your photos, they're an inspiration for plan C or D (unlikely to be both, but don't worry, you'll be one of the first to know!).
from fairygodmum :
PR Agent YEAHHHH!!! Let's do a tour in Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia! That's the Plan.. OTAY-O! It's going to take at least 1-2 years to produce and get the final script in order and obtain the proper cast... But let's talk when that time comes... BTW... hopefully sometime I'll be in Taichikawa, Kansai, Osaka or Nori sometime in the near future... we can talk shop then.. hehehehe.. Hugz, Bebe da FGM
from fairygodmum :
I too have an earthquake kit in my closet. Just in case I have to leave the building it contains everything from dog food to a change of clothes, Toilet Paper, games, reading materials and of course a first aid kit. Although we haven't had a big one since 1989, it's always a good thing to have extra bottles of water hidden somewhere in the closet with flashlights, candles and batteries... Please Stay SAFE and Good Luck with Your First Day of School! Hugz, Bebe da FairyGodMum
from kokiden :
Oh squeeee (swoons and blushes at the thought of handsome young men). You are so lucky. I really want to visit otaru now and see the canal. Must admit, I'm am also a music box fan, expecially the ones which you wind up and have a lock and key. Shame that the ones you get now are just plastic, or at least the ones I can afford.
from kokiden :
Earthquakes...how scary. What number on the richter scale is the one to worry about?
from yarnsmith :
Will you be going to see the Ainu people while you are there? I am fascinated by the things I have read about them.
from yarnsmith :
Maybe if you use an umbrella, you will get picked up by a gale and fly across to your new hotel like Mary Poppins. Wouldn't that be fun?
from yarnsmith :
Have a ball on your trip and don't work to hard. I'm sure Mr. Yak will be waiting for you to get back.
from raven72d :
Enjoy Hokkaido!
from fairygodmum :
Congrats to Mika and Tim's New Baby BOY!!! Soooo... Did you WIN the Baby Lottery? Also... Is it possible to freeze the rasin butter cookies? I always pile up on the Girl Scout Cookies here.. although they seem to be getting smaller and smaller each year. Hugz, Bebe da FairyGodMum
from yarnsmith :
I think that it is so nice that the hospitals keep the new mothers a week and that she spends a month with her Mother to get adjusted. When I had Michelle, 24 years ago..I got to stay for 3 days...Now I think you just have the baby...take a 2 hour nap and go right home. Having a baby is like major surgery and then you have to take what they took out of you home and keep it alive...with no advice and no experience. Seems like Japan has more respect for a new Mother than American does.
from chaosdaily :
wellllll i did have a big hunk of chocolate cake in the bowl with my ice cream.....

Is th Japanese school system *year round*? When do you get your vacations?
from raven72d :
"Blind Date" is often painfully funny... Now-- my own rooms are piled with books and videos and papers. I copy things, save articles, make duplicates... I'll never have the minimalist style I crave!
from raven72d :
Thanks! And how have you been? I have missed hearing fom you!
from kalel592002 :
"Studs" was indeed another dating show (I have one on tape as all the contestants were Penthouse Pets on that episode). It tended more towards the Sexual Side of Dating. There is also "Blind Date" now.
from fairygodmum :
I'm not Japanese, but I practice a Japanese Buddhist Teaching. Doesn't matter who you are or where you come from. The teaching is the same for all... and in the meantime.. can be any Religion that I want.. as we embrace all Regardless of Race, Religion or Belief. Hugz, da FairyGodMum :)))
from kokiden :
Thank you (squees). I'm just so vain (not that it is aything to be particulary proud of). Sigh, you're so lucky to get to wear hapi coats (and kinomos. Currently I have three (two gifts, one I made) but will possibly be put in a nice little white jacket if a wore it. Or at least laughed at. I'll get to wear it to balls at uni though he he). It is my major complaint that England has no traditional dress. If your lucky you'll get to wear a wedding dress or some sort of religious clothing (my Dad's a trained vicar and has the robes, dog collar e.t.c. Apparently trying them on is sacriligious.) Is Buddism a major religion? The only things that I have really heard about Japanese religion are that the Japanese are not particulary religious but have many rituals as part of their culture and that the Japanese are Taoist at Birth, Chrstian in marriage and Buddist in death. Do you believe in reincarnation? Anyway, I did not know about numbers 4 and 9 being unlucky(though I always wondered why there were two seperate pronounciations in general counting)

I am not into the olympics this year
from after1990 :
I viewed some of your pics. You are very attractive. I have to read more of your journal. What nationality are you? Are you Japanese American? You look half european.
from niceguymike :
Thanks, and everything will work out one way or another, whether I like the outcome or not! I just keep reminding myself that my parents' health is something I don't have any control over -- and it's time for me to move to the next step professionally, whether it is with my current company or not.
from after1990 :
Are you Asian? What do you look like? Just curious. I wanted to go to Japan after graduation in 1990, but never did.

Agree - to a point Remember, it is also members like myself who recruit new members (like Nancy) to the site. I am not the only one who has been experiencing problems either - a few members have told me they can't get on AT ALL. The opening page comes up blank in my case. Today, all is well - so far.
from kokiden :
Hello, I'm Prosperine's friend. I really hope that you don't mind me sending this note. I'm the one who wants to move to Japan (plus I made the infamous kimono hee hee). I've been reading through your diary and you have so much fun. I'm quite jealous, plus I want more than anything to be in Japan. My Grandma is not happy with the fact that I want to move to Japan and marry someone Japanese too (eventually, must find a willing groom first. If you know anyone...please send by post). She's hoping that I'll visit, get it out ouf my system, come back to England, work as a secrataruy and marry someone VERY British. In fact, she's not even happy that I am going to Edinburgh to study Japanese this September even though it is only a four hour car drive away. It's so hard having interests out of your families comfort zone.
from after1990 :
Thanks for your notes. I will catch up on your journal when I have the time

yup. if i take the screen out of my bedroom window, i can lean out and pick them. and they are yummy!!
from wench77 :
oh thanks re the flamenco photos.. I did think at least they gave a vague idea even if they are the pits! btw sorry, havent been by your place in a couple days... hopefully tomorrow!
from wench77 :
the bush grows well cuz the yard is cute??!! LOL!
from tokubetsu :
Hi! Thank you for the compliment but your journal is so much nicer! I still have some catching up to do on your entries as well. I look forward to reading more entries and looking at more pictures!
from sexy-gymnast :
Hello. I appreciate the nice note and it makes me feel a lot better about myself. I really appreciate the advice and its nice to have someone to ask questions, someone who i don't have to be embarrassed to ask questions. Thanks again:)

from sexy-gymnast :
Hello Sasori! Its me again:) I had a couple questions; i hope you don't mind me asking. But when was your first kiss? And what was this sexual experience you experienced with your first boyfriend? Some of these things just make me reassured that i am not weird. hehe thanks very much:)
from im2qt2kr :
Oh thank you Ms. Sasori. I truly value your friendship. I'm so glad we met. I've been blessed.
from boxx9000 :
7-4-04 Happy 4th of July!
from coralsandzz :
yeah me visiting you would be a cold day in hell. No money for starters and I could never leave my son, but thanks anyways. LOL
from chaosdaily :
the sun is out now that you're back!!!
from sexy-gymnast :
Hi, im only 15 but i was browsing through your surveys and such, and i saw that your first boyfriend was when you were 19. It seems like nowadays all the girls my age have intimate reltionships and i honestly don't see the point when we are this young. But you seem like a really neat person, i realized that just because you don't have boyfriends at this age, doesnt mean you never will. I'm glad i stumbled across this. It might seem alittle confusing but it opened my eyes and was some reasurrance towards myself. Thanks
from yarnsmith :
I like disaster movies too, but the ones that make me cry so bad I get a head ache are movies where there is some little animal who gets lost from its loving owner or parents and gets in a situation with bad people and has to find its way home. I can't even begin to watch a movie like that because I cry through the whole thing. I would never be able to watch that Finding Nemo movie.
from coralsandzz :
Thanks for your kind words.
from coralsandzz :
How old is Mr Yak?
from yarnsmith :
I guess farts are just universally funny! LOL!
from yarnsmith :
Glad to hear your blood pressure checked out OK in the end.
from yarnsmith :
Get some sleep girl.
from boxx9000 :
It's in the blood? I'm A positive and so are both my kids. My EX is O positive.
from boxx9000 :
That link came form sunnflower but I see today that she didn't really send it. I don't know what is really going on?
from starkitten01 :
Thank you, Kim! I will e-mail you with the scoop shortly, and definitely have an update for you in about a week or so! :) Hope you're well :)
from boxx9000 :
I love reading about your *demos*. You work with so many different grade levels! Is your job teaching other teachers? You are not in one classroom? It sounds fun. I like to do *themes* it keeps ME entertained. Your pictures are very cute. A CELL PHONE PIC?! My Dad was born in Hawaii (3rd generation) I love your watermelon nails. Too, too, cute. Hamburger socks!
from soul14 :
thank you. you have no idea how wonderful and sweet you are. oh and your nails are so funky!
from raynn :
Your post today was wonderful. I too believe we need to be responsible individuals. It's hard I know and sometimes scary. But it is so much more rewarding than living your life as a sponge that people grow tired of wanting to be around. All my words fell onto deaf ears. When a woman speaks up, they are a bitch, when a man does, he is made CEO.
from pattypat :
Thank you! As always, you are so thoughtful. I am thinking of you too, and your health check. I am imaging you in your outfit of many colors! Pattypat
from sunnysue :
Thank you for the lovely note. It's nice to find others in this world who are not afraid of expressing themselves or being true to their beliefs. It's very nice to meet you. :)
from im2qt2kr :
One of my friends had to share a bunkbed with her brother too. The problem, she slept on the bottom bunk, her brother on top, and he.....was a BED WETTER!! Double Yuck! ha.
