I had my 14 &15 year old right together...Obviously. And I was younger and didn't think about how hard it was just because they were right there! Now that I look back on it, I wonder how I did that, with the kids 13 months apart. They're such vastly different people and very close to each other now.

YAY! HI! That's what I thought...my naturopath called and talked to the compounding pharmacy...I think because it's preservative free..but we do give him the shots at home every other day. But I could fill the damn syringe, you know?

There's a lot of talk amongst parents with autistic children and the possible effects of immunizations. I don't know if that has any merit, but it makes you wonder. I think it's due to the fact that the child is "normal" and then soon after either their 12 month shots or their 18 month shots, they start exibiting drastic behavior. Whether those are the ages that parents really start to notice something's not right OR it's really something to do with the immunizations, I don't know. That's not the only reason I dislike immunizations. I understand people have drastically different views on this. Before the autism diagnosis, I have been really wary of this entire thing and it's still something I want to talk to the new doctor about in length.

I think you're the only one I've met who remembers the bottle/diaper changing days. Arizona trip, strollers. It's so sad that you're dad doesn't believe them. That's probably an abused person's worst nightmare, that no one will believe. I think on some level he does but can't admit it. Then his image is blown to bits.

This may come up 500 times in your GUESTBOOK: You're right. How many 2 year olds remember? I've found not a lot of people remember things at age two. I do remember age 2 and things around that time. You're mom knows. I don't want to tell MY dad because I know he would more than likely really hurt the person physically. It's totally up to you to tell your dad. How do you feel? Are you angry and has it shaped your life? It's neither wrong or right to tell him and he probably knows on some level. If your grandfather got to you, there are probably more. It is unfathomable to me that I was silent, but there it was. Not able to make the words come out.

see! someone gets it. it's not this girl is my best friend but i havnt seen her since she met the guy and that annoys me. right up there with when my friends become "my friend and her boyfriend" as opposed to just one of my girls. im all for being in a happy healthy wonderful couple but sometimes they go oh so far in thier eagerness to be with someone. but! you get that and that puts me at ease so im not hanging out flailing my arms going "hello! am i the only one!" thank you!

Ive ust had time to read your last few entries. One Im grateful you're all right and no one was really hurt. Two, about the forgetting thing... I dont know... hi.. re: curly hair. first, i cut it off very very short, pixie short infact. that confused the poor hair. then as i grew it out, i trained it to do a cute little flip, but when i'd go outside the backs would curl up into the normal curlies. >: i damaged the crap out of it to straighten it out. i really wish i wouldn't had now. :/ blow dry straight & touch it a lot, natural hand oils did wonders for my hair. the longer it gets the less straight i can get it though. >: xoxo

I have structural problems in my sinuses, so get very frequent infections too. I've started taking goldenseal everyday- it has antibiotic properties. And it has really seemed to help. I'm not in nearly as much pain anymore and I don't think I've had a full blown infection since I began it about four months ago. ~ Shan

Yes, giving up drinking and other stuff is really not a bad thing for me to do anyway, with or without the pills. My biggest problem has been the sleepiness. But I can deal, I guess.
