from firstteen :
hey u seem interesting and i wanna read ur journal pls.can u lik give me the password
from dullstar :
Boo for wisdom teeth misery. Careful with the pot smoking, though, lest you get dry sockets which I've heard are about a thousand times worse than the actual surgery. I quit smoking anything for 2 weeks to avoid them (the horror!) after hearing terrifying stories.
from dullstar :
password? :(
from empty-dreams :
So I really miss reading yours entries and catching up through diarylife. SHould be heading up there again soon enough for Fall From Grace, they supposedly have a huge Seattle following. End of story, we should talk again. Like when I used to stalk you on AIM at odd h0ours and make assinine remarks. Miss you much.
from empty-dreams :
where oh where are you today? i moved again useless.eddesignstudios.net
from f-i-n :
your template is so cooool!
from dullstar :
I'll be in Seattle tomorrow, Monday, Thursday, and bits of Friday and Saturday. If you're free, give a call: 206-992-6951
from dullstar :
Speaking of missing Mama's, I'm coming to visit the first week of August. Drinks?
from dullstar :
:( I miss Mama's.
from dullstar :
Yay painkillers! Yay smoking inside! Yay dirty dishes! And: the easiet way I've found to get a cat into his container to go to the vet is to wrap him up completely in a towel and shove him in and close the door quickly. It sounds inhumane, but I think it's less stressful for the cat because they don't know what's coming.
from empty-dreams :
still regret never meeting you. i miss smoking in pubs, restuarants and possibly movie theaters if my memory serves that was something you wanted to do. did it and thought of you. hope all is well, new sn is lack0Fdesign
from dullstar :
There are few places that I miss from Seattle, but one of them is Shorty's. The other is Mama's Kitchen. I'm going to be up there at the end of June if you want to go out.
from dullstar :
I don't know your whole situation, but as someone who's lived with drunks her whole life, let me just say: it never stops at two or three beers. It's better just to stop completely, even if just for awhile (Aaron quit drinking for a year and now he can have two beers and be ok...my dad quits drinking a few times a year after having three life-altering crises as a direct result of his drinking and he can't have anything to drink without it getting out of control). If you think there's a problem, even if it's not a control issue, if it's not an addiction, you should just try for a little while to not drink at all if only to prove that you can. Anyway...sorry if this is way off base. My dad's been an alcoholic since he was your age so, um, it's good to avoid things like that.
from dullstar :
Embarrasing and little-known fact: my car wasn't actually stolen, it was towed. But nobody knew that until five days after the fact so I still say that it was stolen. Anyway, it's back in my possession now and chugging along just fine. But you should come visit anyway -- I'll find somebody's ass for you to kick.
from dullstar :
i can TOTALLY keep a secret. you should tell me.
from dullstar :
gasp! password me, bitch!
from pyewacket68 :
Hey I love Morrissey and he was once quoted as saying "he lives only with animals because he hates people"...I loved him forever from that. Cheers!
from dullstar :
That reminds me of when my ex-roommate told me I was a misfit. She said it so matter-of-factly. I wasn't insulted, but I wasn't a misfit - I just hadn't found a place to fit yet, a niche, if you will. P.S. Your note made me as feel as warm and fuzzy as a glass of wine that I've been sipping for an hour. Awww. I devour your entries and always have but much prefer now when I can have an inkling of what the hell you're talking about.
from dullstar :
Hark! She has returned! Hooray!
from poul :
oh my, you changed a lot!
from candoor :
congrats, good luck, and maybe he has qualities worth getting close to, but maybe you should find someone who cares more (there I go again, butting into a perfectly good life... hoping there's a smile involved here :)
from coldandgray :
Congrats on the new job
from dullstar :
That's pretty comparable. I can't wait to hear your versions of the customers-from-hell stories -- and there will be many. I do not envy you, but I do wish you luck.
from dullstar :
inappropriate question: how much are they paying you at wells fargo? i want to see how much i was getting screwed at wamu. <3
from dullstar :
you should update because i consider that to be correspondence to me directly. otherwise, i may start hounding you with emails demanding ambiguous anecdotes.
from nekochan- :
you are poetry, my beloved.
from dullstar :
just for curiosity's sake, how much was it?