from yarnsmith :
The moment and what satisfies you now are all that matters...the future always takes care of itself.
from yarnsmith :
The moon was indeed beautiful. There you are in Japan and here I am in Chicago and my little sister is in Sydney and yet we all look upon the same moon. Makes the world seem a bit smaller. Have a nice night.
from yarnsmith :
I am having trouble with diaryland tonight too. My entry is appearing kind of screwed up and missing words. What a tragedy you wrote about today, I thought that kind of stuff only happened in America. Extra sad when it is children. You are an awsome teacher. The kids are lucky to have a creative, fun teacher like you.
from pattypat :
WAY TO GO! Sounds like everything went fabulously-well, thanks to your creativity and hard work! Wish Andy had teachers like you!
from boxx9000 :
I think I'm in love with you. You are my new hero. I love all the creative things you are doing with your teaching for the kids. That's the part I really enjoy about teaching. The Birds? That movie was filmed (Bodega Bay) real close to where I live. I wish I was a crow rather than a grumpy badger. Thanks for all your nice notes.
from yarnsmith :
Hi there. Thanks for reading my diary and leaving such a nice note. I just finished reading all about you and you sound like a wonderful creative soul. I look forward to reading more of your entries.
from kalel592002 :
No, not allergic (well, very mildly) but they have always scared the hell out of me.
from pattypat :
Thanks for the congrats! I start in two weeks. Glad you are taking care of yourself. Good for you! Patty
from boxx9000 :
Scorpio right? (Oct 24 - Nov 21) Expect a special birthday crown coming your way. Thanks for your nice notes. You always make me smile. I think there IS a special bond between teachers.
from kalel592002 :
Hi Kim - isn't that weird, I just left a note for Sunnysue, telling her that one of my phobias is bees - then I read your diary. LOL Psychic across the water? Anyway, a bit on that in today's entry.
from boxx9000 :
thanks so much for your kind note.
from boxx9000 :
Hi, I found you thru Chaosdaily. I like your quiz page. I'll be back if you don't mind?
from pattypat :
Thanks for your note! Glad you enjoyed Andy's comments - he always makes me smile. Can't wait to hear about your "zoo" outfit! Sounds FABULOUS - Patty
from soul14 :
thanks for your note. i locked it for the time being cos i think that there were some people who i didnt want reading it. hope you're fine. i'm jealous of the rain over there. its so hot here i could die. i think the temperature's like 34-35 degree celcius. anyway, the username=heart, password=breaking if you would like to know
from oral-report :
Thank you so much for your birthday wishes! They were so kind and made my day! ;)
from shyshy70 :
You proberly dont remember me we wrote each other on diaryland.just want to thank you for caring and I would like us to talk more.I need all the friends I can get right now.well guess I will close for now.sincerely Elise
from pattypat :
I'm sure you have a ready network of state-side Survivor viewers, but feel free to email if you want the latest "post-show" scoop tonight - Pattypat
from kalel592002 :
Trivial point K, but just to let you know - here in Canada & the US, the dogs are over - and for some reason, they aren't coming out with 10 & 11 in the series here, dunno about over there.
from athena32 :
Oh My! I have 5 kids and my libido is out the roof! I am never to tired or if I am that is when he does all of the work!! heheheahha! So the kid thing is not always true! But you could tell the guys if they would help around the house a little to lighten their load of chores maybe they would have more energy to make love to them! mmmmm lets see what doing the dishes could get ya!??!?!?! ;)
from niceguymike :
See, the reason you are shocked that the guys are complaining is that they are talking in code. What they really want are more blow-jobs. I would imagine that, after working with toddlers all day, their wives are not in the least interested in appeasing yet another one!
from pattypat :
You are so nice to think of me! Interview went very well, I go back for a second next week, and spouse is just biding his time until his next "procedure." Thanks for being so thoughtful - Pattypat
from athena32 :
hey I am so upset we dont have breakfast happy meals!!!!! I am jealous!! heehhehaha! I got THE DOG I wanted too a black lab. my daughter is really into trying new vegies and fruits with me so we just tried a apple-pear the other day, we love em'. I wish our culture was as education and child oriented as yours...we had a preschool program that did the home visits and I as a parent loved it, I learn so much from you lovely teachers!!!! Thank to all of you wonderful teachers!
from kalel592002 :
Boy Kim, you sure love food! LOL You'd love Canada, we have such ethnic diversity. Even in this rat-hole you can get almost any kind you want - authentic. Except for French, which I like a lot. BTW, I have often gone that extra mile for the company when they are in a jam - and it has NEVER been appreciated in the long run, so don't feel at all guilty.
from pattypat :
Thank you so much for your very kind note. Chaos has been my cheerleader for the last few months and I'm grateful to you both! Patty
from im2qt2kr :
P.S. Where's the confetti and balloons????? That was your 500th entry today???
from im2qt2kr :
Thanks sweetie! Be sure and check out that site I listed. I think you especially would like it as you can send silly kisses to all those friends you keep in touch with. Hug!
from niceguymike :
Yep, we called it Ignorance-is-Fort-Bliss.
from poolagirl :
I would definitely need a Western toilet! Definitely.
from wench77 :
hahaha! I want to draw a comic about recycling. About how it is like using a plate once, then having a truck come and pick up the plate (after you have rinced the food off it, that takes energy too), and drive to a recycling plant where people have to sort plates, then in a huge machine crushing plates, then melting them down, manufacturing new plates (100% recycled!!), packaging the new plates, sending them to stores in more trucks, having people buy them, and bring them home, just to use a plate once again before putting it into the recycling bin. All instead of washing it to reuse it. Energy efficient NOT! Esp with soft drinks etc. We used to make koolaid at home. Water from the tap, a tiny packet of powder, a pitcher that could last 20 years, and glasses that could also last 20 years. But who would make money from selling trucks, petrol, hiring workers, recycling machines, transportation, packaging, blah blah?!! You see what I mean???? Consume consume consume. Somehow people get the idea that recycling is green. It IS a better alternative for paper than continually cutting down trees (btw what is "burnables" in a recycling bin? If they recycle paper and plastic what burns??) Anyways, yeah, good comic story idea.
from hissandtell :
Oh, how glorious: a road trip, beautiful flower photographs and wild passionate sex. You lucky, clever girl to get all that (and more) in one weekend!
from poolagirl :
Nice to hear from you again! YAY! Hope you had a nice Easter!
from im2qt2kr :
Hey Ms. Sasori...on my screen, instead of it showing your mood icon, it's showing your yahoo email address. Thought you'd want to know.
from niceguymike :
Ichiro unfortunately wasn't a big play-maker last night. He did his usual quietly good job of running down hits, running out his hits and just being a good solid player. I do have a lot of respect for Shigetoshi Hasegawa, who is a terrific closing pitcher. We ended up losing 10-7, but I had a really, really great time. And it was free!
from niceguymike :
Thanks so much for adding me to your favorites! I haven't read all of your journal, but I really enjoy reading about your activities at the school. My dad was stationed in Japan for a while, and my ex-wife went there a few times, so I have a fascination with the culture and the people. I look forward to reading you every day!
from kalel592002 :
We got "Astroboy" here in Canada, but censored and with these godawful "educational-were-you-paying-attention?" messages at the end. The Happy Meal toys here right now are pretty lame, but I did collect the "Kim Possible" ones.
from poolagirl :
Thanks! Your kind words gave me the confidence I needed to start another Monday.
from hissandtell :
Isn't it wonderful the way wine + confidence makes one feel? And I'm laughing still over your evil "Happy Set" habit (I have that dirty little secret, too). And your Jackie suit. Enjoy work, darling. Love, R xxx
from niceguymike :
Well, I wouldn't want to *look* like a shar-pei, but they are my favorite dog breed, outside of border collies and schnauzers. Um, in case you were wondering, I found you through im2qt2kr's diary, and read a bit of yours. And, yes, I read your 100 things. I may be a nice guy, but I can be a bad boy, too!
from goexplore :
Thank you so much. I know things will get better :)
from im2qt2kr :
Hey that's a scary thought! But, perhaps when I'm 90 or 100 I wouldn't mind the Sharpei. ha. They are very cute though! Big Hug!
from chaosdaily :
hey thanks for joining my rings!! and dont forget the third one... you are almost ready for it!
from oxfordavid :
Sorry Wench77. I hope you don't think I'm stalking you! Wherever I seem to go, you're there one step ahead. Today, it was over at the comments and it's the same over at Pura-Vida's place. There are several other places I see you too, and it's just a coincidence. Anyway....Shang-A-Lang! I don't know what Kim's answer was, but if I've time, I'll pop, over and have a look at your survey. Can men do it as well?
from wench77 :
Thanks for doing my dimmemories survey! hehe, you are one of the ones old enough to remember pretty much all of it! Betty and Veronica (and Archie and Me) were what I collected too! AAAA!! You can NAME a Bay City Rollers song! No one else knew who they were! yay! It's ok about the Don Messer's Jubilee... a really bad show that was a staple of CBC Television... sort of for oldies. horrid. Haha I had to google Jack Wild (see I was too young! I had a crush on Oliver himself but only after seeing the movie)... yay for the Artful Dodger! Your parents just sold a house with a dial phone in the wall? cool! Well, yay to someone who could say "yes" to almost everything! Thanks for sharing!
from gemini52381 :
Thanks!
