My name is Jo and I'm 37. I am single and live in a suburb of New York. I have struggled with an eating disorder (anorexia and bulimia) for at least twenty years and desired a place to write about my thoughts and experiences..not only with my ED, but with life, in general..my hopes..dreams..disappointments..fears..and occasional joys. When I am not being consumed by my ED, I enjoy creative things like music, art, poetry, writing and photography..and love animals (especially, horses). I hope to one day do something creative with my life and in so doing, be able to help people. Apart from this "noble" goal, I am your average #$%#$%-up person! ;-)