from candoor :
yes, I remind myself to return with more time, and Douglas Adams too.
from coldandgray :
Hi. You were the first person to send me a note, but I was so turned around, I got you confused with someone else. So anyway, a belated thanks! Also, you are a good read.
from poul :
happy birthday, little kitty girl.
from nekochan- :
growing up it 'teh suck' as the kids say
from dark-embrace :
I really like your haircut and wanted something similar but my hair just doesn't "do it" so I'm growing my tresses again and keeping the ends jagged and uneven.
from poul :
you don't "look" for love, silly. it just happens...
from nekochan- :
is this the first time you've used your own name? I heart you my beloved.
from dullstar :
WaMu hired me when I had bleached, spiky hair with a blue streak. They've hired people with nose rings too. It's not quite the height of professionalism you're pulling for, but it's decent money with great benefits. Also, temping isn't so bad, and it's good for the resume.
from dullstar :
Hooray!
from dullstar :
i LOVE the new hair. love it.
from darkstarliar :
you gotta take it one day at a time hun.
from darkstarliar :
a good year it has been tho dear.
from greentealeaf :
you have a pretty good taste in films. i admire you! :)
from darkstarliar :
*sends love your way*
from lovemestill :
lovely diary <3.
from dullstar :
I'll need an address for those cookies. Or maybe it will just be a postcard of cookies. Or something.
from poul :
well, no cookies, but i can take you to a cool party. erotic even.
from dullstar :
I had a horrible, horrible dream about you, through no fault of yours, obviously. You did something very awful to me and then was very nonchalant about it, and I woke up crying, but I think the only reason it was you is because you called randomly and I was pondering whether or not to call you back before I fell asleep. Anyway, I am alive and well, as is my internet connection, finally.
from nekochan- :
and every boy loves you... and so does this kitty girl. I promise to be more proactive in pursuing your affections in the future love. <3
from mrmiguelious :
Hey unknown...whoever you are. just read your latest entry, and feel like i'm in pretty much the same situation as you, although i'm only 15. Life is shit, but try and find the high points to anything. Keep that in mind. And by high points i dont mean the highest window
from dullstar :
i positively devour your entries. thus: you should update more. and then come to san francisco, ooo!
from dullstar :
i still read you, if only to know what you're up to. which, for me, is better than knowing how dark and gruesome you can be.
from dullstar :
In spite of the lack of updates, I am jealous. Where is my caramel latte-toting knight? [At least he mixes chocolate milk on command.]
from dullstar :
how glad am i to not have to succumb to another seattle winter? answer: very. you should come visit. we have sunshine. and you wouldn't need an id to go to the bars where i know people.
from darkstarliar :
just be glad you don't work in retail during the holidays.
from dullstar :
I'll have you know I've got your jolly roger stickers posted everywhere. I have a pink one on my cell phone, and it makes me so happy every time I see it. Arrrr.
from trystero :
oddly enough, it's people like that who often have more than we can understand. then again, i am an idiot.
from darkstarliar :
hahaha, i know. it's like a disease or something.
from darkstarliar :
i'm not a good dancer, but i'd try for you, baby (to be read in extremely corny, bad pick up line way).
from darkstarliar :
if i knew you, i'd love you.
from nekochan- :
I know how you love stars dearheart! *kisses*
from dullstar :
I've finally had the time to sit down (well, stand up, since I'm at work) and read your diary from the beginning, and I must have Medusa's diary address. I mean, it's a matter of life and death. As in, curiousity killed the cat. Or something to that effect. Ummm...anyway.
from nekochan- :
I love you, my beautiful pirate. And although we share workplace no longer, you will be hard pressed to be rid of me. =^-^=
from orchdreamer :
???
from orchdreamer :
nice entry :0) have a great day. bye
from trystero :
yeah, there is so much beauty around, but i feel kind of desensitized to it all, and i don't know why. honestly, it kind of scares me. it could be cos i have no one to put my arms around and share it with, or cos i'm an idiot, or even because i've just been sad lately. it's frustrating. but enough about me, how are you doing dear?
from dullstar :
I'm game...coffee at bauhaus, perhaps? You'll have to catch me on the right day, though, or else I'll be awfully uninteresting and a terrific disappointment. When, then?