from kalel592002 :
My intention was not to provoke or get you upset - if that occurred, it was an unintentional thing. I was just pondering, as you are one of the few diarists here who lives in a "foreign" culture, what is the attitude there? Are you encouraged to assimilate and become part of the community. From what I've read in your entries, partly due to your own efforts and partly from the friends you've made there, I would answer yes. I think people missed the point or I didn't make it clearly - there is little intermingling, our German (lots of them in Kitchener) / Asian ( growing by leaps and bounds) / Portuguese citizens / immigrants seem to all be staying in one bunch and not trying to join in the "Melting Pot" I miss so much. I had friends in Grade and High School (two of whom I mentioned) that had very unique takes on our culture, but shared theirs with me. I am not seeing that anymore - and from what my sister says, the blending still occurs in Europe. You have many Japanese influences in your life (YaY! for you, I think that's great!) and have kept your Japanese / American heritage. I would come to Japan and enroll in classes to learn about my new home - I just think that is something you should do if coming into a new country. I see so little of that now, it hurts me. I am proud of my country - if you come here, why not learn about what makes Canada great? *S* Okay Kim, agree or disagree with you (I hope I have explained myself better) I still find you fascinating as a person who lives a unique lifestyle. I am moving on to new entries tomorrow, but wanted to try and clarify my points.
from shyshy70 :
Sorry I messed up on a few lines I wrote you. Elise
from shyshy70 :
Hello just though I would writ Just thought I would drop in a few lines to see how you been doing. My computer needs upgrading and the sound fixed.write me back when you can.from your friend Elise!!!!!
from poolagirl :
AHA! Another Disneyland fan! I will take you along in spirit!
from kalel592002 :
Nice to have a face to put with the diary hon. Good for you! Now we know what each other looks like (although by summer's end, I will not look like the pic you saw, I hope!)
from chaosdaily :
did you ever eat skittles and m & ms together??? ewww nasty!
from im2qt2kr :
Ahhh, I see you are easily amused! (Hugs)
from wench77 :
my my! full body tattoos! I don't know about Japanese mafia in the movies, cuz the only movie I've seen is "A Taxing Woman'" which I enjoyed immensely. But I don't remember what the mafia looked like except they were well dressed, chic, menacing and no one in the movie had guns. They were quite capable of killing without them.eeek!
from shyshy70 :
Hello it was really nice hearing from you.yeah I have been having alot of friends over it seems like it helps my depression quite a bit.well guess I will close for now keep in touch from your new friend Elise.
from hissandtell :
Hello - I've been reading your diary (via poola, cute and chaos) for a little while now and am really enjoying it. You write so very well that I'm about to add you to my favourites. Love, R xxx
from kalel592002 :
I find that it's around 6th Grade - kids start to turn into the little shits that 99% of teenagers seem to be today. *S* I hope, truly hope, that I win my Govt suit and don't have to come to the library next year, other than for books. I guess cheese is more of a North American thing, use the sour cream and see if they like that. As for Vic's Secret - I used to handle over 1000 of their packages every day, they were Canada Post's biggest customer (it used to be Columbia House, but VS moved into Canada - based in London Ontario).
from kalel592002 :
I used to watch "Boston Public" faithfully - not so much this season, so it's no surprise to me that it's cancelled. David Kelly shows ALL seem to weaken around the 4th season. Which actor did you know?
from im2qt2kr :
When my hormones are raging, I can cry buckets at the tiny little sentimental things. Join the club!
from shyshy70 :
Hello, I got your letter and just wanted to thank you for caring.well I am glad I made another friend nice to meet you maybe sometime we could talk. from Elise
from im2qt2kr :
I just noticed the link for the crayon box on your page and added one to mine too! ((Hugs))
from poolagirl :
WOW! You remember Fizzies? I thought you were about 22 years old! Are you?
from chaosdaily :
i wonder why the last several entries have been about sweet things.... hmmmm??????
from im2qt2kr :
Have you ever tried S'mores with a little chunky peanut butter?? Very good! One of my friends uses Reeses P.B. cups, but too me, it makes them too sweet.
from athena32 :
thank you, I often need that boost of confidence as a parent! Hugs back!!!!!
from poolagirl :
Well, let me warn you - this cereal is SWEET! And when you ar finished, it feels like you have little mittens on your teeth. Be prepared!
from chaosdaily :
you bet!! wonka bars are still around, but they are hard to find. its just one more of those things people come to our store for, since no one else has them. and they still have a gold wrapper inside that will win you a prize, im not sure what though....
from im2qt2kr :
3rd and 4th graders on a sugar high? You're a brave woman. Good luck with K. I know you're a good enough friend to realize she's just in denial, as that's easier than facing the truth. Sad.
from im2qt2kr :
Clever way to give him chocolates? Hmmmmm....M&Ms...."Melt in your mouth, not in your....." Never mind! (YES, it was me who said that.) wink. And...Men get chocolate, Women get Marshmellows? What's wrong with that picture?
from poolagirl :
Ahem is RIGHT. My mind is VERY dirty because my hair grows sooooo fast!
from geeky-kiki :
Hi-- you've listed me as a favorite, but geeky-kiki is dead! If you're still interested, I can be found at oral-report.diaryland.com. Thanks!
from im2qt2kr :
Thank you "s-g" and hugs back to you my dear friend. Do me a favor...while your parents visit??....give a "special" hug to YOUR Momma? I shall live vicarously through you.
from purr67 :
Oh please oh please go to the survivor website and click the preview to find out who romance is happening to. My work computer won't let me!!! Please let me know!!!
from kalel592002 :
Have a nice visit with your parents - wish I had with mine! *S*
from chaosdaily :
**hee hee**i got your message *wink wink* lololol
from bluefunk :
woohoo thank ya ! i'm sorry to hear about your hair... =( i cut my hair drastically short last year by my own volition, and it looked horrible...i'm still waiting for it to grow out...i miss it. maybe it's a 11-14 thing to have longer hair ? =)
from im2qt2kr :
I understand, as I'm very anal about my own hair. Came from losing all most all to meds. few years back. Had a friend actually say to me the day after my B-day, "So now that you're PAST 40, when you gonna get your hair wacked off??" Please!!!
from kalel592002 :
I should probably send you an E-Mail - we haven't yakked (no pun intended) in a while. I know bad hair - I am very vain about my hair. One time, back in the late 70's, I had a perm (they were in for men back then and mine was short and close-cut). I'd decided to get it cut out - the barber straightened it with a metal comb and it took a full year to grow back properly. Oddly enough, ever since then, my hair, once straight, has been wavy. Recently, I went to a lower-cost salon (economic move) to get a cut - short - this was in October and it is just back at needing a cut now. LOL I looked like a computer geek for a month.
from im2qt2kr :
Couple visits with "Mr. Yak" and we'll have to call you Rapunzel!
from starkitten01 :
Haven't heard from you in awhile now...How've you been?!
from im2qt2kr :
Thanks a lot Sasorigal! But next time you want to eat cake in MY honor, make sure it's Spice Cake w/Brown Sugar Frosting, NOT Chocolate! Who you think I am, chaosdaily? teehee. Bet you didn't know I've been blessed with the ability to see through the computer lines. Thank you for the wishes.
from im2qt2kr :
Just between you and I. Shhhhhh! That makes your Grandpa exactly 60 years older than me.
from kalel592002 :
A couple of comments Kim. First, in Canada - land of the super-polite (and super-wimpy, but I digress) we would always offer a beverage to a delivery person, appropos to the temperature. Hope K isn't pregnant - lord, the drama just increases, doesn't it? And the soak in the tub - yeah, a cultural thing, I guess. BTW, wish someone would buy me a gift - kinda nifty!
from starkitten01 :
Hey there! It seems like it's been forever since we've "caught up" on one another, I've been gone all weekend, but I stopped by your page! I hoep you're doing well! Just letting you know I was thinking of you!
from im2qt2kr :
Little girlie tip here. Try putting crazy glue on your broken nail to hold until it grows further. Also, some people glue a thin piece of fabric (silk) over the break for strength. It will be less painful to cut, if allowed to grow a week or two. Hope it helps.
from chaosdaily :
yum, chocolate is good with every meal... or for every meal
from im2qt2kr :
I'm reminded of when I was little, and had my first show and tell. I did some snooping in Mom's drawers, and found the little waxy blue bags that use to come with Kotex (for disposal). I put all my pretty rocks in one of them, and went to school. When I pulled out the bag, the teacher turned white as a sheet. Mom got a call that day, and....Well, I didn't do it again.
from im2qt2kr :
No, thank you. A couple years ago, while pondering over that old question, Why do I exist? I wrote down what I thought my own little goal in life should be, and keep it attached to my computer. It simply states, To Touch the Lives of all those, in whom I come in Contact With, in a Positive Way. You make me feel as though yesterday, if only for a moment, I succeeded.
from im2qt2kr :
You're a good friend to/for K. You've taken the time to understand her. I think you can see that her involvement with the married teacher is a desperate cry for love, affection, and a need to feel.....so many things. He just happened to be the one who came along at the time she felt she needed these things most. She's going to need you even more when he decides to end it. I would hope that I never go through what she's going through, but if I did, I'd hope there was someone like you around catch my tears, and assure me that the sun will rise again.
from chaosdaily :
i think thats why my friend j and i get along so well. we dont judge each other, we just are friends, and can say anything we want to each other. we both do things the other doesnt approve of, but we accept that as part of our personalities. and in that acceptance, our friendship grows and matures and so does our understanding of each other. thats what friends are for!!!!!
from im2qt2kr :
Too funny! I could see it now, little rat leather jackets, rat size motorcycles, and of course the leader of the pack. RAT pack that is! Thanks for the smile, and I'll be careful.
from im2qt2kr :
Hate to ask this, but any chance your friend is pregnant? Just a thought.
from kalel592002 :
Sorry Kim, K would drive me nuts. LOL It does take all kinds though. We have a restaurant here (I am only about 15 minutes away from it now) called the Mongolian Grill which is like the one you described - except it's all the Stir Fry you want, cooked for you, whatever you want in it, all you can eat for $17. Damn - now I want the Grill!
