Karen's Contemplations and Diary of My Personal Reconstruction
This journal is a reflection of my day to day achievements and struggles with weight loss and reconstructing myself back to the image I have of myself and then improving on that. I am on the Jenny Craig Program but using the weight watchers point system (the Jenny Craig food is premade and convenient and also very very good).I also have a very special little boy - his name is Gibson and he is a beautiful Silky Terrier.