from dullstar :
Well, all they did was a buzzcut for the boy. They've pretty much mastered that.
from dullstar :
no way, moms are the coolest. i still cuddle with mine whenever i'm home (once a year :().
from purplefog :
you know what i hate? when life seems fair, and in an instant it throws shards of glass in your eyes and breaks your teeth with steel tipped boots
from compendious :
Your review is up at Compendious Reviews. Please forgive the delay!
from poul :
what's your postal address, weirdo?
from quitenasty :
Your review is up: http://quitenasty.diaryland.com/unknown.html
from poul :
not pity, no. potential that remains unused and will most probably stay this way. but what do i know?
from poul :
but of course. but...why do i feel sorry for you?
from poul :
so you are in love with my dead love? or just pimping for her? either way, how symbolic... dinner anytime soon?
from purplefog :
Gir is awesome I admit...but...beware...Looshkin is lurking in the darkness....
from purplefog :
yes....I do enjoy a bit of the drug known as Invader Zim....GIR is my favorite. But you should seriously check out the Bear comic if you like those...trust me.
from nekochan- :
You are my favorite public pirate evar! Arrrrrrr. Marry me! =^-^=
from purplefog :
Your page rocks!!! FUCKING PIRATES!!! and your taste in music is fantoozmic!!! FANTOOZMIC I SAYS!!! Come on over sometime and let The Fog take over.
from dullstar :
would you be a dear and post the inappropriate ones as well?
from dullstar :
how fabulous!
from dullstar :
as a matter of fact, i was not aware, but that just makes this disgustingly hot and lonesome day right lovely.
from darkstarliar :
hey dear. i picked up neon golden yesterday and had to thank you right away for turning me on to the notwist. i'd hug you if i could.
from prowlingleo :
Wishing you a happy 4th, and thank you for giving me a great read!
from darkstarliar :
life is shit sometimes, dear, but you have to take the good with the bad, and neither let the good get you too happy or the bad too sad. wow, i sound like an idiot. hope that helps some.
from xquisitepain :
i enjoy your writings. i may be stopping by again.
from darkstarliar :
thank you dear. i've just been too busy as of late to do anything, so my protracted silence will be longer than i expected. but i am doing well, so don't worry, and take care of yourself, muffin.
from empty-dreams :
I am comnig back from LA to Seattle for a festival where our bands are playing and Im would love to meet up with you at cafe vita or something. maybe even grab ya a pass for the shows. hit me back skidoooo...
from darkstarliar :
happy birthday my dear, and here's to the drunken fun we'll actually be legally able to have next year! <insert wooooooooooooooooo-ing here>
from dullstar :
wooooo fake id. happy birthday to you, unbirthday to me.
from dullstar :
i LOOOOOVE driving by the catholic seaman's club. it makes me so happy, no matter how shitty the day.
from prowlingleo :
Psst...I miss you, time to update.
from darkstarliar :
thank you m'dear, the same goes for you. please never stop writing...
from cruznmazrati :
I want to know what you look like. I guess your right we are all exhibitionists.
from dullstar :
this may be an urban legend, but i've been told by unreliable sources that the shoes on the telephone wire are, like, some gang's symbol that they just beat the shit out of some guy ... and then tossed the shoes to let everyone know how much testosterone is coursing through their body, umpf umpf.
from dullstar :
give it time. tragedy will strike again. you'll fill volumes with angst. woot.
from darkstarliar :
in response to your "i still walk alone" entry, download pete yorn's "so much work". hope it cheers you up my dear.
from prowlingleo :
Humans are strange? Am I wrong when I take that personally? ;)
from trystero :
people have always been strange, m'dear. the problem lies with ignoring that strangeness.
from trystero :
thank you for the kind words my dear, my layout consists all of radiohead images. i'm glad you like it. and as i've said before, the changes to your design are rather nice...
from empty-dreams :
i wanted to profess my undying love for you, just wish i'd have met whilst i was in seattle. seems we went to alot of the same places but never met or you thought i was weird for my polyest jacket. either way i love ya.