from im2qt2kr :
Love, lust, sex, food, you hit all the biggies today Missy. Even ebay. I like that in a friend! ha! Now I'm jealous and pouting. teehee
from kalel592002 :
Often when I read your diaries, I am reminded how different you and I are. I couldn't be friends with someone like K, let alone vacation with her. She breaks several codes of ethics that I value, she's wimpy and she seems to be a little close-minded. Ahh well Kim, it takes all kinds to make a world.
from purr67 :
Where do you get the Friday five?
from athena32 :
Thank You very much, your advice is much welcomed. I am glad you are back and hope you had a good time!!!! : )
from poolagirl :
Sounds like your trip was good! So glad you liked Blode and Food. The entire website is a hoot! www.rathergood.com.
from im2qt2kr :
YEAH!! Glad you're back. You've been missed.
from kalel592002 :
Welcome back Kim!
from kalel592002 :
Have a wonderful, fun and exciting trip - maybe it will take K's mind of her relationship for a few. Enjoy!
from im2qt2kr :
Not to mention gross AND discusting!!!! ha
from im2qt2kr :
Thank you, and may you have a wonderful year, filled with twice as much joy as 2003. By the way, got any good recipes for Rat? Can you tell it's day 3 of my diet? ha!!
from poolagirl :
Ah, plums for a hangover? Send them my way! Hope you have a glorious 2004. So glad we met!
from kalel592002 :
Happy New Years! You had the kind of night I've wanted (with a woman) but never have. Revel in it!
from im2qt2kr :
What a Sweetie! I'll take all the hugs and words of encouragement I can get these days. Of course, diarlyland can be very cleansing too. I'm so glad it's brought us, and the few other's I've met through this site, together. After all, we're all in this thing together (The World in general.) Might as well talk, laugh, cry, etc... about it together too. Hugs back at you!
from soul14 :
thank you. hope you had a great christmas too [hug]
from wench77 :
my god! what unearthly time is it in Japan now?? I am heading to bed here with my nutso schedule.. it is 7am. You're very welcome for the nice comments! And yeah, I end up reading someone everyday and don't put them on my favorites list!! I realized that i had neglected to read your christmas entry cuz you werent on my "buddies updated" list, so there you go! Have a great boxing day!! LOL! (didn't they have "boxing day" in Little Women books??) Here it is snowing and blowing like crazy after days of melting and rain!
from starkitten01 :
Merry christmas:o)
from soul14 :
snow? snow! why doesn't it ever snow here. have a great christmas <3

hi! glad you liked my 101! I added to my "weeny" preceding entry after you put comments on the 101 I think. What is a pineapple burger?? I hope you get some snow! here it is very white. But I look silly... I am wearing those black fingertipless gloves and a black Detroit toque on my head! LOL! Drawing comics...
from im2qt2kr :
As I just mentioned to chaosdaily, have you thought seriously of not only carrying a cell phone at all times, but also a stun gun? Please be safe, and feel free to send me a bottle of that joy and happiness.
from im2qt2kr :
I don't bother eating them, I just glue them to my butt. That's where they always end up anyways. ha! Glad they were a success, and you had fun.
from im2qt2kr :
Moshimoshi from California, and arigatou for the kind words. Hope you have a very Blessed Christmas!
from soul14 :
thanks. i made it back safely <3
from poolagirl :
Aren't you just the sweetest thing? Thanks so much!
from im2qt2kr :
Or even scarier, and far worse, perhaps they learned this behavior FROM their parents!
from kalel592002 :
Glad you had such a nice Saturday in - I am going to be home for most of the evening myself, as I am out tomorrow. I'm going to be watching "The Nightmare Before Christmas", as I've never seen it and perhaps, "James and the Giant Peach".
from poolagirl :
Ah.......and I thought I had crossed the line of good taste (or any taste, for that matter). Thanks for "getting" my humor!
from starkitten01 :
Yeah, lol, I've got a little collection of banana clips! I keep them in my drawer and I put them on when I don't want my hair in my face--I just never really thought about it til now lol I actually like them, they're my closet fave!;)
from chaosdaily :
everyones fine, ty
from starkitten01 :
Hey! It's been awhile! I just wanted to drop you a line to say hello! :)
from wench77 :
Hey, just reading your adultkids survey answers, very fun. I had to look up liddle diddles cuz the name was familiar but I couldnt remember... Now i remember the locket ones that smelled like flowers! Hehe, I didnt mean "your child" but rather "your child you" vs "your adult you" about the videogames, you addict you! :) Anyhowz you sound very fun! I would be your friend!! :) And I envy you your job. I really need to take a teaching degree or something... yay kids!!
from wench77 :
hey! what is WITH that map!! Someone else in SF had a horrid time too and couldnt post on the map. It seems to be happy with elsewhere in North America. Shady, very Shady!! :) ... yeah the only story on that news thing from Japan was the guy who killed his wife with adhesive tape! gee! At least reading these things you think, well, really, I'm just as likely to be schmucked at home by someone in my family as on the street, so rather than be afraid all the time, may as well just relax yup. Are you ever afraid as the girl of a gangster??? (just make sure you have no adhesive tape next to the bed!!) :)
from poolagirl :
Okay, Chubby Bunny champ! How many could you stuff into your mouth? And......have you ever heard of the Pretzel Game? Take 12 small (salted) braided pretzels and set them in front of each player. The object of the game is to eat all 12 pretzels in 3 minutes WITHOUT drinking anything. It's impossible. Totally impossible. The salt dries up all your spit, and the pretzel matter becomes a huge lump that you can't swallow. Try it.
from wench77 :
ack! how did my note go in twice? I dont know. Also i wanted to say how sorry i am about your miscarriage, and only if you feel you want to touch on that kind of thing, you could read my pages about being infertile when I tried to be a single mother, at http://www.geocities.com/hemsida4323/infertile2.html yeah. hugs eh! bye again!
from wench77 :
Hey! hi and thanks for the note! I'll definitely come back and look more at your site... I just read your most recent entry and 100 things... :) People don't guess my age either... I am 40 and they often put me 25-30. I think that's cool you like cartooning (I do too, but I don't like how manga characters ... at least the cutesy big eyes ones...look...that's something people always ask me!) I totally understand about being chatty and a people person but not liking big parties etc. I usually end up looking through bookshelves! Well, I am super tired and going to go to bed. Feel free to go through my diary... there is some fun shit and some depressing shit cuz i started the diary when I was missing my ex when we broke up. tah!

from athena32 :
Thank You for being a great friend! I think you are an amazing woman!
from poolagirl :
Where did you live when you made road spatulas out of armadillos? Texas? Oklahoma? They don't have them in Japan, do they?
from chaosdaily :
he sure is, and because i gave him some food when he came in. but he wanted to go out again right away. sheesh. but we are all happy hes home. :-)
from kalel592002 :
You're right Kim - she's cute.
from kalel592002 :
Dunno if I ever told you that you and my sister have something in common - she taught English as a Second Language when she lived in Germany. She taught at Berlitz for quite a few years - but when she moved back to Canada a few years back, the Canadian Offices gave her such BS, she abandoned the idea. She now grades ESL papers for the University part-time.
from poolagirl :
WOW! You are a great read too! Happy birthday and stuff - and don't let the 45 thing get in the way. Thank you for sending me such a nice note, and thank you for reading my diary. And.....the trip to TJ was amazing. Putting together an entry about it right now.
from im2qt2kr :
Thank you so much for your kind words, and your encouragement. I needed to hear them today. The diary has been such wonderful therapy. Even more wonderful is the unexpected kindness and words of encouragement I have received from so many other diaryland writers. Thank you again.
from kalel592002 :
Do you remember that the chorus to "Bobby's Girl" is "You're Not a kid anymore?" LOL
from goexplore :
Thank you for writing me those words. They mean so much to me. I often get lost in my suffering and forget the real things, forget that good people exist. You always write me beautiful words and they help me so much. I wanted you to know that your supportive words are of help. Thank you :) *hugs*
from kalel592002 :
I have control freak tendencies - yes - but I usually supress them. I am quite aware when I'm doing it - although, continuing my introspective attitude - why do I seem to find women who WANT or NEED me to control them? LOL Anyway, about "getting laid" - hey, beats the alternative. LOL I'd love a relationship, but wouldn't turn down a fling either. It's the Scorpio in me Kim!
from kalel592002 :
Thanks for the note - but I am feeling very alone right now, it's the whole "not where I expected my life to be" thing Kim. BTW, your friend's new baby & I share a middle name (keep that a secret!)
from chaosdaily :
kim, i made a change on the cast page......
from chaosdaily :
wow kim, now that im using a different puter, i can see teh fuschia.... oooo its blinding!!
from kalel592002 :
Wow Kim - one of your most descriptively erotic diary entries. Don't let the buggers get you down - you know full well that your ideas are your own. Perhaps in future - submit them ON PAPER and make a copy? (that's what we used to do at Canada Post) Anyway, be good and have fun!
from starkitten01 :
Sorry I've been M.I.A. lately:( I've been REALLY down again...But I hope that you're doing well, you have been in my thoughts and I wanted to say hello.
from athena32 :
I have always wanted parents like that, I just hope to be a supportive wonderful parent like that.We are already putting some back for my sons first car, and he is 14, just got a year and a half to go. heheh. I am happy for you. and being debt free is a wonderful thing or dream to me!
from athena32 :
Thank You I hope that cake was chocolate. I could sure use a chocolate fix about now.hehehah.
from chaosdaily :
hugs kim, i promise to email you soon. things are just puttering along, and my vacation is coming at a good time. hmmm it somehow always has worked that way.
from kalel592002 :
Jeez Kim, does it ever astonish you the celebrities you've encountered? LOL And too bad about Nancy's bad luck, huh?
