Heated

Well, I'm on phen ! I just got my 30 day supply this morning, and I'm so damn happy. I am started to feel some side effects. Whenever I taken phentermine i get hot REALLY easily. My skin always feels really warm.. and if I'm wearing a jacket I boil! Maybe it's my metabolism warming up ? Hope so =)

I feel really awsome, like it's an oportunity to drop 10lbs before I start my medical schooling June 1st. I really hop I can drop at least a few lbs to make a noticably difference. Even if slightly.

I think I'm going to do some push ups and crunches.. and a little weight lifting. I doubt I'll be eating anything tonight, phen totally kills my appetite ! I may walk to the store and buy a yogurt for a snack, and get some excercize while i'm at it. *phew*