from trystero :
i don't know if i ever told you, but your words are more beautiful than a cool breeze on a balmy spring day, with the sun shining in one's eyes, blindingly brilliant and yet altogether transcendent. alike salinger, you have the uncanny gift of turning any event into a wonderful remembrance of everything one would see, and everything one would not, everything one would feel, and everything everyone else was feeling, the wonderful quality of being able to write what other people would just read between the lines. and i'm not ass kissing.
from trystero :
i know this is rather overdue, but the new changes in your design are rather nice...
from apockalyptik :
beautiful writing my dahlink.. simply beautiful =)
from commigurl :
thanks! i like your layout too ^__^
from empty-dreams :
jsut so you know your banner just filled my screen. I was like "holy crappola, can it be?" you are now a legend....
from dullstar :
boys ...urg. but you are a far better person than i for not hanging on to promises of months past. i mean, to a certain extent. much luck.
from berkinix :
Thanks a lot for your message. I'll keep your sister in my thoughts. Damn, this whole war situation is just so stupid... I hope your sister is safe and that this war doesn't leave too many unnecesary scars on our people. Peace!
from cruznmazrati :
Thanks for the note. I have read your diary and I think it is really interesting. I have to say at times I am a little confused but that makes it good because I have to try and figure it out which is fun. I would like to thank you for your voice. Thanks for the note about my grandma. It really feels good to know other people go through these types of things to. Maybe, just maybe I might see you on the hill.
from dacoso :
I, too, suffered a brainfart that kept me from noticing the "L" part. Perhaps you have a four-armed extra-terrestrial with bad table manners and an aversion to hulking social workers named Bubbles? Eh, "Lilo"?
from darkstarliar :
but we'd probably be better off as friends :P
from darkstarliar :
i think i love you too.
from zaziel :
Ohhhh...I missed that 'bout the "L". My reading comprehension suffers after the second glass of wine. So... you might be Leanne or Lorna or Louise or Lucy... or Larisa... or Lupe... Lisette... Luna... Laetitia... uhhh... Lillianne... Lokomaika'inani... Lulu... Am I getting warm?
from unknown- :
oh, i like some of those guesses quite a bit... but sadly, my name starts with an L, so most of them are invalid... Keep trying!
from zaziel :
Montana, Celestine, Ngoc, Donatella? Modesty Blaise?
from zaziel :
Rosamund, Lucretia, Trudi, Enola, Evonne, Felicity, Regan, Cherry, Coralee?
from zaziel :
Zvonchica?
from zaziel :
Georgianna, Phoebe, Faye, Lola, Euphemia, Branwyn, Lleulu, Merideth, Sibyl?
from dacoso :
I could never guess your name, but I'll throw Katie out there to say that I tried. By the way, if they made a section of the profile for Most Favorite Diary, you'd be there after your last entry. "She breaks, and thinks this makes her strong." That is an amazing sentence, and only the first of many in that entry. You make me wish I could write more openly, and make it as raw and feeling as you do. Thanks for giving me something so affecting to read.
from unknown- :
nope. sorry
from queentrixie :
I guess Lorraine. Do I win? No? Damn...
from dacoso :
Just thought I'd say thanks for turning me on to the Fallen ring. It feels so nice being accepted instead of just joining something of my own free will. Thanks again.
from prowlingleo :
I saw you had confession on your faves. Check out sicktrick.diaryland.com. This diary is long, but scary. Each entry leads up to her suicide as well, with an In Memory as the index from her friend. Haunting.
from prowlingleo :
I figured I'd leave a note under my personal diary...prowlingleo aka bannerreview. I'm so glad to see minstrelite on your faves, I love him. Anyway, check your guestbook for my longer comment. If you are ever bored, feel free to invade my personal diary. Glad you enjoyed Sirenslave's diary, I thought you might. To me it seems you two could be sisters.
from bannerreview :
You've been reviewed!
from natsumi87 :
Hi I don't know you but you remind me of someone I know but then again I'm not sure and isn't that interesting? Well have a good day unknown person who I think I know but probably don't know!
from anonymous666 :
meh. will do. but it gets boring after a while. i mean, you can only read so many books in inopertune (spelling?) places before someone gets fed up and kicks you.
from anonymous666 :
dude, you sound remarkably like me. only cooler. and prolly more fun.
from darkstarliar :
you fuckin rock. cough.