from chaosdaily :
double ick?? lol
from chaosdaily :
well for this month at least :-P
from kalel592002 :
Thanks for your latest entry Kim - one of YOUR most personal and in-depth. Upon reading it, I got the impression you might have LOVED your ex - in a sense - but were not IN LOVE with him, which is crucial to most of us. I can also understand the aggravation of a non-emotional partner - Linda # 1 would never fight and sometimes a good row clears the air. Strange too, how dates can have more than one meaning - yours being so close to your (our actually) birthdays.
from kalel592002 :
Glad you are feeling a little better today Kim - my entry today will be about ALL my accidents (most of them dumb). Anyway, question - why do the Japanese consider the number 4 unlucky (was a question on Hollywood Squares last night)?
from kalel592002 :
Sorry about your accident Kim - hope you're feeling better. Jeez - I wouldn't have to worry about my GF giving me a BJ, it's been nearly 5 years. LOL Re: the new ladyfriend. Tonight she is going out with friends & one is staying there for 4 days. Her Mom is coming on the weekend. I think a friendship is possible, but I doubt it will be anything more than that - perhaps a "Fuck Buddy" thing, but I will be honest - if she wants to get together that way, if she's thinking it means a committed relationship, we won't do it - because it is FAR too soon to see if it would work. Anyway, more in a letter to come!
from purr67 :
Ohhhhh! I am soo sorry about your face. Take care of it. I can't imagine how much pain that would cause. I am enjoying your diary! I just wish I knew how you ended up in that country teaching.
from el-guapo :
There was a 6.7 earthquake last night in Hokkaido but I don't know of any near you. Here is an up to the minute earthquake map that I like to check every now and then: http://earthquake.usgs.gov/recenteqsww/Maps/region/Asia.html
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim. 2 comments. When I moved into my new apartment in 1991, the first thing I noticed in there - alive (in February yet) was a praying Mantis. Always wondered where the heck he came from. And as to the "Great Pumpkin" - I prefer "Charlie Brown Christmas". It isn't really Christmas to me unless I see that special - have seen it EVERY year since it aired. Be well.
from starkitten01 :
Thank you, I'm trying so hard to be strong through this!
from starkitten01 :
U finally signed my tagboard:) Yey! Thanks, and it was very much appreciated what you said:) You're the greatest! Hope you had a wonderful weekend!
from el-guapo :
The guestbook thing isn't working right now for some reason. I am so glad to hear that you are OK and weren't at all effected by the earthquake.
from starlight42 :
yes, the new litterbox seems to have done the trick! (thank god!) Tonight is the final Big Bro...I can't wait!! Hope some fun ensues. :)
from kalel592002 :
First of all, you're right - I believe it was Dean Martin Jr. that was married to Olivia, but not sure if they didn't date as well. I am always surprised & interested in all the celebs you've met. Yes - Jennifer Aniston's 2 sisters were played by Reese Witherspoon & Christina Applegate and Christina will be doing another appearance on this final season. As for Janet J - she was also in "Good Times" for the last few seasons as Wilona's adopted daughter. And also in "Fame" later on too. Yep - more TV trivia from the master. Be good.
from kalel592002 :
Hi Kim - I have been reading a new book about Lucy and when I read your entry today - did you know that Olivia Hussey was once married to Desi Arnaz Jr?
from starlight42 :
I like the traditional wedding pic. very pretty. Oh, and I know, I was so sad when I heard John Ritter died. I wondered if news had gotten to you yet...And yes, Survivor starts this Thurs. I also hear there will be another Joe Millionaire...
from bluefunk :
thank you so much kim. *hug* right back.
from starlight42 :
hey there- actually, what was in my diary this morning were the lyrics to an Alan Jackson song. I wish I wrote it! I love it, even though it always makes me cry.
from kalel592002 :
Sounds like you had a good weekend - but the "Faking the Death" story was a little creepy. Hope all is good.
from chaosdaily :
gee you know i'd miss you;)
from starlight42 :
Ya, I was thinking of you when I wrote about BB4. I was hoping I wouldn't spoil anything for you though. I know, sometimes the "bad" people win. I don't know how long you've watched, but season 2 that Will guy won and he wasn't very nice (plus he was a doctor!) and then last year Lisa won and for a while I didn't think much of her...but I guess that's the nature of the game. And I did NOT like Jenna on Survivor either!
from bluefunk :
groooooss. i'd thought that japanese people would have more courtesy at the sinks...especially when teachers are supposed to be the examples for children's behavior. yucky.
from starkitten01 :
I hope your first day back at school was nice!! :o)
from starlight42 :
That's great that you did so well on the health check! I can imagine the Japanese tests are stricter than the US, as your doctor said. And that is interesting about the bath's over there. When I take a bath- I do like to fill it up as much as I can, it's the only way!
from starkitten01 :
You've got mail:) Please let me know that you got the password ok.:)
from gemini52381 :
Thanks for the note! I'm sure we'll have a great time. :) -The Other Kim
from kalel592002 :
Hi Kim - still on Energy Conservation habits here, so here's new data. They also cannot show reruns of "Diff'rent Strokes" as Gary Coleman is also a candidate. It's the "Equal Time" ruling you Yanks have (we don't).
from athena32 :
Thank You for your support! Is very accepted and needed!
from kalel592002 :
Hi Kim hon - back after a longggg blackout. Nice to know all is okay with you!
from gymclassrope :
what a fascinating life
from starlight42 :
Thanks for the note! It was funny because I was so mad I wrote a whole entry thurs and didn't get around to posting it. i'll have to do it tomorrow when I'm back at work. Oh and I love those disaster movies too. I watched them all when they were coming out about 5yrs ago. Maybe it's just because you like the excitement and dealing with nature thing. I mean, usually the main people were ok in the end, so it's not morbid. It's the good vs evil of nature :)
from starlight42 :
wow, it's a good thing you got rid of your ex! what a loser. I see you watch Cupid. I've watched some, those girls just piss me off though, they seemed to think they were "all that" LOL
from justjill :
I tried to sign in your guest book... but it didn't like me. I know you've noticed that I completely changed abaku. We decided to use it as our riders forum. We already belong to one here in the Bay Area and now have the opportunity to host the only one for the Great Basin area (Nevada, Idaho, Utah and Oregon). It should be fun... that is once we actually find the time to do it because we're going to be very busy with the move. Hope all is well with you! [email protected]
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim - one of the things I love reading in your diaries is the celeb references. I remember Taryn Power (her brother acted too, as I recall) but didn't know about her Adult Movie career. Any clue under what name she worked, as this is kind of a hobby with me? Wonder if I'd seen any of them (likely, knowing me)? And god - Soupy Sales. I remember watching his old kid's show (with White Fang, yup) and the famous "Send me a Dollar" incident that got him fired. Do you remember that at all?
from starlight42 :
Thanks for joining my Baskin Robbins diary ring! Do they have different flavors in Japan? Ya, I was disappointed with BB, but I like Jun anyway, so it's ok. I just didn't want to see Allison get her way. :)
from starkitten01 :
whenever I'm feeling my lowest, you show up to put a smile on my face. Thankyou for that! You're the greatest, you've got to know that.
from kalel592002 :
Thanks for your note & mail Kim - will answer it later today. Yep - "Ahnohld" is running for governor - and if he is as competent as he seemed last night on Leno, he'd get my vote. Did you know / were you aware that California is 38 BILLION dollars in debt? Scary huh? Do you get IRON CHEF in Japan anymore - our Food Network over here imports it.
from starkitten01 :
Thanks so much for your note. I wish I could say I'm so much better, sadly I'm not. I'm sad,and I've been hiding from everything, including the computer. But my absence will fade with time..I just hope my sadness and hopelessness will, too. I hope that you're doing good.
from gemini52381 :
Yeah, I know what you mean! And you know, it's been better lately. I guess I just had to tell the stress monster to bugger off!
from chaosdaily :
wooooo hoooooo!!!!!!!!
from starlight42 :
wait till you see what happens next on bb4!! it totally sucks....can't wait until tonight. have a great weekend.
from cheshireluci :
Hey!!! thanks!! i appreciate that! this one's gonna be so much better! i hope.. :) hugs!
from kalel592002 :
Kim, it sounds like your friend doesn't have the common sense of a cockroach. Maybe though - somewhat like you - she is interested in "danger" - but in a different sense, like her flings with married men. Perhaps she attracts them. And she also sounds chintzy - perhaps the married men are willing to spend the money she isn't. Anyway, welcome home!
from kalel592002 :
Sounds like your trip is interesting at least - ah dental work - one of my real terrors. I have to have ALL my teeth out eventually - because I am so terrified of dentists. Didn't know your dad had been one! Oh well - at least it will be over soon!!
from chaosdaily :
dont worry about an email, just have a good time!!!
from kalel592002 :
Glad you had a nice trip and jeez, that incident about the drink would have pissed me off! It is like the crap I am going through with Yahoo right now. Anyway - going through a bit of a bad patch myself, as you may tell from my diary - I hope it ends soon. Enjoy your hols!
from kalel592002 :
Have a nice trip Kim. We will talk when you get back.
from chaosdaily :
kim, its my biggest fear as a parent that someone will kidnap my kids. i guess its something that just never goes away, even when they are adults. i sure feel bad for the parents :-((
from justjill :
hello again... your pictures next to your links are not working. All I see are little red X's. I just thought I would let you know. jill
from kalel592002 :
That's the reason I don't watch drivel like for "Love or Money" - toying with people's feelings for ratings and bucks. I would be in agony myself - being lonely & all. Will answer your survey tomorrow, be well Kim.
from starlight42 :
I don't know why I don't remember the Thunderbirds. I thought they were robots, but the link showed people. Anyway, that shirt you posted is too funny. That's interesting about not feeling like you can speak up. I'd hate that. Oh and I don't know if I'd try that thing on your bikini area. I've found that just plain old sissors or a razor work pretty good. It's not perfect, and can be itchy- but I feel comfortable with it. :)
from chaosdaily :
kim, i was traumatized as a kid by the hitchcock movie the birds... i still hate it when birds fly over my head, or there are a lot in one spot...... but did you ever see the twilight zone episode where the ventriloquists dummy takes over??? oooooooo scary.....
from kalel592002 :
Kim - most fireworks have been illegal in Canada for nearly 2 decades - you must get a permit to show them, so they are usually organized events. As for reading - read loads of comics (and still do) and the 2 favourite kids books - WIND IN THE WILLOWS by Kenneth Grahame (which I still own my original copy) and BEAUTIFUL JOE (a story about a dog & his family told by the dog - I found a copy 6 years ago that is a 2nd printing.) Great books for kids. First adult book - TARZAN OF THE APES by Edgar Rice Burroughs, then IVANHOE by Sir Walter Scott.
from goexplore :
Hey, i loved reading your comment. Thank you so much :O)
from chaosdaily :
well if i come from the ocean and my chinese symbol is earth, i must have crawled out of the water hehehe
from kalel592002 :
2 notes in one Kim - hope you don't mind the switch in topic. 1) I wanted to DO Jennifer Beals so badly after seeing that film - but hey Kim, she did NOT age well. So there is a smidge of revenge for you. LOL 2) It is horrible whenever anyone dies young - or before their time. I have experienced this a few times - last year, of course. Think of the positive things this person accomplished in their short life and enjoy those thoughts.
from chaosdaily :
hugs kim, i understand the tears
from chaosdaily :
hmmmmm and what is your hobby???? ;-)
from kalel592002 :
Hi Kim - Nancy & I actually wondered where you were yesterday, but on occasion, you do skip entries on Saturday. Re: the tush problem? As someone who lost over 90 pounds once, get a bike hon. It will firm up fast - or go for long climbs, if possible. Have a good weekend!
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim - didn't answer questions this week, didn't have time. I am always amazed at all the Celebrity connections you've made. Anyway - 2 blips. There is a reunion of the "Fame" cast coming soon (both the movie & TV). And did you know Dan Hill was a Canuck?
from starlight42 :
Ya, I'll have to get another ice cream cone. Baskin Robbins is my favorite! And I'm glad to see someone isn't so into Harry Potter, it's just all of the craze here. It's like, enough already! :) Of course, I heard Hillary's book wasn't that great either...
from drkchoclover :
hi kim, glad you had a good day ;-) and by the way, i never bragged to you about my sons s.a.t. scores, did i? for a 7th grader, he did pretty well, he had a 500 on the math section and a 460 on the language part... i dont think i scored that high when i was a senior in high school......
from drkchoclover :
hmmmm so are you going to buy new cds every day???;)
from kalel592002 :
There is something sexy about long hair Kim - no question. Although on a man - sorry, I always think "Too lazy to get a haircut!" Ton answer three of your questions: City - Metropolis from the Superman books or movies. And a place I've always wanted to visit (I think you asked that one) - Paris or Vegas. Thing I wish I could do? Dance or act / perform professionally (although I may make the latter come true - who knows?) Enjoy your weekend - off to an Anime festival!
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim - as someone who used his voice professionally for many years, I have cultivated it. I actually "work it out" - do exercises, sing etc. I have a rich, mellow voice. But if someone expects a hunky guy - they will be disappointed. I am, as I have said, more John Goodman than Tom Cruise. But I too, love sexy voices - and some of the homeliest women have the sex-kitten voices. Once in a while though - we get lucky. Sometimes we have to take a shot hon!
from kalel592002 :
Well Kim - nothing wrong with a little splurge every once in a while. Hope you like your new haircut - I alter my style somewhat on occasion, wearing it back with gel instead of parted to one side. When I get my pics done in a few weeks, I may post it on my Yahoo! profile. Anyway: 1) Munsters for me. 2) "Sopranos" is superb - not as good as "West Wing" though. I am not a big Coppola fan. 3) Jetsons - especially the one where Astro finds out his real name. "Tralfaz" - Yuch! 4) I think the first two Superman movies with Chris Reeve are wonderful. Only the first Batman movie is as good. On TV - well, animated Batman is better than animated Superman. With the live shows - neck and neck. I grew up on Adam West - but Teri Hatcher, rowrrrrr!! 5) "Friends". Not a big Sarah Jessica fan. Although Kim Catrall is a fellow Canuck. 6) "Wizard of Oz" is one of my all-time faves - I have seen it over 40 times. But the Harry Potter films are wonderfully made. 7) "Simpsons" - "King of the Hill" is unfunny redneck drivel. Too American for my tastes. 8) "Saturday Night Fever" by a small margain - but I first saw a touring cast of "Grease" in 1972 in Toronto. There were a few names in the cast - including Jeff Conaway (from "Taxi") 9) "Dallas" is in my 10 all-time favourite series. Without it, "Dynasty" would not have existed. And I also enjoyed "Knots" - although when they lost Abby, the steam went out fast. 10) I watch far more television than movies - so that is your answer. Be well hon.
from drkchoclover :
dont feel guilty, the family probably wont remember who was there and who wasnt, and if you werent close with the student, and it doesnt sound like you were, saying something to her the next time you see her should be enough to let her know your feelings.
from drkchoclover :
sorry about your day kim, hang in there....
from kalel592002 :
Kim - hope your weekend is nice, thanks for the note. Feeling a bit better - hope when I adjust the diet, I will feel a LOT better. I don't have to stop anything - just ADD fibre.
from starlight42 :
thanks for the sweet note. I know, thurs. is usually one of my fav. days too, as the weekend is closer! Anyway, that's cool you'll have someone to fly here with. It's not fun flying alone. I think I'll go to bath & bodyworks this weekend... :)
from drkchoclover :
hi kim... i was reading your cast of characters, and i see you like cactus. i have a bunch of them, probably about 20, they live outside from about april to october, i have a pic of them somewhere, if i can find it ill send it to you ;-)
from drkchoclover :
oh let me tell you, it was awful... youd take one step and about 40 of them would fly up... they were everywhere, just clouds of them!! truly one of the most disgusting things ive ever seen.... and ive seen some disgusting things hahahha
from starlight42 :
Wow, that's good you eat so much veggies. It seems like everything I eat has carbs in it! I see you were watching What Lies Beneath- I love that movie. I'm also curious to see if the 2nd Charlies Angels is good, I want to see Demi Moore.
from drkchoclover :
hehehhee i have trouble with the eclairs calling my name tooooooo.. and the m & m cookies.... and brownies... and...........
from starlight42 :
ya, I'd have felt a little weird too about the Yak thing. Probably just should have checked with you. Hope things are blowing over though...
from kalel592002 :
Again, I am sorry and still upset. I have posted another apology in my Diary as well. I hope we can stay buds, as you're usually my favourite entry out here. No breach of trust was intended - I wanted it to be a surprise! Sorry, sorry, sorry - jeez, how does one profer apologies in Japan? (Yes, that was a small joke!?)
from drkchoclover :
yea dreams can be weird, but i think the weirdest ones ive had have been while i was pregnant, and my co worker who is pregnant is having really strange dreams too... and the majority of our dreams were about having relationships with men other than our husbands hehehe.....
from kalel592002 :
Kim - you have NO idea how sorry I am that I have offended you and how upset I am now. I used the name as a mini-tribute to you and how much I enjoy your diaries. I had intended to carry the story into that direction and use an Asian character - Toronto (where the story is set) has a HUGE Asian culture and many of my favourite writers make nods to friends and acquaintences by naming characters after them. Understand hon, it was an act of love / friendship intended as a pleasant surprise. The character was in no way to resemble Mr. Yak in how he acted, spoke etc - and I know I've upset you, and this has upset me. You're one of my favourite people out here Kim, you know that. Anyway - I have tried to find out how to edit that chapter (don't know if I can) or delete it entirely and re-write it. Not sure what I can do - my accept my heartfelt apologies.
from kalel592002 :
Kim - some more of that TV trivia crap I know you love me sending you? Did you know that Johnathan Frid (Barnabas on DARK SHADOWS) is from Hamilton Ontario - about 45 mins. from me? Or that Kate Jackson starred in THE ROOKIES pre-ANGELS? And yep - I still have my "Farrah" poster. LOL
from drkchoclover :
and m is for...... hahhahhaa
from drkchoclover :
hehehehe i am linus.... on the peanuts character quiz, ill have to try the drink one some other time... there are places around here that sell the chocolate chips, but i think it would be just as easy to make them yourself... just try not to get the chocolate too thick. and i like ruffled chips the best, they are stronger and usually saltier......
from drkchoclover :
hi kim..... have you ever tried chocolate covered potato chips?? the sweet and salty thing together with the crunch of the chip is just awesome..... try it sometime
from kalel592002 :
Kim I actually HAVE tried to walk in heels - but ALL shoes are uncomfortable for me, as I have wider feet than most. Just letting you in on a "Practice" secret - as of next season, the only returning actors will be Camryn Mannheim, Steve Harris and Michael Badalucco. ALL the others are gone, with Dylan McDermott and Kelli Williams appearing in only 4 episodes. Apparently ABC told the producers they had to cut their budget in half, so they are re-tooling the show. I think this will kill it myself, but who knows? Glad you got a little - maybe it was YOU who got the Scorpio surprise you told me about a while back.
from kalel592002 :
Kim darlin', enjoy the weekend. BTW - what do the Japanese make of such a forward, sexually liberated woman?
from starlight42 :
hey there- guess what I found today? A banner was running for a Kim who lives in Japan, so I clicked on it, thinking it might be you, and I guess it's not. Unless you have another diary...just thought that was funny.
from naybother :
Hey Kim, still enjoying your diary - just one question though, where does the fear of bugs breeding in your pot pourri stem from? I've not heard that one before!