from reddirtgirl :
Thanks so much for the nice note! I really do appreciate it. I'll be back soon, I hope--a new and improved reddirtgirl! :)
from dullstar :
am eternally grateful for the tip. the challenge now, of course, is waking up in time.
from dacoso :
Oh believe me, the wheels are in motion toward a happy roommate-less lifestyle. And thanks for the moral support. So many people want to tell me that living alone is antisocial and unhealthy. But, no, living with a total shit is unhealthy, and has the tendency to ruin any kind of social motivation one might have. Good to see I have a champion out there. Thanks.
from scarlet2 :
oh my god oh my god oh my god that entry... must describe you in every way. i love your writing. its so amazing. yet ive only known of your existence for 20 seconds. oh its beautiful! i dont know what im talking about i just thought id go along with what you were saying about how everyone replies only to your current entry. and if this didnt make any sense at all...... then..... punch an old man for it -
from iis :
Ah Ah Ah! What is unknown to the knowing? I almost liked your diary entry. At the very least the mothers weren't feeding their children peanut butter out of plastic jars. Does peanut butter come in plastic jars? I don't eat the stuff. Yes I agree many will prevail even those outside of London. Nice gathering that. Did you notice if they were drinking the latest drink? It's called Ah87. It's made from Ah27 and Ah33. Delicious! By the way if your ankle is still bothering you how about singing this little song I made up. It goes like this. I believe. I believe. I believe. Amen, Amen, Amen gonna bring ya to Hawaii. Amen Amen Amen gonna bring ya to Hawaii. Amen Amen Amen gonna bring ya to Hawaii. I believe. I beleive. I believe. And we're gonna drink Ah87's all day long! I'm sure you appreciate the artistic sequence. What colour would say that song is? Blue? White? or Violet? What colour is truth anyway? Regardless glad I took the peanut butter out of that song. Do you think the kids who have allergies to peanut butter know how lucky they are? Or is that another unknown? Or is that a given?
from dacoso :
Really enjoyed reading your entries. Keep 'em up.
from minstrelite :
hey, thanks for responding - considering i didn't say much, it was nice of you to check out my diary...i'll look into yours in more detail later on this evening
from minstrelite :
very nice diary - very well-written
from empty-dreams :
the turnout todat was awesome, i'm guessing about 25 to 30 thousand. I love Seattle.
from reddirtgirl :
Hey, thanks for the sweet note! I'll be back.
from empty-dreams :
Thanks for the update on Feb 15, I grabbed a flyer off the sidewalk with all details on my day venture to safeway, all 5 blocks of the walk was excitement; bums, drunks and me. i fit in well here. :-|
from empty-dreams :
nice layout kiddo, as for our musical indifferences we'll see about that. i have favorites with few limits. btw, i'll be down for feb 15 with NOIN at Federal Building. At least I believe that's where it starts. Happy VD-day.
from beagle47 :
thank you for visiting, noting, suggesting. i'm stuck with my blue plate lot in life given this http://beagle47.diaryland.com/030202_10.html i figure anything other than blue is hypocritical at this point, don't you? and, by the way, your writing deserves banners, so bann(t)er away. peace.
from scanzilla :
Robots are my friends.
from mindfighter :
Hey those banners you bought paid off..I came in through one of them...great reading so far..take care...John
from snotgirl :
eric schlosser. that's who wrote fast food nation. :) take care. ps//my spelling of his name may be off.
from unknown- :
oops, forgot the guestbook html *and my stats* when I changed the template... is fixed now
from redivivus :
No guestbook?
from sodiumgirl :
I had to read your diary once I saw your cookie comment. I'm not sure why, but lately I've been saying "U deserve a cookie" a lot. I have no idea where it came from. Well, your diary was also very thought provoking, and you seem to have a nice way with words...as you can see, my verbal skills tonite are not at their peak. Well, keep on writing =)
from gcchick182 :
whee!
from jenn0831 :
I wanted to leave a note to let you know I had read your diary, and was very intrigued by it. I have read plenty others, and they all seem so...just so. No thought, no feeling, just shallow what-have-yous. Yours, on the other hand, contains some of the most well-worded thoughts I have ever read. I look forward to reading you again.
from uncalledfor :
this looks so lonely here, no notes at all. Heh, well I just wanted to say I liked your diary..