from drkchoclover :
btw.... i am a scorpio too, november 3rd
from kalel592002 :
Kim - thought I'd answer a few of the questions as well. 1) Large or small family. Medium - 3 kids, 2 parents. 2) Pretzels or chips - chips. 3) House or Apartment. I like not having to do outdoor stuff, like mowing lawns, so an apartment is best. Although my parents deal - a condo where all that is done - is pretty nifty. 4) Zebras or giraffes? Zebras. 5) Candles or potpourri? Candles - although sometime I will tell you about the time my mom set fire to our dining room table! 6) Flowers or trees? I like flowers indoors (although with the cat around, not a good idea). But my apartment complex (as is my parent's condo group) is built into a forest. 7) Right or left handed? Ambidextrous for most things - I write with my right, but can do most other things equally well with the other hands. And I eat with my left. 8) Model trains or stuffed animals? I collect stuffed Garfields. Currently, I own 12. Nuff said. 9) Comedy or drama? Depending on my mood. Often it's comedy, but my current favourite show is WEST WING. Although my all-time fave is GET SMART. 10) The smoking thing. Smoking in most places in Ontario has been illegal for quite some time now. Businesses took a hit for a time, but it levelled off and most people are used to it. As a non (and ex) smoker, it helps me, that's for sure. That's about it Kim. And boy, could I use that excitement you mentioned in YOUR note.
from starlight42 :
hey- thanks for the note. you know it's funny, i didn't want to write it because I didn't want to upset my friends who read the diary-even if some of them might be who I am talking about...it's like, I just want to be left alone now. you know? i don't want to argue about it. wow- an earthquake. we haven't had one of those in michigan in years, and i think the last one we had was very small.
from kalel592002 :
Kim darlin', that was one of your hottest entries. A few years back, I stopped worrying about the age of my sexual partners - younger or older, so long as the attraction was mutual - but hey, at my age, most are younger now anyway. Anyway, got your mail & will respond further there!
from kalel592002 :
Kim - I also love musicals - I have over 50 in my video collection. My 2 favourites are "The Bandwagon" (Fred Astaire & Cyd Charisse - the "Murder Mystery in Jazz sequence inspired Fosse) and "The King and I" (I've seen both over 35 times.) Did you know "Chicago" has been made as a film 4 times? And that the non-musical version (it is based on a true story) was called "Kitty Foyle" - and won Ginger Rogers her only Oscar?
from starlight42 :
I still haven't seen Chicago...I'm going to have to rent it! I wouldn't mind being a professional dancer either. I tried ballet when I was 4 and hated it though. I do love to go out dancing though, but I'm nothin' special. I love it though, just makes you so free and relaxed.
from starlight42 :
Glad you had a good time at the party! Have a good weekend.
from starlight42 :
Thanks for the note. I was really worried about writing that entry...but I knew I'd have to one day. I am trying to be really honest in my diary and I'm glad people appreciate that :)
from kalel592002 :
Have a good holiday hotstuff - thanks for the latest note!
from keeds :
hi. write back.
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim - scary things in Ontario today, 3 more SARS deaths in Toronto yesterday. Bummer huh? I remember "Sale of the Century" - it was actually a revival of a show from the 60's I used to watch with my Nana. The 2nd version was hosted by Joe Garagiola. Which "Feud" was it hon? The Ray Combs version or Dawson? Ray Combs commited suicide a few years back. Finally, my cousin-in-law is head of security for a Costco here in Ontario - I don't use them, I find if I look, I can get just as good bargains elsewhere - and I resent like hell their "paid membership" policy.
from starlight42 :
wow, your work week doesn't sound so bad! Mine is upsetting, draining, stressful, ready for a break and then TGIF!! :)
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim - made it to 100, thanks for the note. SARS is a real epidemic over here hon - when I was in the hospital 2 weeks back, it is the first thing they tested me for. And in the paper 2 days ago, some idiot nurse was riding the subway in Toronto - and she was infected. Plus - get this hon - at a Toronto shopping mall, a woman was out and about shopping - even though her husband had tested positive and he'd been quarantined. Talk about stupid. I wonder sometimes, don't you?
from kalel592002 :
Whatever happened to Shelly Hack? She's the only ex-Angel you never hear of.
from starlight42 :
thank you for leaving notes to jo and angel. Angel is actually a friend of mine outside of diaryland, even though she lives far. That was nice of you :)
from kalel592002 :
Kim - sounds like you had a hot & sexy weekend and sometimes it's worth losing a bit of sleep for that. I remember those. Sigghh....
from some-trouble :
Thank you for the note you left me. It was really nice of you to comment and give me encouragement seeing as I don't actually know you. I'll be back soon to read more of your diary - I liked your haunted house entry a lot.
from kalel592002 :
PS Kim - check out airtheorchid for another entry from me!
from kalel592002 :
Thanks for the nice note Kim - feeling better thanks (check my diary for details). My first band in concert was BTO at the Canadian National Exhibition. I've seen Neil Sedaka (twice), Andy Gibb (he opened for Neil), England Dan & John Ford Coley, Anne Murray, Tony Bennett, Rich Little (with Mel Torme as an opening act), Weird Al Yankovic and Phyllis Diller. Plus a ton of plays and stuff. My favourite song is still "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother" by the Hollies (1969). In Motown, no contest:"I Can't Get Next to You" by the Temptations is second and "Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch) by the Four Tops is # 1. Favourite Band is still the Osmonds, but for quality - either early Beatles (1962 - 1966) or Bee Gees (best live band ever!) Have a fun weekend Kim.
from kalel592002 :
Kimmie - just enjoy the teaching as best you can and try to ignore the politicking. It is what cost me my Canada Post job. Life is too short to let the bastards get you down!
from starlight42 :
OK, that is spooky!!
from starlight42 :
I want a spring break!! teachers are semi-lucky that way. I know you make up for it with all the extra long hours you put in other times. Thanks for the note by the way. Don't worry, I won't do anything crazy. It just felt good to get all of that anger from 2 yrs out of my system!
from kalel592002 :
Hi Kim. We had ASTROBOY in Canada - although they added some education Q & A at the end, for some reason. As per plastic surgery - unless for medical reasons (I've had some on my left eye) what is the point? Sometimes, I can see why, but I don't see it 90% of the time. And why would you think your face is not beautiful? Is that not in the eye of the beholder? Mr. Yak obviously likes the way you look. Enjoy what you have - hey, if you've got it, flaunt it!
from grrldreds :
hey, i am doing a study on ravers for my university. If you would be interested in filling out a survey you can email me at [email protected]. Everything is confidential. Thanks again.
from kalel592002 :
Hi Kim. Very nice entry today. A great teacher can make all the difference, and we students do remember. I had two - Miss McLennan in Grade 3 (and her dad was our mayor at the time - I later helped out on his campaign for MP) and Mr. Cowan. Interesting bit of trivia - my mother worked for the Board of Education as a secretary for 26 years. When she retired 5 years back, I escorted her to the banquet, as my father was working. My brother's mother-in-law was also there, she retired the same year. But behind us was my all-time favourite teacher, Mr. Cowan. He taught me for 2 years in "Junior High" (7 & 8) and encouraged me. So I had a drink with him ( an odd experience, to say the least) and told him what a wonderful teacher he'd been. He was retiring at 55 because he felt the schools didn't value teachers anymore - they were a commodity. What a shame, huh? Anyway, digging out after a nasty ice storm here - so be well.
from bluefunk :
thanks for the encouragement ! that's another thing i admire about you...i'd never be able to work in japan. i can't stand a society that simply accepts chauvinism. =)
from kalel592002 :
Your "speaking another language" story reminded me of one involving my mother and sister. Years ago, my mother and sister were at Fiedler's ( a local German deli - this is a very German town, it used to be called Berlin)and my mother ordered a pound of Corned Beef. The deli man said something to the other man in German. My mother turned to my sister and asked what he had said. My sister - who'd been taking German in a special school for 5 years and spoke fluently - told my mother he said "The fat broad wants a pound of Corned Beef." The deli man was so embarrassed! Anyway, all is in upheaval here, so keep in touch!
from starkitten01 :
Thanks for your note, and also for the well-wishes..Especially for Darian. I really appreciate that. And I'm trying to hang in there on this Celeb thing. It's really ridiculous how I let him get to me. I KNOW that I can be a much stronger person, but he is the one weakness that I have...And I hope with all hope that this isn't going to hurt me in the worst way:o(
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim, happy weekend. The "Buddy List" problem has finally corrected itself - she is not listed on it anymore, after many annoying tries. I believe "Presidio Med" is kaput hon - I keep up on these kind of things (TV is a subject on which I am very well-versed!) Oh yeah - last week, watched a re-run of the final episode of "China Beach" (with Dana Delany, in case you are wondering what the connection is!) which I hadn't seen since it first aired. Robert Picardo, Dana Delany, Marg Helgenberger - not a bad cast. Oh yeah - here's some fun trivia for you. Did you know Dana Delany is the voice of Lois Lane in the SUPERMAN cartoon? And Tim (Wings) Daly is Superman? And his sister is Tyne (Cagney & Lacy, Judging Amy) Daly? Long note, enjoy your weekend!
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim, happy Friday. I try to touch someone's life every day, by volunteering. (If I try to touch in another way, I get called a pervert! LOL) Anyway, read my diary today and you'll see the buddy list remains unchanged. What the crap am I doing wrong? Anyway, a long weekend here for our schoolkids - PD day - so lots of little rugrats around me today. Be well!
from kalel592002 :
Kim darlin', I am starting to think you like to live life on the edge a bit - your romantic life anyway. I have only skirted the edge a bit - but most of my partners have been fairly dull. Thank God for imagination. Anyway - wrote 2 diaries today, so check em both out!
from kalel592002 :
Kim, my sincere congratulations on getting the placement you desired. Now's time to have a little vacation, so enjoy it with a free heart. I have some meetings to attend and am not looking forward to it. As regards your brother: hey, ALL parents have double-standards - that's what makes them parents! Enjoy your holidays!
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kim. Yep, still have a case of the blues - but Colonel is fine. Sent you a long mail. Anyway, I agree about calling it a day if you are not happy with your job - that's kind of what I did with Canada Post (and I was making major bucks!) Anyway, enjoy life and chat soon!
from kalel592002 :
Sounds like you've had an enjoyable week Kim, I envy you that. I've been meaning to ask you - how can your parents send you tapes, isn't their system like in Europe? Or do North American tapes play in their VCR's? Anyway, if there is anything you might want to see, I'd be willing to send you some tapes, funds willing. Be well, hope you get to enjoy the lingerie soon!
from kalel592002 :
Enjoy your holiday tomorrow Kim - I am still having one of those days, I am afraid. Anyway, be well and we will talk soon.
from kalel592002 :
Hey Kimmie-chan - hope all is well with you. Just letting you know that as of yet, haven't been able to post a diary - but did post something in airtheorchid, if you want some erotic reading. Enjoy!
from kalel592002 :
Hey KT - I know what you mean about feeling like a "Cultural Outsider". Here in Ontario there are so many immigrants, that I feel like an outsider in my own country. And their habits - it's become verrrry easy in Canada NOT to learn the language - are becoming annoying. In Europe and other cultures, it would be highly unacceptable not to learn the language of the country you reside in - but here, it is quite acceptable, so we have Koreans, Japanese, Portuguese, Vietnamese etc. that have lived in the country for over a decade and don't speak the language. Some mornings when I would bus to my last job, I was almost the only one speaking English. Anyway, hope graduation was a fun experience for you!
from bigone30 :
Thanks for your encouragement. It looks as though things might be on the upswing...we are both going to try so we will see! ;-)
from kalel592002 :
I'm assuming you've heard of "American Idol" which is a talent show in the US hosted / judged by Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell? It's the latest in the slough of "Reality" shows that have infested television lately - and I use that term in the correct sense. One of two I could stomach, but there are wayyyyy too many. Anyway, our brilliant Canuck network has leased the rights and are now preparing a "Canadian Idol". Don't we have one or two of those already - Celine Dion (yuck!) and Shania Twain? Hey, be well, thanks for the note and enjoy your weekend. BTW - why is graduation so early in Japan?
from kalel592002 :
Kim - "White Day" does indeed sound silly, but such is life. I DESEST Valentine's Day - it is one of the 3 days of the year that are painful for me to endure. Hope you get that rest - I am the same way. Be good darlin'!
from starlight42 :
That's so neat. White day! I'm going to tell Dave that and then we'll have to go out and celebrate tonight! :)
from kalel592002 :
A younger man - oh, you cradle robber you! If you are 44, I am younger than you as well darlin'! Hey, I figure if someone finds me desireable and the attraction's mutual, go for it! Have a good one!
from kalel592002 :
School's out there already huh? Not until the end of June here. Colonel's fine, thanks. Me too. Teared up writing my diary entry - knew I would. Envy you having a significant other at a time like this.
from starlight42 :
Hope you have a nice time at your farewell. Weren't those cats the best? I seriously almost choked, I could watch them ALL DAY. Yes, you'll be happy to know that bogus banner was removed, thanks to Andrew. There are some crazies out there.
from kalel592002 :
Sounds like a nice time with someone special. I envy you that. The beginning of my day was crud - check my diary - and tomorrow will be rough. Send kind thoughts my way tomorrow - as you will see in my diary then, I'll need them.
from kalel592002 :
Hey darlin' - why not celebrate his birthday BOTH times ( and you'll get to have some fun too!) Nasty cold here in Ontario - as I said in the letter I just sent!
from starlight42 :
forgot to say I liked your entry- I HATE being cold!! hope you and Mr. Yak had a nice time too!
from starlight42 :
by the way, i have you as my recommended diary today!!
from starlight42 :
cool, I think you will like dean koontz!
from kalel592002 :
Hey darlin' - finally got in, although chat is still down. Some of the food sounded great - I would've loved the orange / pineapple drink ( I love pineapple. Quick story - years ago, my best friend went to Hawaii. He picked a pineapple an hour before getting on the plane and we ate it when he got home, 9 hours later. It was the most decadently sensual thing I've ever eaten!) Anyway - lots of E-Mails for you, so I am away!
from kalel592002 :
Afternoon, seems all is well with you. Per Michael Jackson - he WAS a brilliant performer (his last 2 albums have been pretentious drivel) and do I think there is something wrong with him - dying his skin white (I don't believe for one second about his disease - LaToya was on Larry King Tuesday and she's much lighter now), his relationships with kids, his lifestyle (yes, I think he is gay) - it all leads me to think that he's had a major breakdown and because of who he is, no one's had the stones to confront him. Enjoy the little splurges in life like the $60 dinner - they're what make living worthwhile (other than sex, but I am having trouble remembering that!) Be well.
from starlight42 :
I know, my weather pixie is always in the snow! It's always snowing here! ugh. That's so cool your mom tapes the good shows for you. Is there anything good on tv there?
from kalel592002 :
Must be nice to have things so good at this time - wish I knew that feeling. Anyway, congrats on your parent's long marriage - my folks are at 46, but they should've stopped 10 years ago - 'nuff said about that. If you ever come out to the Chat, say hi to me, okay?
from starkitten01 :
Thanks for your note :) I agree with you whole-heartedly. I just have to learn to not let her get to me...Hope you're doing great :) Sk01
from kalel592002 :
Hey sweets - sounds like your day was fine. I had a weird one (check my diary) but all is okay. I sing as well - I figure I know the words to over 7000 songs by memory. Anyway, happy Monday!
from kalel592002 :
Nope - no naughtiness for me this weekend, I am afraid. Been a longggg time for this cat. Anyway - Chorus Line huh? "Kiss today goodbye, the sweetness and the sorrow, we did what we had to do...." I have a version of that song sung by Johnny Mathis. Anyway, be well, chat with you soon.
from kalel592002 :
Someone's planning a naughty weekend - well, good for you, I guess - glad someone's going to have some fun! Hope you aren't too exhausted later on and not walking funny - be well!
from starlight42 :
hey- thanks for the compliment on my new layout. I love it. Yay, you get to see your man today. Weekends are so great. Have fun.
from cyborg0 :
well at least we know now that you obviously don't mind when ppl look your skirt... I think? Great layout, btw. I do love Japan!

Sasori-chan (yes, I know a smidge of Japanese) - I am very honoured, please feel free to ad me to your list. If you have a "Hot Monkey Lovin' Stud" list, you can add me to that one as well. LOL Anyway - on WEST WING, Rob Lowe (Sam Seaborn) has left (replaced by Josh Malina, who used to be on Aaron Sorkin's Dramedy, SPORTS NIGHT). Charley is still trying to win Zoe back. Josh's ex-girlfriend Amy has been hired by Mrs. Bartlett. President Bartlett sent in troups to rescue 3 marines taken hostage by terrorists. They succeeded, but then the terrorists killed all the people at the nearby training camp. Yep, the WEST WING is the best-written show on TV right now, in my opinion. Past favourites included ALLY McBEAL, THE PRACTICE, CHICAGO HOPE, HILL STREET BLUES, ST. ELSEWHERE and DALLAS (it was brilliant early on.) Comedies included DICK VAN DYKE, MARY TYLER MOORE, BARNEY MILLER, MURPHY BROWN and SPORTS NIGHT. All-time favourite - GET SMART. Okay - a longer note than I intended, so be well and have a nice weekend.
from starkitten01 :
AMAZING skirts and scarves! I found myself wishing they'd make skirts like that out here, I'd LOVE to wear one of those out to a show. LOL! They are pretty cool looking! And thanks for your entry in my guestbook. Thankfully my d-land buddy is ok and she left me a note. I was so very relieved! I hope your friend was ok too??
from kalel592002 :
By the way - what is "sasori"? Speaking of which - are you into Anime or Hentai, by any chance?
from kalel592002 :
Thank You very much for your lovely note. We are also both Scorpios - I am November 15th. Hey, why do people assume that those of us over 40 (or close to) have no sex drives? LOL Anyway, I lost friends too early as well - when I was 9, my best friend died of complications after open-heart surgery. Write as often as you like - I respond constantly to E-Mailers!
from cheshireluci :
Thank you for the very nice comment about my diary in your profile!!!!!
from cheshireluci :
i tried to go to the confession diary, but the link sends me back to diaryland home. i'll check back later..

Thanks for the note..We seem to have similar situations at times! wow..Well, yeah, mothers can be very stressful..Sounds like you had a night kind of like mine as a result. Hang in there. I'm doing the same. And I did wind up eating a NORMAL dinner..So that's a push in the right direction. Hope you're doing good, too. SK01 :)
from rakuen :
Thank you so much for your very sweet note! Don't you just feel so lazy to clean up when you live alone? Afterall.. after your tiring day, you don't really want to bother even looking at the mounting pile of dirty dishes don't you? Though I really hate it when my friends start avoiding me when I invited them to come over to my apartment.. hehe..
from starlight42 :
Hey- thanks for signing my map & guestbook! I'm glad you liked my diary. I'll be back to check yours out even more!
from applerobot :
hey thanks for signing my guestbook. I really enjoyed reading your diary!!! Wow! 14 years here! I think you sound like an amazing person and I liked reading about Mr Yak. Even though I dont know you, it made me happy to hear that someone has someone. If that makes sense.
from lovedbyone :
I tried to sign your gbook but it wouldn't let me! *grr*. That movie, Unfaithful, it made me cry loads so don't worry! It was just after there had been a little incident between Justin and I where he had betrayed me (but not cheated in the physical sense). It was complicated! So it hit very hard to home seeing it so soon after. Richard Gere is hot!
from stealthkitty :
I found your diary after taking the "cheaters" survey...very interesting and cool;). XoX
